Its always clean landlord seems to be cool the few times I lost money in his coke box he always popped up wanting to give my money back always nice as he can be, if we lived in Scottsboro kk moble home park would be the place we would live at as well.

Great people. Honest, respectful people who will work with you as long as you keep communication. There trailers are kept up and maintained. Very decent location if you are a quick pit shopper like myself.

Park is always clean, few times we did meet the owner he was always cool insisting on giving my money back when the coke box messed up, if I was to move up that it would be the park I would want to live in..
