Everything was fine. The popcorn and soda prices were outrageous. We spent over $40 on a large popcorn (which was upgraded for free because we are amc members), one soda, a kids add on and carmel cheese popcorn. The lady that waited on us obviously hates her job. Attitude big time.
Great place to a movie theater! The style, the decoration and the ambience is great and suitable. The rooms are very good, and the chairs are very comfortable. The staff is nice, but could be more helpful. The food/snacks are very good. The cleaning should be better, in all aspects! The rooms are very dirty and full of trash. The fact of not being cleaned, between different movie sessions, is unacceptable.
Went here for a $5 movies just to get out for the day. Very clean facility from the concessions area to the bathrooms to the theater. No disappointment at all. Disinfectant wipes were available to wipe down all surfaces before use. Social distancing was enforced for everyone’s safety. Staff was very friendly and nice to work with. Will definitely be back.
I really liked this theater. The parking is great and the theater is big. Its clean and theres a great variety of movies to see at all times.
A nice theater with good seats and sound. Would recommend seeing a movie here.
We went the second day after reopening. They had good safety measures in place. Only 40% capacity per movie permitted. Everyone wore masks in theater except when eating or drinking. It was a fun and safe experience.
I love AMC! Ive been here multiple times and loved every experience.
Best movie theater i have been / i vizit this location every time
Great theater, I just wish they had better seats for the IMAX like some of the local AMC theaters have.
Always good service here, and very conscious of Covid protocols
I must say since Ive been in the state of Illinois this past two days everywhere Ive gone to there seems to be armed guards. So you kind of feel safe at the movie. Anyway Im talking talking about movies in this theater itself very nice clean nice chairs the sound was great and the smell the popcorn whats good thank you
Its fine. The parking garage means a short walk even if its crowded. Reserved seat ticketing but no Military Appreciation Discount offered.(Support the Troops!) Its pricier than most, though there is a frequent flier club called Stubs. The popcorn is good and the soda is self serve with programmable options, they even have the kind of ice I like. All in all, I still like it better than staying home.
Theatre is pretty good. A lot of rooms for watching a movie.I have been watching there regular movie, 3D and IMAX.Rooms for regular and 3D are perfect, wide chairs with a lot of space.Unfortunately I wasnt impressed by IMAX. Chairs are small, not enough free space there. Only one position for chair, which is worst comparing to chairs in regular rooms.
It was nice to see a movie with the family.
The Peking here is good there’s a lot of space as well as a parking garage across the theaterThe seats reminded me of seats on an airplane (not the red recliners) payed $5.35 for curly fries and I was disappointed, there was only about 15 fries. The fries were good I just wanted more for the price I payed. The screen for the movie was clear and the movie ran smoothly the sound was nice as well not too loud
Its a nice theater. Seems pretty organized other than the cleanliness. I personally dont dont care if you can eat off the floor or not, but the fact that the tickets for 2 people were almost $30.00, one large popcorn, a large and regular drink (refills available for free on drinks) and a bag of Skittles was right around $34.00, Id think that the place would be almost totally spotless. Also a little confusion at the concession stand. Wed still return, but its not our first choice.
With screens getting bigger at home, theaters are having to step up their game. From the looks of this theater, it appears to be going for the larger-than-life feel hailing back to cinemas golden days. From the enormous lobby to the cavernous halls leading to the many theaters, this AMC casts a feeling being awestruck on its patrons. You will be paying a premium price for the experience. For your hard-earned cash you get plush, recliner seating, self-service refreshments (Coke brand Freestyle dispensers), and a great overall experience. The sound system was dynamic without being deafening and the theater was clean as far as I could tell.I will be returning, once something comes out again that deserves the big screen!
A nice theater since it got updated recently, but still lacking Dolby cinema which is totally worth it if you have AMC stubs pass. Otherwise its fairly clean and easy to navigate around. Has two floors and an IMAX which the seats need updating since they are just the basic non recliners.
Not cheap but really comfortable seats. And never too cold. Nice stuff. Plus you can get drinks if youre of age. Recommend to get tickets online before hand just easier. But if you dont then you got these machines for em of helpful stuff. Its all good. So go for it.
Great theater, comfortable reserved seating and excellent quality screens. Plus theres a bar.
