A great place to appreciate the arts, a better place to take photos because thats what everyones doing there. The lights are obviously much better at night, since there lit and theres a no standing rule on the light posts. It will get packed there!
A great City Park with an authentic International appeal. Lots of fun activities during the day put out by wonderful Concierges. Buskers on the weekends and daily through the Summer and Winter holidays. Lots of amazing events in the Summer including the Seattle Asian American Film Festivals free movies and Seattle Parks Dancing till Dusk. The lights in the evening are also a Must see!
Always busy and loud. Has lots of culture and good till dusk
Fairly clean for being in the middle of a big city, plenty of sitting spots to eat, some homeless hanging around, but you gotta love em too,all in all nice rest spot in China Town
Didnt feel like a safe place to picnic. Ate in the car instead.
Isn’t that much different from many parks in Seattle, but it’s much different from the other urban parks of other states. Part of the international district it’s located at the heart of Chinatown. There’s abundance of seating and a multitude of restaurants circling the space, it’s a great park for an on the whim first date. The upkeep however hasn’t been good, there’s a bit of trash and neglection of the planters. Otherwise I would have given this location a five star review.
Its public, its in Seattle, Id say this is a great rating considering those facts...

This place is neat for a small park. They have a bunch of activities for people who bring the proper equipment. Ping pong if you bring your ball/paddle. Checkers/chess of you bring the pieces. The aesthetics of this park are also really nice. It really captures the Chinatown vibe here.
A very cool place to relax and unwind after a very busy day.
Bring your own pingpong paddles and ball, or a chess set or Jenga block tower. At least we can bring our take-out to this lovely park on a nice day! Improvements including a restroom are scheduled for 2021.
It was nice. Recently went during Lunar New Year celebration and saw awesome martial arts display with the Lion Dancers.
Great place for outside gathering
Very cool. Life size chess and ping pong. Or you can just sit and find your zen spot.
The is in the middle of china town and is nice to eat at. All around the park there is games like giant chess and jenga. As well as a small workout area.
Nothing spectacular but nice.
Liked it but didnt realize all the shops that got broken into
It was very nice there were people playing with the large chess game. One person was playing the piano, it sounded great and another person in a different part of the park was playing an instrument one that I was not familiar with but it sounded good.
Cool little park in the middle of international district with an interesting sculpture.
I loved the Night Market! The music, the food, the people. It was so fun!!! Even with the rain.
Beautiful park with a great atmosphere. Pretty small but was a very exciting event venue. Could probably be cleaned a bit better though
To many homeless. It would be 5 star because its beautiful but it seems like the homeless and drug dealers like to hang out there all day.
A wonderful bit of history and community. Peaceful and relaxing.
I enjoy being there, Chinatown ID.Its a park with park attendants and functions related to the Asian community. Little Saigon is very close by. It is very much apart of theSeattle Asian community.
It is a small park within Chinatown. Dont expect to see a lot of greens here as it is surrounded by buildings. There is a nice Chinese pavilion where you can sit down and relax and watch people. Parking could be an issue if you have to drive there as there is no free parking and parking nearby can fill up quickly by people going to Chinatown. Also, there is no restroom/washroom/lavatory available in this park.
A Nice monument a great Asian neighborhood and culture!
This is a nice little park in China Town. I usually see alot of homeless roaming around it & kids. I just wish there was more to it ya know?
Love. It remodel. Ans nice
Pleasant improvements in this venerable little city space, sadly someone damaged a beautiful marble/stone stool
Its like the wild west most weekends but they also have movies in the park
Great community supported and behaviour encforced park. Such that community keeps a watch because lots of fun options for recreation, play, exercise, and such for all ages.
Great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of China Town in Seattle.
A really nice and pleasant place to chill out and enjoy in the middle of Chinatown.
Awesome recreation and Community spot. With a free Piano and Served free Pizza this day to park patrons.
Nice hill side park in the International District. There is a ping pong table and a small covered pavilion. This is a good spot to meet people during events because of the large red metal sculpture, which is visible for blocks.
