Adam and Eve has so many great choices, that it’s really hard to pick a good one! I was in the store recently, and Both Lisa and Sam were wicked helpful. I was really happy with what I bought, and happy with a discrete packaging, making it easy to bring it home. I will definitely be shopping here again instead of some of the other spots we have locally. Customer service goes a long way with me!

Absolutely love this store! Usually come during the weekend to relieve the stresses of a work week and have a good weekend. The store associate, Lauren is always beyond helpful with recommending products or answering any questions I ever have. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location, I have never had anything less than a unique joyess experience you would expect of an adult store.

Janet is so helpful and knowledgeable! Ask her anything-she’ll make you feel comfortable and most likely share a laugh!

Horrible customer service skills. Went to go in tonight and spend money and upon walking through the door we got “number one, sanitize. number two we close in 11 minutes sooooo???” With her hands in the air. First time ALMOST customers. Will not be back. Someone needs better training. If 0 stars was a thing that’s what I’d leave.

Went in just to browse, staff was knowledgeable, and helpful with recommendations, friendly smiles, open for questions, I loved that they had sanitizer right when you walk in. Overall a great experience.

Customer service here is just really awful and terrible. If I could I would l have left the star review as a 0/5 stars. Came in with a friend one day before closing but she forget her ID, so we came back the next day just to look around and browse and the ladies (same ones that we saw the night before) were very disrespectful and rude to us. Got mad because we were just browsing and weren’t planning on purchasing anything. When running a business such as a store, you can’t expect every person that comes in to buy something, that’s just unrealistic. I would not recommend anyone go to this shop. Better off going to any of the Amazings Intimate Essentials store locations or even Spencers in one of the local malls before even thinking of coming here. Was not impressed at all, my friend and I was in a great mood and then we left pretty angry with the service, and how we were treated.

Rochelle and Donna were extremely pleasant during my visit this evening. Upon walking in I was greeted immediately by Donna. It is nice to be able to walk into a business and receive a proper greeting. Rochelle assisted me in my search for a product. She was quite certain that they didn’t have the quantity I was looking for in stock but she still went and looked to be sure. I very much appreciated her effort in helping me find what I was looking for. Even though the product was not available in the quantity I was hoping for, I still left a happy customer and purchased something new to try. Thanks to Donna my purchase was discounted due to her introducing me to the text program. Together these ladies provided exceptional customer service.

I came here in a great mood hoping to have great service because last time I came here I had a fun experience with a lady with short dark hair but this time I came in there was this rude blonde lady in a pony tale she was grumpy and didn’t help me at all

I felt very welcomed when I entered the store in seekonk. I have seen many reviews of similar stores that have stated their unhappiness with staff and aesthetics in stores. Here you will find friendly staff and an extremely clean and well maintained store. Made me feel comfortable right away.

I visited this store for the first time over the weekend and was thoroughly impressed by the customer service and overall selection of inventory. When I first walked in the door I was quickly greeted and asked if I needed help find anything. The woman at the front desk was both polite and knowledgeable about where to find specific items. Highly recommend checking this out.

Tagged along today with a Friend n browsed along Meanwhile Ariel my (Lioness of God lol) helped us out she was wonderful n very helpful funny too..I recomend this Place compared to alot of other superstores with creepyguys n the video rooms

The sales associate was so nice to check to make sure the purchase​ I made worked, one of the batteries that came with my purchase didnt work so they gave me free sample products, it was excellent customer service will definitely recommend this place to others!

Dont bother with this dump. They sell faulty broken products for way to much money and you cant even get a store credit for anything... service was terrible and ill never come back!!!

This company sold me a Halloween costume that by all reasonable observation had a defective piece to it. Also, when I asked to try on the costume they only handed me the dress and not the extra piece so I had no opportunity to view the piece before buying it. I went back the following day to return the item and was told by the clerk that they had no authority to help me and that I had to come back later. I came in the next day and was told that all sales on costumes were final, despite the fact that the item was defective. I spoke to the manager on the phone and she also refused to help me. They were exceptionally nasty and unprofessional. I left the costume there at the store and yet they still didnt return what I paid, so in effect the store stole from me. I want people to be aware of the non consumer friendly policies and low quality of merchandise at this store.