Came in, in the morning, it was nice. Employees were friendly, lacked a little enthusiasm but it was 11 am so Im guessing it was early for them lol. ot was super clean. parking is just across the street and the reclining seats are awesome.
As far as Amc theaters go, this isnt my favorite. My last few trips I noticed there isnt anyone at the front ticket counter anymore. Instead theres just the kiosks. While thats all right for me, I feel like thats an oversight for customers who arent technologically inclined. My other gripe is that the concessions are all on the first floor while every movie Ive ever gone here to see is at the end of the second floor. I forgo refills because I dont want to be away from the show for 5+ minutes. They need to have a station on the second floor for refills.
Went to see Avengers infinity war here. Pretty standard movie theater experience. Prices are outrageously high (as expected in any movie theater). Imax was a pretty cool experience, but not something I would likely pay extra for again. I thought it was really cool that they had a second floor with lots of theaters. One thing I would recommend is to put a soda refill area on the second floor because otherwise youd have to go all the way downstairs from the far end if you needed a refill. Good theater, would recommend to friends and family.
Dirty place popcorn on the seat and floor smelly place sticky seats,
Staffs were super friendly. Watched the maleficent: mistress of evil with my daughter. Good sound system and reclining seats were comfy.
What an awful discovery today at streets of woodfield theater 15!! New seating has us packed in like an airplane. I’m 5’1” size 6 and I have NO leg room & the seat fits me just right. My 6’ foot son is crammed in. What happened??? No reclining seats, no leg room & yet ticket prices keep rising. Never coming here again.
Wonderful but very pricey. Movie over $10 even for seniors. $4.79 for box of candy. $$ food. Bring your pile of money.
This is by far my favorite theater in the area. I drive further to go to this location over other options. The staff is great, its typically clean, the popcorn is usually fresh... my only complaint is that sometimes the sound seems exceptionally loud while other times its perfect. That could be that Im getting old, though! I would recommend this theater over any other nearby though!
This has been one of my favorite movie theaters to go to for a long time. The theaters are clean. Stadium seating. Great selection with 20 theaters. Full bar if alcohol doesnt put you to sleep. Good food selection that doesnt make me feel like Im watching a movie in a restaurant. But many excellent restaurants nearby for a bite before or after the show. And most importantly, all of the audiences Ive been a part of were there to experience the movie. Not talk about the movie, not yell in their cell phones, not fight with each other. They watch the movies. They laugh at appropriate times, and inappropriate times which can also be funny. They jump when theyre scared. They cry when theyre moved. It makes all the difference.
Clean and spacious. Bar available while you wait for movie to start. Staff was wonderful!
Went to see Bad Boys for Life at the IMAX theater, and it was most definitely not IMAX. Either that or theyve DRASTICALLY downsized the size of those type. The seats were most definitely not comfortable. It would make you think you were at a much, much cheaper theater than one at the streets of Woodfield.
Perfect. Tons of leg space, super nice seats, not very pricy. Serves alcohol. Parking in close proximity and it was free.
Easy to walk in and see a movie here. Nice waiting area in the lobby with big seats.
My fave cinema! Modern and clean amc located in a great shopping area, where you cand go for a romantic walk during summer, or enjoy a conversation in a good restaurant or coffee shop around the corner!
My girlfriend her granddaughter and I went to see The Avengers end game! Kept me on my toes 3 hours and 1 minute movie was extremely exciting action all over and the suspense was great! It definitely was a nail biter. One of the best ones Ive seen yet!
We love this place as a family. Easy navigation, comfortable seats also has hindi movies :)
Currently sitting in theater right now about to see spies in disguise that starts at 5. They did not clean it at all, trash in all the seats and garbage all on the floors. Have not experienced this much filth at AMC before.
Well maintained theater. Friendly staff make movie experience memorable.
Staff were pleasant. Facility was clean and organized. The concession line took awhile
Love being able to choose seats online. Reclining seats are comfy but the center armrest, even though it moves up, gets in the way of couples cuddling. So its not as much a couch as one would hope it would be with the armrest up. Clean theater though, quick concessions with AMC Stubs.
I love this theater because the rows have ample space so it doesnt feel like youre sitting out in the open.
Had the whole theater to ourselves, no but seriously always a great place to be.
