Mobile Gardens Manufactured Home Community

The staff is always friendly when they see me. I love my lot I live on. All around the neighbors I have are friendly . For a first home you couldnt go wrong.

Horrible place to live. Flooding constantly. Office staff is rude and disrespectful. Over $400 every month in lot rent Holes in road. No place for children to play. Cats everywhere. Rent increases every year but no changes or updates to community besides new signage. Do not recommend. Save your money, fix your credit purchase for own mobile home on your own land.

Im happy with the Trailer I bought in Mobile gardens and the Salemen that sold it to me was very nice and worked with me that was Nicklous and will help you with any questions ️

The WORST place to live! Welcome to mobile Gardens! If you are a cat lady and love a big pond in your yard or waterfront property this is the place for you! Hundreds of stray cats and every time it rains you could go swimming in your front yard! Because they dont dig out ditches. Also you can soothe yourself to sleep listening to the tree that has been marked to be cut down for 2 years scraping against your trailer! But they ran out of money to cut down anymore trees. Even though lot rent is over 400.00 a month. And goes up once a year. And electricity no problem other than you could be electrocuted by an electric pole they propped up with 2×4s so it doesnt fall. Definitely would never recommend to live there. Also nothing for children to do no playground etc. Also water smells like eggs unless they treat it which most of the time they dont give any notice they just turn it off while your enjoying that nice hot shower in the morning before work.

Clean, good location, quiet atmosphere

A majority of the homes are run down and unkempt.

Nice little moble home park. A lot of cats wondering around though. Seems like most keep up on there homes and yard.

Trash dump Nasty Park

Needs work on roads and updates

Keep raising lot rent up

No room between trailers and a lot of run down trailers in there.

Just arondx