Fun place to chill and watch various people play ping ping.
Very cool park lit up at night
Cool little park in the International District. Grab a drink at 85c and come chill out over here.
Very nice. We walked around here to see the sights.
A great place for children to play. For adults they can play ping pong.
Nice place to take a 10 minute break from your day.
Great little park in International District. Nice place to hang out and enjoy the city when the weather is good!
A pleasant area within the International district. A few games and places to sit and relax.
Pleasant place in an urban area
Mainly a small park which holds various public activities, i watched a free magic performance and a free japan animation movie Mirai there
Kids had fun and some games to play too.
Neat little park to go picnicking at
The park is amazing... The Park concierge was very informing
While it seems odd to designate as a park a space with so little greenery, this is a good event space. It appears that electricity is available for sound systems. There is a small covered area, but most of the space is open to the elements. Since it is almost all paved with cement, it can be uncomfortable in summer. However, several design elements make this a unique space, well - integrated with its neighborhood.
Great place to sit and talk or people watch.
Really nice. We will return.
Its a homeless park
Always a great place. Great food, prices
Fantastic spot to take out of towners. Close to China Town, shopping, and a variety of delicious restaurants. Clean place with lots of tables for enjoying a picnic or coffee.
Fantastic spot to take out of towners. Close to China Town, shopping, and a variety of delicious restaurants. Clean place with lots of tables for enjoying a picnic or coffee. No toys/swings for kids, but does have a GIANT chess set.
A pretty space with a ping pong table, chess set and lots of areas for little ones to play.
Its usually full of loud dirty bums
Its very quiet and peaceful
Nice place to relax and kick back with the
After the remodel, its super nice and clean. The red lighting at night is a nice touch and recently Ive seen a lot of Chinatown locals just hanging out there...i.e. for outdoor movies and such. Im glad that theyve got a little park for the community here!
I want to like this park, and Im sure I will when the new, improved section is open, but as it stands right now, its not really a functional park. It would be great if there was enough seating/tables to grab a bite from one of the local restaurants and eat outside.
Dirty, Not clean at all. Beware of the huge rats at night. The restaurants usally throw trash next to their place of business. Smells really bad too.
There is some lingering smell/dicey people, especially late at night, but overall a good spot to relax
Such a nice park. The drug addicts are plentiful around this neighborhood. Great place for events.
Nice mural. Covered benches. In the heart of the international district. Good photo opportunity. Nice shops nearby. Plenty of food options.
Crippled at night with all the homelessness.
Central location in the International District of Seattle. Used for many festivals and gatherings throughout the year. Space is open and far enough away from the area buildings that one does not feel cramped even in large crowds. A good spot to stop and relax if the weather allows it.
Nice park with interesting architecture
Cleaning up very well, a lot of community members actually hang out here now
This park is right next to the Chinatown gate, they have events here, places to have picnics, and even a built-in ping-pong table
Good place to hang out in the International District and people watch or let the kids run around. Theres often random musicians performing traditional Chinese instruments. Or you can play a game of floor chess with giant pieces. Can be a little sketchy after dark.
The new park is amazing! Lots of seating at tables and along the perimeter and a good amount of shade to get away from the sun. At night the stairs light up in wonderful acenes. During the day there is ping pong, cornhole, and exercise machines available.
Like it but but not good for children under 6
Very respectful place
Cute little park where people seem to go to play chess or GO.
This park is pretty interesting. Its either filled with bums or some elderly folks doing some tai chi.
I really like this park. Its historical and the community really uses it---performances, exercise, games. Its all hardscape, typical urban park. The character of the park matches its setting. I really look forward to the new expansion.
A small city park. Nothing more nothing less
Newly renovated. Good place for an outdoor meeting in fair weather as there are tables and chairs grouped for at least 10.
Excellent 2nd floor for chillin on da internet.
Its a nice space but its more of a slab of concrete than a park. No restrooms either
Fun outdoor games including chess while listening to strings... had a blast with friends.
You can get your lunch and dinner too.
Not the cleanest
