Nice atmosphere and my children love the playground. Others are polite and respectful. The only downfall I have is that drivers drive a little too fast for the park. People slow down because we love our children! Please thank you!!

Is it just me or are our parks being neglected because of C19? But I did find some beauty to share.

Nice little city park. They have a nice walking/jogging path and a decent play area for the kids. View is not the greatest as it faces the Federal Prison!

Twice in a row there has been police activity. Last time was a police stop right next to the playground, tonight was 4 police units with their search lights on and a helicopter. When your citys main playground is nextdoor to a prison, an active manhunt is the last thing you want to be involved in with your children. You never know what could happen.

Nice place for walk yourself. Your family or your dog.And same time do exercise.Barbecue. Fishing !!

Its very pretty with good scenery. Park equipment is very clean and the grounds maintence is well put together. Never see any trash. Overall a very pleasant park to exercise and just enjoy outside.

It was so fun me my mom and my sister and brother had so so much fun I even cried on one of the Rides

Its a really good place to go, but I wish there were more trees at the edge of the pond they have there for shade.

I Love this park. The water, ducks, playground, water park, picnic areas, etc. Great place to take a walk and soak up the atmosphere.

Great place for family and friends to chill. Kids can feed the ducks and birds. It is a very nice lake/park. Try it out youll love it. Quiet place for romancing your partner or what have you.

Great park, clean and had plenty of walking trail that is concrete. It also has a water park for the kiddos to play in during the oppressive Texas summer heat. The playground is clean and has wood chips as a surface and the playground also has a variety of structures to keep the kids happy. It had settings, jungle gym, riding toys etc...

Awesome park is right next to the prison?? Great place to feed the ducks. Seemed nice place to eat at the picnic tables till my husband found he was being bitten by fleas! Very quiet here with a place to walk and a playground tho.

The parks clean but the wood chips make the ground VERY soft as if you could gall into the ground when the rain pools up under the swings/slides. The Splash pad is wonderful for the summer but needs to be updated fixed or something. Bathroom are on sight..but you may need to keep sanitizer and toilet paper in your car.

Nice, but they need restroom facilities on both sides of the park and more than one pavilion. It would be nice if park & recreation were there on weekends to clean restrooms. Three times a day is not too much on weekends since its the busiest time.

My grandbabies love this park.you can feed the Ducks, play. at the park and They also have the splash pad.

The ducks are aggressive yet still another activity to do while out there with small children. The playground is nice and theres plenty of parking all around.

Great place for a walk/run. Pet friendly! Small but awesome water area for the kids in summer. Squirts water from a bunch of different spots. Feed the ducks or Geese. Fish in the pond with a pretty fountain. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Love that this park is our neighborhood park. Safe place to visit. Well patrolled by the Seagoville police.

Plenty of parking. They are renovating the main entrance though. SO, you need to enter at the exit and then use the front loop to get back to the entrance driveway, but its not a hassle.

Lots of ducks in the pond and plenty of fish for the kiddos to catch. Big playground for little to big kids to romp around. Basketball courts,tennis, fields for sports. Summer brings about a water park for little ones.

Great park. Kids love the splash park.Grills and brand new restrooms by splash park available. Do bring your own toilet paper (just in case).Come prepared to feed the ducks!

This park is great for kids they have a big playground and amazing to go for a stroll around the pond. It is filled with ducks and flowers. Its truly relaxing. In the summer time they turn on the water in a gated area so the kids can play and get wet.

I love the atmosphere.. Its always clean when I go walking here w/t my family & the ducks makes it enjoyable as well.

Great place to relax with your family or go for a jog. If you dont mind the sight of barbed wire, that is. Otherwise, its a gentle and quiet place to have some outdoor fun at!

I LOVE THIS PARK!!! GREAT MEMORIES! ! ME AND MY LOVE ROCKY GO HERE AND EAT,WALK,TALK,LAY OUT BY THE WATER AND WATCH /FEED THE DUCKS ALSO SPENT THE WHOLE NIGHT UNDER THE STARS TOGETHER. . AWESOME FUN NIGHT AND MORNING ♡♡♡♡

Dont let the prison next door scare you. Nice play area for kids and sprinklers too. Walk or ride around the duck pond.

The best place for kids and adults to relax, exercise and play sports.

The kids love it here. Nice splash pad with a cover so the kids wont get burned and even the playground has a cover over the slides area so they arent too hot to play on.My kids also like feeding the ducks.

Great little park like to take the kids there to fish and play.The city is doing some new things just wait its getting better.

Swings need oil, theres trash sometimes and there was a sick duck last time I went there with my kids. Overall, its okay. The playground is well kept, nothing broken, except for the swings needing maintenance.
