A really cool little spot for a wedding. I loved the view out onto Lake Union (you can see the North parts). I really like the simple vibe of the place, but it was well situated for a large wedding ceremony. As a photographer, I appreciated the reflective ceiling which made the light look great all evening.

Great event space, great staff

We attended a family wedding reception here several weeks ago. Lovely facility for a smaller intimate party. Great evening vista with all the sparkling lights on the water.

The on-site event planner here is the best thing to happen to the Landing at Tyee. She goes above and beyond in every way possible. Even as a fellow vendor, I felt well taken care of. My clients and their guests thoroughly enjoyed the wedding, and you cannot beat the view of South Lake Union. Well done.

We had our wedding here (110 guests), and could not have been more pleased. They will cater to any of your needs and are very flexible. It took a lot of the stress out of planning our reception. The facility is very nice, and has a beautiful view of Lake Union. Parking can be tricky, but there are lots nearby and guests will figure it out with Uber anyways.

This is a great event spot tucked away in a quiet corner of Lake Union. Lake views from the deck. This is a great place for an awards dinner or similar event.

Parking was but of an issue but the party Hall was nice and the views from the outside looking over the lake made the evening very enjoyable.

Need an event? Need it cheaper but in a great venue with amazing staff low cost highest quality and ask for Tim

Went to an event hosted here. Was a nice, clean facility with good view. Accommodated a couple hundred people.

Great location just needs some air conditioning on hot day.

Nice Venue. Went there for a family wedding. right on the water with deck overlooking river.

I went there for a Fashion show and concert, and it was pretty nice experience I will look into throwing my own type of party there.
