Im not able to rate the casino as a whole because none of my 3 visits were to experience the establishments main purpose and vein of entertainment. Since I dont gamble (and have no disparaging rhetoric about it or those who ), only my direct interactions with staff and the lunch menus illuminates my 4 stars. Great, friendly staff who Ive rewarded with well-deserved tips each time. Food is very worth the time and effort

Silver Dollar casino is a great place to go play the table games and wonderful tasty food plus a good selection of drinks.

Food was great I had big steak & baked potato very one was very nice

Customer service was poor. Took a good 15 minutes to be waited on for a drink order and then another 15 minutes for the drinks (just a beer and a glass of wine). Food was decent when it finally arrived.

I went there just to have a late dinner after midnight. It was nice.

This is not a casino.. it has a handful or two of tables that do not actually mean anything to people that frequent casinos. It has booze but little to no choices. This is a pac hwy special. You can get drunk for a lot of money and you can lose even more at the tables. Come one come all to the most useless building this stretch of street has to offer as it will be replaced soon enough.

You gamble in the tent next store to the main casino bldg. (Bathrooms are inside the bldg.) Order food from tent.

Great card room with a fun friendly staff

Customers were friendly. Bartender seemed a bit overwhelmed but Black Jack Dealer was kings and fun and generous. I’m sad I couldn’t find her on Social Media.

I just came here for the food. Service was good. The dish was small and the vegetables were just ok. I enjoyed the fried shrimp, mashed potato, and small steak.

All the games heavily favor the house. During my night there I watch everyone lose everything they put down. The food was good and the service was good but the point of a casino is to have a chance to win some money.

First time visitor. Dealer had huge language barrier and told me the that the games are too hard to explain and I would just have to play and find out. Not two hands in he was argumentative and accusing me of cheating. He didn’t call the win/push. He dealt fast enough where I couldn’t follow along and I was the only one at the table. No reason he couldn’t have slowed down and been more hospitable. I declined the free play and instructed the cashier to destroy my freshly printed player card. I will not be returning. Ever.

My flight got cancelled so I decided to stay here and pass some time. The place is good. It is accessible enough for everyone. I enjoyed the food and enjoyed the stay. I almost forgot why Im here until I got a call that I am ready to go. Nice place.

The food is fabulous and the entire staff is wonderful! Have been a regular lately because I travel and have been thru half the menu, it really is great food.

Kind of a rough dump. Empty tables but 15$ min on the couple blackjack open. The Covid dividers werent being used and werent clean anyway. I think its dumb, too, but it kind of tells u about it.

My friend and I cane here for dinner since we were staying at the hotel next door. The food was really good and fairly priced. The staff was very very friendly when we walked in too. It has a nice little atmosphere for food and drinks and the waitress we had was also very nice! We didn’t gamble so I can’t comment about the tables but nice place for a good bite to eat!

I was such a loyal customer until I ordered their seafood alfredo and let me tell you it was nothing but disappointment. Their seafood alfredo is ridiculously overpriced. Salmon should never be mixed with alfredo. They need to bring back the fried rice and salt & pepper shrimp! That’s the only food that was good from there. Will not be eating here again (unless they bring back the fried rice and salt & pepper shrimp).

Wow! Really great food and friendly staff. Our orders were just as we asked and piping hot. The environment was really chill and the games were very well managed. Would definitely recommend this Casino for those who want a smaller more intimate experience.

Enjoyed the food at the bar area until a cockroach came running in front of me as I was eating. Told my waitress that there was a roach running around my food and her response ‘I’m not gonna kill it’. I lost my appetite at that point not even half way through eating my meal and I asked for a to go container at that point. The waitress was apologetic, however, I thought she might discount my Food or Comp my drink as I was totally disgusted with my dining experience but she just gave me my to go container and my bill. I was very disappointed, paid my bill, tipped her and walked out with no plans to return as this was an awful dining experience and an I’m sorry was not good Customer Service.

This Casino has rude employees. They stared at me for almost 30 minutes. They treat black people like they are stealing something. The employees will treat you very suspicious if you are black. I know this because I have been there and I am black. Dont give them your money with that bad treatment. Take your money to better casino where you will not be stared and be treated badly by the employees. The short old Asian man employee who stands at the game table will keep staring at you like you are a thief. I will never spend money in here again.

Good food friendly service kinda slow.

