This store has a really good layout and always stays very organized. A creative person can get lost in here for hours with everything available. Keep on mind though, the convenience of having everything in one place comes at a price. Alot of things can be found cheaper elsewhere but the convenience of having it all in one place is nice.

Lots and lots and LOTS of craft stuff. Staff seems friendly and helpful. Dont forget to look online for a coupon. I used to go to AC Moore and this replaced it, the only thing they dont have that AC did was fabric for sewing (but I could be mistaken) They have a good selection of kids craft kits to keep your kids busy. Nice store.

Staff are very helpful with answering questions and directions to products.They kindly accepted to do a return 5 minutes before closing time and it was super smooth. Store is well stocked,well kept and theres so much available to make dreams come true. Hope Michaels will weather this Storm and stay around.

I looove this location. Always organized and clean (a MOST) with staffs that are very helpful and professional. I’ve been coming to this location (convenient location) for over a year and I don’t remember anything that I could possibly complain about (at least till this day). A huge + I love about Michaels it’s there discounts and an coupons. I mean who wouldn’t It’s literally a nightmare for my boyfriend when I ask him to take me to Michael’s

Love the collection, although some of the paints were out of stock. But there was a lot of items out of place, made it harder for me to find stuff. Havent had the chance to explore the aisles but will do soon.

At lease they had more stock than the other Michaels we went to. The cashier was also very helpful. Going to get tee shirts we ordered for curbside pickup.

I understand that there’s a pandemic and greater things going on in the world around us. But I showed up to this Michaels to get supplies and I realized there’s ONLY curbside pick up which is fine and I understand. So I placed my order at 5:00pm for same day pick up. I sat and waited in my car assuming my items would be ready quick since it was only 5 things. But I got nervous around 5:30 and called the store to which they told me I wouldn’t be able to get my items until the following day. I don’t understand why the website or anywhere wouldn’t state that if you order by a certain time you wouldn’t be able to get it the same day. ALL of the advertisements says SAME DAY. The girl on the phone was extremely condescending.

Michaels has exactly what I always need, and then some. Big selection of art supplies and decorations.

Being on hold for curbside pickup for more than 20 mins. At the end had to go inside to pickup my stuff with the store full of people. Just don’t offer curbside pickup, you waste people time

Wasnt super busy

All od the sales staff really went out if their way to assist me, even going as far as to open boxes to look for my item. Above and beyond my expectations!

Wanted to buy a Cricut Explorer to do some customs,but the employee didnt have knowledge or info on how the machines work.

It has EVERYTHING an artist or a crafter could possibly want. Staff us nice & helpful.

I always come here and when I say this place has the Best Service, I mean it! Lines are fast even when they’re long, Staff is always friendly and helpful. They always have what I’m looking for! They work hard to ensure all items are in stock. The other Micheals stores I’ve been to cannot compare to this. I wish they’d have more classes and activities for us artists.

I know men doesnt do crafts lol, but it is good for the stress. Well I actually went there to buy a photo album, no one had the ones with the sticky paper, all even in amazon I just found the ones with the plastic like pouches.

It could have more stuff. Its rather lacking aside from some very specific items. You can find any of those said specific items online or in any craft store.

Ive visited other Michaels in the area, but I like this one the best. Their selection is always great. The store is always clean and organized. The staff is helpful and courteous.
