If you hire a company that specializes in a specific service, you would think they would be somewhat adept at their job. Unfortunately, that is not always the case! For the most part, they do an adequate job. Your experience will be much better if you hold their hand through the entire process. I didnt do that and was not as pleased as I could have been. I left a voicemail for someone to contact me regarding the issue and nobody has bothered to call me back. I would do some research for other companies in the future!

I store all my high end guitars there a couple of times a year and every one there is professional and helpful and the temperature and humidity control are perfect. Never an issue. Courtney and Nancy are the best.

Great service and value! They did a relatively complex project (it was beyond my willingness to undertake by myself) which included 15 pieces, height challenges, an accurate layout and limited work area to maneuver and access. They performed like champs!!! Very much appreciated and highly recommend.
