My kiddo has been taking classes here for a little over a year. This is the most inclusive place we have ever been for classes and other physical activity. When they say circus is for every body, they really mean it. There is absolutely nothing competitive about any of their classes for kids. And I love that they arent divided by gender. Boys gymnastics classes are fairly restrictive, but that isnt an issue here. Besides learning things like juggling and rolling globe are so much more exciting than gymnastics anyway! They have classes for any level of ability. Im pretty sure if you can move, they can help you circus.Along the lines of inclusivity, I love that everyone can find their place here. The coaches vary in backgrounds and gender identities. It really is a safe place for anyone. And a place where students are likely to find someone they relate to.I foresee us taking classes here for a very long time.

How exciting is it to be a person who hasnt been a high trapeze to hang upside down with your legs and to grasp on to another trapeze person and in the middle of the air? To answer your question, Thrilling! Who knew that your 3rd time climbing up the ladder and on the trapeze you would be able to do something that seemed complicated. Its called a catch. I am excited to have done this. Yes, of course, I got video to share with my friends, I am not old an decrepit.I saw Spencer one of the instructors coax and support an afraid person to get her value by not chickening out. Bravo. Jeff the caller person who calls out the demands also was supportive. Great team. I highly suggest trying this out.

SANCA is an amazing place to play, learn and get in shape. The instructors are fantastic and they offer classes for all ages and skill levels. My wife and I have really enjoyed our aerial and circus classes. Try the two hour Intro to Circus class on a Sunday afternoon to find out what you like (Its also something fun to do with visiting family.)

Great space and equipment with dedicated instructions who are almost exclusively performers as well. Self defense classes with Seattle escrima on Saturdays for adults. Acrobatic and circus class and adults and children throughout the week.
