It was a unique place. The outside looks totally deserted and cluttered. All the buildings, if they have windows or doors, are covered with blinds so you can’t see into anything. So it feels very unwelcoming and like a ghost town. I happened to see somebody pop outside the one building and so I was able to meet them and get the tour of the place. The artists there are very passionate about their work and they are very skilled. There’s a pottery place, woodworking, painting, colored pencil artist, old blacksmith shop, dance hall, theatre where they hold shows and musical events. I’m glad I stopped in and they were willing to chat with me for a bit.
The art exhibit by Helen Norsigian Rowles was fabulous. It is a must-see.
Watched the Davis Magic show here!! He did an amazing job, very entertaining!!! I would highly recommend checking it out.
Fantastic Show of Illusion for the whole family. Completely entertained.
Cool arts complex with studio space and various media artisans whether paint, ceramics, photography, fabrics, welding, theyre here. Artists here very welcoming. The hours were a bit unclear, but we just showed up and were shown around. It was interesting to see a working varied arts community in their creative spaces.
Amazing spaceTalented artists - you really feel creative energy here
The Pottery was incredible! A potter was making tea pots when we were there. She showed us all the steps it took. WOW! Lots of work
Very cute show. Some illusions were outstanding but others very ordinary. Not impressed with belly dancing or singing at start of show. Juggling acts were good
A great experience. I had the opportunity to meet several of the resident artists; they took the time to personally explain their work and the history of the building.
Great eclectic art studio.
We saw magic show, it was excellent
