Freiken disappointed. we were here for my birthday for a little vacation and they have us in this room that was so small, right by the stairs and laundry. were hearing noises all night both nights we stayed. I wish we went somewhere else honestly. if we come back Ill make sure to be no where near the laundry or stairs and on the top floor
Convenient to shopping, yet very quiet. Construction as you enter could not be heard inside the unit. Stayed in a 2 bedroom presidential-spacious and luxurious! Grounds beautifully kept. Covid precautions in place.
Extremely close to Scottsdale shopping and restaurants, no more than 10 to 20 min drive. Quaint facility with nice grounds around the pool area including a fire pit and corn hole game. Front office staff is really nice and accommodating.
Beautiful property located in Scottsdale. Penthouse units are superb. Near golf course and walking trails.
Beautiful property. We had a one bedroom. Very roomy.. clean and comfortable..like all Worldmark Wyndham properties.
Construction is so cheap we could hear every footstep in the room above. It was like someone pounding on the floor. If you are unlucky enough to have a first floor room good luck with any peace or quiet.
Rooms were awesome, updated and clean. Very comfortable stay and easy check in and check out. The pool is amazing. First time staying. We will be back. thank you
Very nice resort. We had a great stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The resort is very clean and well kept, (even with the construction going on).The pool area is great and there are so many places to have fun, explore and find a great meal nearby. The only negative - for some reason this resort feels compelled to charge their guests for the use of their wifi.
Worldmark Scotrsdale is a great place to relax a d unwind! The beautiful pool is inviting and it is so worth it spending time in it! We live in Mesa and love taking a break at the Worldmark to relax, do some shopping and attend different venues in and around Scottsdale. The MCM did not disappoint us on this trip. Everything you could ever want to see ir know about Music and Guitars! We loved it!
The Wordmark Scottsdale is a nice typical facility in the Worldmark system. Our room was clean and well stocked. The pool was also well maintained and stocked with towels. The room had a couple of maintenance issues which were quickly taken care of by a competent maintenence person. We were pleased with this facility and had a pleasant stay in the greater Scottsdale area.
I love pretty much everything about this place. Some of the activities and stuff are limited bc of current events. But there is a pool, good view, and great staff. My family is staying in a presidential suite it is really nice. 4 bed, 3 bath.
We checked in Friday the 28th and have been here a few days now, the resort is well maintained with very comfortable and roomy units, the grounds are clean and shrubs trimmed, the staff here are very friendly and helpful, this is one of those hidden gems that is a must try
Overall a great stay and clean rooms! Would definitely stay again. The only downside was the construction surrounding the place.
Great pool, wonderful staff & comfortable accomodations. Great BBQ areas
Love this place. Its our favorite Resort. The new building and the two-bedroom presidential are exceptional. Im curious why there are ping pong tables in every new unit but it was fun. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat
The floor in our floor was absolutely filthy! I was told Housekeeping was under staffed and could not keep up with cleaning the units.
Really nice and centrally located. Much newer than some.
Typical deceptive timeshare practices. They booked my mother in law for the most expensive room without telling her. When she tried to extend the stay a day later, she discovered what they did. Then told her that they couldnt move her to the correct room. This is a scam to burn through peoples points. They then refused to refund the extra points. Timeshares are a scam where they trick you into pre paying for hotel rooms they try not to let you use, then they rent those hotel rooms to people who do not have timeshares at a discounted rate.Edit: email in the response threw an error. Will update if I ever get a working address.
Clean, beautiful, great place to spend your vacation.
I stayed in the new section. Very nice accomodations. Very quiet. Clean rooms.
The newest addition to the property is simply great We were lucky enough to get it the day they opened it to the members. What a great place. There is construction going on near the entrance. However, once that is done, still good to go. Google, please update your map routing! Mahalo!
Clean and comfortable. Great service too!
Close to Phoenix but out of the hustle and bustle a bit
Nice vacation spot. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Resort is well located with plenty to do nearby.
The view was awesome. People were friendly and curtious. Many awesome historical, and beautiful sights close by. Good beers, and baseball!
Nice rooms. Good for multiple people. Kitchenette had microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster, plus spices, cookware, dishes, towels and paper towels, etc. One drawback was pitiful cellphone reception indoors. Outside was good. So expect to pay for wifi if you need to get online for anything.
Very friendly staff, clean and nicely arranged furniture. Housekeeping is A+. Nice lighting, heater and parking. Very Comfortable bed. The only bad things is we were put on 2nd floor with no elevator. Not very good for seniors.
