The lot manager here is very sweet she despite my reason for looking for a place to move to allowed me to move in and its been great. When i first moved in the was alot of commotion at all hours and since then has gotten alot more quiet around the park. I see this park going in the right direction. I mught be here for awhile.
Just drive though and maybe even talk to a few people you will see why I gave it one star. New management is already failing. Take private information and share it with everyone!
A nice place to live and kids to play. Close to WalMart, the VA, and the Hospital. Rents have gone up a little over the last 4 years but not excessive and still affordable compared to other places on Scottsbluff. Water, sewer and garbage is included in lot rent and when you bag your lawn clippings they pick up for free. Management is working with tenants to enforce the park rules to keep the park nice, such as watering restrictions, excessive stray animals, parking boats and trailers on lots, kids in carports just to name a few. Overall a great place to live, friendly neighbors, and they accept 32+ travel trailers.
Absolutely pathetic management/manager that is completely ignorant about things he thinks he can do to people and he/they think there above the law and will steal things out of your yard.. No joke... I wish I was kidding about this ......but Im not
The new manager, Brittney, is super laid back, rent is reasonable and we really enjoy living in the park!
Reasonable rates
Clean, quiet community !
Its a nice trailer park. I would live there.
Live here for 10 years, was a good park now its kind of sliding
Terrible place. Its dirty, nasty, and the place Is very poorly managed. Lot rent is way over priced and has gone downhill since it has new management.
Need to fix the road and not talking about putting cold mix either spend money on that every year and it washes out
Roads are very bad
Its a peaceful place
Clean and cozy
Trashy place
