My grandson goes there. He loves it and is definitely learning to be a better swimmer. I would recommend it to everyone.

My 2 year old loves this place. The instructors are really good with the kids & if your not able to make a class you can call before class starts and schedule a make up!

Staff is extremely professional and accommodating. Love the program. They have helped our daughter get over her fear if going underwater. They worked with her at her pace and didnt force her. I highly recommend classes for any age swimmer.

My daughter started Aqua Tots last July. Her confidence, in deep water was only calmed by arm floaties. 4 months later and she is now swimming across the pool under water. My husband and I cannot thank the staff enough for teaching her the correct techniques to thrive. We’re excited to see the next set of tools that you give her to move onto her next goal. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with happy smiling people working the front desk. All the teachers are super friendly and great with the kids. I love the program and how they teach the kids. The teacher to kid ratio is great, makes me not worry to much. They have a super great schedule, with lots of options!I recommend this place to all my family and friends

This place is wonderful and everyone is so nice and helpful. My son is having a ball. I was worried he would be nervous but somehow they make him willing to try anything.

The teachers do a wonderful job with the kids. We appreciate the direct feedback at the end of each class. I’m most impressed that the management staff took the time to learn my daughters name. Sounds like a small detail but with so many children passing through their doors on a daily basis, it’s impressive. It’s been a positive experience for the whole family.

Great attentive instructors who love what they do

First few classes were good, then my daughter started hating the going under part, so we asked not to make her go under, we want her to be comfortable and enjoy the water not hate it, so they ignored us and my daughter cried the entire class every time they tried making her go under, so we wont be going to the last class that weve paid for and are just going to do the swim lessons at the new crown point ymca.

Aqua-Tots has given my kids the confidence and the knowledge to become great swimmers! The instructors are fabulous, the place is very clean and well maintained. I absolutely love it here!

Love Aquatots!! The instructors have a passion for swimming and their job! The curriculum is wonderful and I appreciate the safety aspect of it. It’s easy to make up a class and reschedule when the little gets sick or life in general happens!

I LOVED IT!! Especially the Fast Track! It gave my kids lessons more frequently and since not a lot of people sign up for the Fast Track that week, it it ALSO gave them a MUCH smaller class and even days of one-on-one attention. Ashley Morecraft, was a SUPER Patient and kind instructor! BOTH my kids (Ages 8 and 4 a boy & girl) LOVED IT! And Learned and Grew a lot as potential swimmers. YES, it is expensive, but it was WORTH IT!

I just want to counter the bad review below me. They dont dunk the children. They guide them under water, AFTER theyve explained and make sure the child knows what is going on. My son was terrified of the water and having water on his eyes. They allow him to ALWAYS wear his goggles and even put them on him when he forgets to pull them over his eyes. After 2 lessons my son wanted to be in the water and now 10 lessons in, hes never once been scared of going under with the guidance of his instructors. All the Aquatots instructors are very friendly and helpful and love children. They have a very high patience level and make my son feel at ease. Hes never been forced to go under or do anything out of his comfort zone. 5 stars AquaTots!

Ok for the kids, u need to go every day to learn how to swim. When you cancel they charge you for the next month, kind of bogus.

My son started here at age 5 and was unable to float or swim and was very hesitant getting started. Fast forward 9 months and hes leveled up and is doing great. The instructors are very encouraging to the kids. I recommend aqua tots in Schererville if you have young children and want to help get them started with learning how to swim and becoming more comfortable around water.

They dunk the kids and make them jump in the water without there goggles on. There reasoning was explained to me as drowning prevention since kids wont always have goggles. But apprently theyll always have their swimsuit on. I was a lifeguard for four years and have been an avid swimmer my whole life. Needless to say we are much happier at the Ymca in Crown Point, it is cheaper an more common sense is applied.