In my most recent visit to WorldMark in Scottsdale Arizona on March 9th, 2020 I was sold more points with promises made. I was told that the representative would call me to go over things with my daughter to make sure that we could fit it into our lifestyles with us being an elderly couple with a limited income. This was right before COVID-19 became a global pandemic which happened on March 11th, 2020. Once returning home on March 11th, 2020 and talking with my daughter we decided with everything going on and the instability that it would not be a right fit. I waited for the call that was promised. The call never came. I then gave the representative a call and at that time is when she informed me that she no longer works there and that I was now five days out of the cancelation time frame. She then had someone who still worked there give me a call. During that call I was advised to still send in my letter of cancelation. That was done promptly. Sometime after, I received an e-mail back from them declining my request. I then called the number in the email to see why and was just told that there was nothing more that could be done it was outside of the time frame. None of promises that were made by the people that day were kept. After further review of the contract I found another lie amongst the many that I was told that day. I had been promised 60 days same as cash for the money that I owed when looking into my contract there was one page with large font that was never shown to me that clearly said that I did not qualify for the 60 days same as cash. After arriving home, I received a bill from a credit company that I knew nothing about with a 12-thousand-dollar balance on it. While they were preparing the contract contract, they told us that there would be a down payment which we stated if so we would not be able to do it unless it was put on the back of the loan. When going through all the paperwork no where do we see where we signed a credit application. Once looking into it further, I made another call to them. I was once again told that there was nothing that they could do for me. When asked if they hold their representatives accountable for the promises that they make my question was just ignored and I was told once again that nothing would be able to be done for me. I have been beyond disappointed with this experience from this company. I have been with them since the early 90’s and have never been treated so poorly. My only ask of them was to honor the promises that were made and to make things right and allow for me to have my account placed back the way it was before all the lies and missed promises.
Our room was very spacious. The pool area was calming and pleasant to visit for a nap. Theres construction with the build of a couple of new buildings but the noise was hardly noticed while we were there.
We had the 2bd presidential suite. Very nice, but they were still in the process of finishing them. Im sure after a few tweaks theyll be perfect.
Construction noises were in effect before 6am which were less than great but such is the cost of growth and expansion. Inside unit was pretty impeccable. Lobby was unmatched in general excellence, care and quite remarkable attention to detail. Many special touches that would get us to return without hesitation. Would be 4.5 stars is 1/2 was possible.
The condo and amenities were very clean. The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. Though there was construction going on in front of and behind the resort it did not disturb our stay.
This resort had wonderful amenities. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We met such fun guests there. I would recommend staying here.
Our first time at the Scottsdale WorldMark, and it hasnt disappointed. Friendly and HELPFUL staff work hard to give you a great experience @
Super upgraded rooms, but construction makes it a challenge to get in and out. I plan on staying here again in the future (hopefully construction will be done)
Only stay there one night but it was enjoyable and the place was clean
Having to attend classes in Phoenix, this was a very convenient place to stay. Loved the huge pool which I had all to myself at night. Close to Sakana an Asian restaurant with fresh sushi and other delights. Try the flaming edamame. Construction is happening so dont try to sleep in as the noise starts at 600 am. Overall it was perfect for this use, I will return in a couple of weeks and go from the studio to the 2 bedroom.
Very friendly and helpful staff. But a bit difficult to deal with all the construction happening. My suite was close to the pool area and I was awakened early Sunday morning with the sound of a blower. Hopefully they change the cleaning schedule a bit so that doesnt happen to anyone else.
Nicest room I have ever stayed in.
Awesome staff awesome awesome friendly and super courteous
The staff was amazing . The studio was large and everything was beautiful.
Theres a lot of construction going on right now (9/2019), should be very nice when finished, but currently a lot of dust all over. The guest services staff (Jackie) was very helpful when I inquired about a family party reunion of about 15 people, and where we could have it on the grounds and order takeout bbq.
Nice facility. Stay away from sales pitch!
Not up to WorldMark standards. ️The mini fridge was all iced up and did not keep our icecream. Melted it actually. With no in-room washer and dryer you would think they would give you more than one towel each. And the room was dark (we were unfortunate to be assigned a stairwell room). We have always loved our WorldMark suites, but not so much this one.The pool area was lovely though
People very very friendly and helpful love the pool area
Amazing staff very nice rooms
Roomy, up to date, very nice! Will definately stay here again.
Great place central to most things
WorldMark of Scottsdale provided a very comfortable and well located place to spend our vacation. The staff was excellent. They took care of all of our needs and ensured that we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend staying at WorldMark of Scottsdale to anyone wishing to visit the area.
Overall great experience. Painless from check in to check out. Our room had a full kitchen which was a huge plus. Staff was super friendly. Again a great experience as far as hotels go.
Other than all the construction, very nice place. Well be back
Very clean and friendly staff
Very decent new construction, solid basic amenities. I was in a small unit, so pretty much just a very nice hotel experience. the location is typically Phoenix close to things generally central and east, so you probably wont be walking much.
Beautiful. Feels like home as a timeshare should
My favourite place to stay in the Phoenix area- Albertsons about a block West, great room (presidential), fantastic landscaping and pool area, out of the way quiet safe area, absolutely wonderful place- cant wait to go back.
