This place is absolutely amazing! It is truly a hidden gem in Scottsboro! This little place holds so much amazing history. I truly loved my experience here as did my entire group! I would definitely recommend a visit!

Lots of history. A must visit for everyone

Beautiful presentation by the director of the museum. This is a story we should not forget because it is an example of injustice continually dealt out to melanin-rich Americans throughout our history. Everyone who cares about educating our society and preventing future atrocities should support, visit, and donate to this museum and its restoration project.

A truly wonderful place that tries to remember what could have been a very tragic event that is often glossed over elsewhere. Well worth the visit to learn about a crucial, if unpleasant, part of local history.
