I wish I knew the girls names who helped me on both my visits. These ladies were beyond helpful on my visits. They were knowledgeable, understanding and extremely sweet. Trying to buy lingerie during a pandemic is extremely difficult since we do not have the option to try on. On my first visit the girl who helped me helped me pick out some cute outfits and told me all about the discounted items. She let me know the return policy and said if it didnt work out I could always bring back the items for exchange. Sadly, they didnt fit well. I took the items back in the store a few days later and the girls this time alsopurchases. With a smile. They were so friendly and I ended up finding some new fun items to try out.They asked about my wedding plans and actually cared. The store has so much variety. I will absolutely be back. I ended up spending more than anticipated but I am so happy with my purchases.

This location is on the smaller side. Went there recently cause we wanted to use a coupon. Unfortunately the coupon didnt work on a lot of the products we wanted but ended up finding something for me. When I asked the associate if they had anything plus size and what their biggest size was the person helping kept announcing it! Yeah we have this in plus size, we have more plus size back here, and theres these in plus size. ALL AROUND THE STORE FOR EVERYONE TO HEAR! It wasnt a huge deal but I should have said something cause I was uncomfortable. As someone who was a retail manager, I would say something like We have the size youre looking for or something along the lines of that size! Hopefully they can try to work on being a little more discreet....

I had literally the BEST experience at this location Ive EVER HAD in any adult store!! All thanks to their employee, Khelben Reich! He not only greeted me kindly when I entered the store, but continued to assist me with everything I could possibly need. He had a vast knowledge on EVER product I had an inquiry about, and also had excellent suggestions, based off of the toys I asked about. He was very welcoming, he made me feel comfortable and sure about my choice. I HIGHLY suggest coming to this store for his expertise, knowledge, and welcoming demeanor! Thank you Khelben

The employees including the assistant manager are usually very helpful.. but somehow they’ve given me incorrect information on multiple products now. It’s lead to having to spend more money to fix the issue. There are also products being sold for more than what they are on the manufactures website, which seems a bit odd.

I went to hospital because of their equipment and clothes. I wish I didn’t buy anything from there. The WORST store ever.

Today was my first time going to this store and let me tell you I was NOT disappointed. I was welcomed by Shelby (who stayed with me and helped me my whole visit) the store was put together and clean and I enjoyed my visit. But the absolute highlight of my visit was interacting with Shelby, she knew every product in that store and explained everything to me in detail. She was so funny and had the best personality ever. She helped me pick out my lingerie and gave me her honest opinion before I tried any on. I ended up buying most of Her recommendations. and I am so pleased with my purchase. The prices are reasonable and theres a little bit of everything there. Thank you Shelby for making my first visit one to remember girl, you were a blast. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Fantastic, clean, no pressure adult toy and clothing store.... Probably the best selection of upper end /high quality womens, mens and couples adult toys.... No constant pressure from sales staff and a welcoming age informative atmosphere. The clientele is also seemingly better than some of your lower scale adult stores : no creepy, mustached, panel van driving pedophiles (at least that I could see) here. If youre in the mood or in the need, this chain is probably your best bet locally....

Personally, I much prefer the one on Elliot Rd. The selection here isn’t great, fewer sale items. However - customer service was really good & the fitting rooms are extra cool.

Great service and decent selection, but...One of the items purchased was a little box with a sexy guy outfit that was supposed to include tight boy short style briefs, and a Santa hat. This was a gift exchange game item. When it was opened, inside the box were two Santa hats and no shorts.This review is lowered more by the quality control of what you might buy there than anything else.

I was at the Fascination store in Scottsdale last week nobody was greeting me.I was going to buy a couple of outfits I love their lingerie and choose like 10 outfits to try on.One of the worker came to me and said that I can only try 3 pieces at the time and was okay with that she said she will be waiting outside for me to exchange the rest of the outfits.She disappear I’ve called no one @.I didn’t feel like getting dress on and off just to try a couple of outfits on.Very unprofessional.I rather go to Victoria Secret their customer service is so much better and you can try as many outfits you want inside the fitting room.I will never go back.

The first time I shopped here was great! I was very satisfied. The employees were super helpful in helping me when I asked for assistance and when checking out. The second time I visited was with my husband, all the employees were in oversized, black clothing (this was not the case the first time I had visited several months prior, and it is not something you expect at a place like this - dressing for the location and job is key) and a male and female worker took turns following us to make sure we didnt take anything, I guess? It was very off-putting and we didnt end up buying anything because having someone follow you is not a good customer experience. I highly recommend the Facsinations on Elliot in Tempe instead, even if it is a bit out of the way.

Limited selection, most items are in boxes. You cant try on the items in the boxes therefore you have to hope it fits when you get home. Gave three stars because the service was great.

The employees are not asking me for my rewards information to earn them on the purchase which was over $50 and she says that they cant put it in after the sales been closed.The Tempe Fascinations did the same thing yesterday but the cashier said she would have a manager add it to my account when just now the Scottsdale store cashier said they cant do that so Im going to stop at the other fascinations fact check what I was told yesterday its on my way anyways.The cashier also said corporate was telling them not to ask customers for their rewards info because customers were getting bugged by it I guess but thats stupid at my job were still going to tell a customer about something that benefits them because it brings them back to the store and more just a dumb corporate decision because theyre the experts they deal with rewards everyday at their job so its their job to remind the customers for that information its not like its Safeway or Frys grocery store where you go almost everyday and use your Rewards it has you enter it because you do self checkout or at least a keypad that customers can manually enter their information while the cashier is ringing up the order. Sorry for the run on sentences Im driving and using Google talk to text and you all know how that works.My two cents good day.

Always love this place. The staff is always super inviting and helpful. They dont make you feel embarrassed about questions and curiosities. They welcome them and help you understand and even suggest items. Me and my wife come here every now and then to pick up a little something something from time to time and its the only place we go now. Not seedy and shady like all the other places. Alot of the competition makes me wanna take a shower after were gone

They have a nice selection of items at decent prices for an adult store. The only drawback is that the staff are required by management to pester you. If you go in, be prepared to tell four people that youre just looking.

I went out of pure curiosity. They have a bunch of different items and the workers didnt make you feel awkward at all. It was very educational.