Good service, room excellent relaxing !
Lots of space in the rooms. Very clean and helpful friendly staff
Great accommodations!
There was a tree. It hit our car. Lots of construction. Lots noises. Hulk cant sleep. Makes Hulk mad. Hulk smash. Indoor room was nice and spacious.
We opted for the small room which was more than enough for a couple. We love the kitchenette that includes a mini refrigerator and microwave. The pool is beautiful and clean. The fitness room is small but sufficient to keep up a fitness routine. I highly recommend this facility to any traveler.
Its still under construction and I only work doing construction clean up but for what its worth I think its going to to be off the chain cool for those who can afford a time share apartment
Scottsdale WorldMark better than expected due to the various amenities around the resort. Lovely courtyard and pool. Stellar property staff and well kept up property. The room and full kitchen impressed us along the sauna tub, TVs in den and bedroom and the washer / drier set up. Very comfortable 1 bedroom setup. Yeah, the stairs were a pain when hauling up groceries, but this place deserved my 5 star rating regardless of others experience with this place.Vince White
WorldMark Scottsdale is a nice treat. Its in a great location and the deluxe 1 bedroom we stayed in was very nicely decorated and roomy. 4 stars given for little things that were missed (no extra toilet paper, kitchen cabinet door not wiped clean).
New, beautiful rooms and grounds. Really great pool and jacuzzi!
This is my second stay at the world mark. Its really nice inside. The pool is nice and refreshing. I love that they have a disability chair to go into the pool and hot tub. Its a quite area, a lot of restaurants nearby. Overall great experience.
Just had a two night stay with my wife first went well but second and forever my last was horrible
We have been Worldmark owners for 17 years and the company has really gone down hill! Their reservation system is such that you never know what you are going to get. Checked into a one bedroom tonight and 1. The pool area is closed indefinitely. 2. We expected a full kitchen and got a microwave. 3. I brought movies to watch but no DVD player. 4. No washer--dryer in unit. 5. No Murphy bed. 6. No barbeque grill on balcony. These are all amenities we expected and are being cheated from enjoying. Everyone should expect to receive what they expect to receive! Also... MAJOR construction so dont expect to sleep much!
1st time here! Lovin it so far!
Very clean. Friendly staff. Easy access. Safe area
This is a nice quiet area so its relaxing atmosphere.
This is a wonderful place to stay for a few days at a time that is good for those who are in the process of getting a new place to live for the next two weeks.
Great pool, great patios and balconies, fireplace in most rooms! Giant bathtubs for soaking, and standing dual showers with plant of room! Very happy with our stay!
Just checking out the facility
Great location and fantastic condos
World Mark Scottsdale is conveniently located near several shopping centers, major stores and points of interest. Its easy to find and get to. Its right off the major highway. The rooms are clean and well stocked. The appliances and decor are clean and modern. Staff was pleasant and courteous. The pool is large, and the rec room has lots of stuff to do with the family. I stayed here with my family for a family reunion and we would definitely stay here again.
Clean, modern and great location on periphery of the Phoenix-Tempe.
Time well spent. Resort was clean and the staff were responsive.
I enjoyed my fully stocked room it came with cups and plates and all the dishes and pots and pans washer and dryer fireplace it was just like home sweet home
Beautiful place to stay!
The entire Worldmark world has gone downhill...no free videos, let alone a DVD player in the room, and rooms dont get cleaned like they should. This particular resort has zero elevators, so moving in for the week requires a lot of hikes up and down the stairs; not so bad if youre young. This location has a pool lift for those unable to get in and out on their own, which is nice. The grounds are kept clean, and maintenance is pretty attentive. Never a lot of people stay here, which is kinda nice, too.
What a beautiful property nestled back where if you didnt know it was there youd never see it. But great place, great service, great people, great location.
I stayed here for 3 nights while attending a conference in the area. The rooms and grounds were very nice and well maintained with lots of amenities. The staff were very nice and friendly. They provided great customer service. This is more of a family business than a chain and the atmosphere is very laid back. I felt very much at home while staying here and recommend this hotel!
Very new facilities, but clean and nicely layed-out...quiet and far-enough off Indian Bend Road to provide for easy access. Unfortunately, there are no elevators, thus hauling bags to the second-floor units can be tiresome.Large pool facility w/hot tub to relax the tired body after golf...very close to grocery stores and fast foodWould not hesitate to return.
Very nice unit.
Been a Worldmark owner since 1996 ( back when it was Trendwest) and have traveled to Hawaii, British Columbia, Lake Tahoe and all of California and Nevada. All though this resort is the smallest Ive been too, it has a lot to offer. Scottsdale is beautiful and the night life in old town is amazing for suck a small town. The staff is great and the resort is very clean.
Very nice spacious rooms (1 bdrm). Staff were quite good (as usual). A couple surprises, no DVD player or hand mixer.