Im staying overnight at a nearby hotel before a flight from SeaTac. The front desk recommended this small casino for a good burger. As it turned out he was spot on! Their Washington Gold Burger was great. The other selections looked good too. The friendly, efficient server explained they have authentic Chinese cooks for Chinese food, Mexican cooks for Mexican food and regular (lol) cooks for American food. We enjoyed our visit.

First time in Seattle and the service, food selection outstanding

After a steady decline in customer service mainly from the mgmt(floor) I took an extended absence from this place. In the past six months I’ve come twice and both times was met with Piss poor customer service. Tonight I spent over a grand in about 20 minutes which I’m ok with. However not once did they bother to ask if I needed something and when I asked the floor to please get table service I waited an additional 12 minutes with nothing. As 3 of the serving staff congregated by the hot rail. I again ask for service and the dealer turns to the same person I asked and then said nothing.Last year I spent roughly $16,000.00. Yet, I can’t even come and order dinner. I’m glad to know my business isn’t worth your time. Because literally every other casino in town meets me with a smile and stellar service. Including SD Renton. After the absence of any kind of customer service tonight this brand has lost my business for ever. A few card tables, small. Nice staff at the door. No slots wife was disappointed about that. Free parking. We didnt play so my review is not based on the gaming itself. Just appreance and size and what games they had. People seemed to enjoy themselves.

Most of the dealers are very friendly and try to make you feel very welcome. They almost treat you like you are apart of their family. Every time I return no matter how long it has been since my last visit, the dealers greated me like I was sincerely missed and appreciated. The Shift Managers are a different story. You ask for a comp and they act like the cost of the food item is coming not of their pockets. They do not seem to care about how much you are spending or anything. Not very good customer service if you ask me.

Came here for brunch as Ive always enjoyed the food here. Im not a gambler but Ive always enjoyed the atmosphere enveloping casinos and the bars within. Carrie gave me wonderful service and knows what customer service is all about! Its not always easy to fulfill everybodys demands at once..but a simple head nod or reassurance is all it takes to acknowledge a customer/client/guest. She was polite and efficient, brought my order in no time at all and remembered another regulars order as they walked in after me. 4 thumbs up!

This place actually rocks! Was meeting someone outside and didnt plan on going in but I decided to watch part of the Seahawks game and get a drink. Upon entering, the security guard noticed Id never been there before and offered me a seat at the bar, told me the pricing for happy hour food and gave me a raffle ticket for the game. The bar tender was alone bit she was excellent at her craft and served everyone in a timely and professional manner. She was great with the regulars. Food is a bit on the high end, but drinks were well priced and the place was clean. All in all a good place to go to play cards, watch the game and eat and drink.

This is a wonderful restaurant for Country Inn & Suites which is across the street. You dont have to be a gambler to go and enjoy a good kitchen.

We order via Door D. or GrubH & weve never had bad food. Their cooks are spot on. Disappointing to read a roach was running around on a table, but the building is really old. Hopefully they have a good treatment plan set up with Orkin or someone.

Not a gambler. I went in for food because it was walking distance from the hotel. I gave it 5 stars because the food was excellent. It was late and we had been flying for hours. Service was great, food came out quick and it tasted great.

Who knew there was a great restaurant hidden in this little casino? I have frequently had lunch and cater events at the Silver Dollar and every time I am impressed. The service is great. The team have a true sense of hospitality. Unless you enjoy table card games, this may not be the casino for you, but I recommend checking out the restaurant.

Great food, drinks and prices! Super friendly service. As a patron going solo, it would be nice to have a more warm welcome from other patrons. Where I come from, people used to talk to each other at the bar, but its the typical Seattle chill. No matter, the games keep me entertained.

The restaurant was recommended by our hotel and we loved it. Hector greeted us and took really good care of us. He gave us great service and really made it a nice experience. The menu is very diverse. I had a salad and my husband had a stir fry and both were really nice quality.

Silver Dollar Casino has everything from American fare to Chinese, Mexican... breakfast, lunch, dinner, desert, drinks both high octane and no octane (wink!) ;) Everyone must be 21+ but thats okay. The servers, doormen, bouncers... everyone... are so friendly, fun, capable, and knowledgeable. Its a pleasure to enjoy good food and drink in a comfortable, unhurried environment with free on-site parking. Its right on Hwy. 99 (Pacific Hwy. S.) in Seatac, just blocks from I-5. Great spot! :)
