Beautiful private course. Love the back driving range

Dinner was very enjoyable, the remodel looks great and the patio at sunset is very inviting and relaxing. Steak, broccolini and brussel sprouts were all delicious. Outdoor fireplaces were awesome at night, great place to relax with family and friends.

Emacullate, good food, excellent service, and will return again and again!!!

Great place to live! Financial sound, updated amenities, amazing and friendly people! Love the pool, the fitness center, the community center and the clubhouse is being modernized and remodeled! Golf course is challenging and fun for all levels of golfers!

Terravita has gone from nice to AWESOME. Spectacular new clubhouse with wonderful Chef created food and staff, great management, improvements in every area. Excellent amenities. Truly beautiful surroundings with mountain, city lights, golf course and natural desert views. It’s a happy place to be. Not to mention the club dues are extremely reasonable and a fantastic value for money.

I understand that they are experimenting with being open on Mondays for lunch. From my experience they should stay closed. Ive never seen so many jalapenos on nachos before. It was more like a jalapeno salad. The cheese on those potato chip nachos wasnt all melted, but the bowl they came in was scalding hot. I dont know how that happens. Some of the house made chips werent cooked all the way. The lettuce and tomato on the BLT werent ripe and the bacon was undercooked. The quesadilla was missing the chicken(honest mistake) but it was soggy from the grease. I sent it back and changed to the fish and chips. They were good. Service was good but the kitchen needs serious help.

The food is really good. They have made some great improvements over the last year. Our waitress was a doll! Great atmosphere!

Beautiful desert setting in North Scottsdale. Friendly residents, well managed and financially sound Club and Association. Newly remodeled facilities with fantastic dining. A great place to live.

Well designed, around the desert. Beautifully maintained and well kept after 20+ years. It still is THE place to live. Surrounded by wildlife and the gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains.

Didnt get a chance to golf, but had a wonderful meeting in the club house with the HOA board. Great group of people.

Friendly neighborhood in a beautiful setting! Can’t wait for the newly remodeled clubhouse to open late 2018. AWGA GEM golf course!
