This is an amazing store, but their hours have not been updated. They are open Sunday through Saturday from 12:00 until 6:30 PM during the pandemic.

Chris was helpful and fun. We felt comfortable shopping, and found a number of things we liked. Lots of inventory, clean, and a great experience. We will be back!

Outstanding selection of adult items and the staff are helpful without being in the way. Ive shopped here several times, and always feel they are the best stocked of the several stores in the area.

Staff was nosy and kept overselling things to me while I was browsing. Nothing was priced so I had to keep asking them for prices and then enter a tirade of unsolicited suggestions. Dont shop here if you have retail anxiety.

Had a great selection and the staff was very attentive. My husband and I came from the midwest so we had to check out the kind of selection they would have out here in a big city and wow I am glad we did.

Kim went out of her way to make me feel welcome and open, so it was easy to build up and explore what I really needed.I originally went in for a device for a partner but ended treating myself, giving a modest starter gift for my partner and deciding later to come in to shop together for something wed both feel comfortable with.She took the time to show me a variety of vibrators, and gave me details about the warranty, quality etc. along with updated versions of toys I so dearly love.I want to come back anyways because there selection of skivvies, jewelry, swimsuits, and clothing that exceeded my expectations of what you see in other Adult Entertainment stores.Hopefully I can see Kim so she can tell me whats new and exciting as well because I already have a small list that she wrote out for me that I plan to invest in next time.I was vulgar, blunt and comical and she treated helped me with the upmost professionalism. She is an incredible sells person. I went in with a goal set in mind but she showed me things I wish I would have bought there instead of online or at other stores.Vida was also super friendly and gave me suggestions to keep my new items clean and fresh.Overall my experience was amazing, and I look forward to coming back... Yes... With friends.

The place is clean, well lit and very helpful. Vita on particular helped us find something fun and spontaneous. Vita was very easy to talk to, professional, answered all our questions and helped us find a great product all without being pushy. We had stopped by the day before just to check the place out and all the staff is friendly and easy going. Would definitely go back!

Friendly staff, they were helpful and seemed very comfortable with their buisness, knowledgeable and professional. The store itself is well stocked, and even though the neighborhood around there is a bit sketchy depending on the time of day, once I was inside the store I felt totally at ease. Its a nice setup, I found it to be more welcoming and comfortable than the previous location they moved from. A+

I have been here twicr. Once Vita helped me and the second time Sarah helped me. Both are wonderful people! There is actually a Lovers a lot closer to my house but I took two buses specifically to come to this location! Wonderful staff!!

I have been there twice now and had different staff members assist me. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and open minded. The products are reasonably priced and i am very satisfied with the quality of the products.The atmosphere is a little bargain market if you will, not cute with bad lighting and ugly fixtures..but..Im not there for a pretty store. I highly recommend going there.

Some parade or event was going on outside and it was pretty busy inside, but that is NO excuse to completely ignore a customer, actively looking for help with the sole intent of making a purchase while you try to make a sale on an overpriced vibrator with futility. Unacceptable.

Construction for over an hour at 2AM? Waking half the building above you up. Were walking around in hallways wondering what is going on. Youre breaking the law and ruining peoples entire day. You should be ashamed.

Worst experience ever. They sold expired products, offered me an exchange one the phone, then wouldnt honor it in store.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