Love this theatre. Love the smaller showings that seat 70 or less. Its an at home feeling. Like that they have the bar now too. Staff is always nice and the bathrooms and establishment are always CLEAN!! GREAT JOB. MEANS A LOT
This theater is wonderful Puts you in a relaxed mood before seeing your movie.
My favorite AMC theater ️
My seat was all torn up and the 2 seats next to me also. The drinks and popcorn, candy and pizza all so good but of course way to expensive. But then again who told me to buy all that.
Very unclean and disorganized. Poorly staffed, food is micro-sized and tremendously overpriced. Seating is nice, but that is the only good part of the experience.
The place is pretty organized but it seems to need a bit of cleaning in the drink and food section.I definitely enjoy going here since its accessible and parking is always easy to find. Also please watch the temperature, I like to be comfortable in the recliners without freezing.
Seeing a 49er game at the movies was awesome. The idea of showing NFL games that cannot be seen in your area on the big screen is genious.I know it hasnt caught on much, but hang with the idea. It will blossom.Watching the game on such a huge screen, the comfy chairs, the rebate of admission to get food and drink was a great afternoon.
This is a great theatre at a great location - however - the clientele is going downhill and there are no ushers that pop in to check for talking/disturbances, etc. I saw a movie tonight with my daughter and the two very mature ladies sitting next to us talked throughout the entire film. When my daughter quietly moved to a new seat (when someone else left) to get away from them one of them called her the C word?! Really!? I wont return, the theatre in Deer Park has a much better clientele.
Huge!!! This place is huge but very nice.We live out of area but we do not have an IMAX theatre near us so we always try to make a trip when in Schaumburg.
This is a good spot to go see movies at, will always be number 1 choice
Neat and clean. Friendly staff. But only one snack bar in main lobby. A long way from theatres on second floor.
Needs some minor improvements but overall great. Definitely recommend!

Love the seats. My go-to theater
First time there. Chairs are very comfortable. Just wish the volume of the movie was a little bit lower. But otherwise I had a very good first-time experience there
This is a very large theater with lots and lots of screens with two floors so finding a seat shouldnt be a problem. When you first walk in the concession are right there. The problem was my movie was on the second floor all the way at the end. If I wanted to get a refill or something else from concession it would probably take almost 15 mins or more just to walk there get refill and walk back. The bathrooms were also no where close to the theater so no running out quick and getting back so you dont miss much of the movie. The theater its self was very clean and seats were comfortable. A few seats in my row need repairs and missing large patches of the leather and cracking. They have the coke machine with lots of options. I filled my cup and headed to the theater. When I sat down soad was flat and tasted like water. Since my theater was 2nd floor all the way down I wasnt about to go all the way back and miss the start of the movie. It would be nice if they had a small concession upstairs maybe even just for refills would be ok and put some bathrooms in down the hall. This was the first time in my seat the small glass divider from rows was actually in my view if I reclined. The screen was not full screen and it seemed cut off more than normal. I attend amc often and will probably be back to this theater only because they have early showings starting at noon on weekdays.
Good choice of movies, and friendly staff; however, theater is beginning to appear neglected. Digital screens outside theaters have been out for over a week, as is a bathroom stall in the womens bathroom. Down escalator has been out of service at least 6 times (that I have been there) over the past few months. Carpet Im hallways, and seating in lobby as well as some theater seats are cracked, worn, and have very little padding. Some seats make A LOT of noise when moving in and out, and one of my last visits the seat was leaning to the right.
I had to exchange my ticket for a later time with one of the customer service members. She didnt have an issue with it but I thought I w wasnt able to do ticket exchanges. I was met with a smile and a new ticket. Great service
This is very friendly for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing because it provides Open Caption every Saturday morning at movie theater. Very nice facility.
One of our favorite place for movies !!Upgrades over the last few years - recliners, reserved seats, premier screenings like IMAX 3D ... makes the movie experience even more exciting Also, the recent renovations to include a MacGuffins Bar and Lounge @ AMC Streets of Woodfield 20 is kind of cool ... enjoy the movie with your favorite drink :)Overall AMC rocks
I love coming to AMC !!! A comfortable, spacious cinema and its decoration is second to none. The staff is my kind and helpful.
Way overpriced of course, and they make you use machines to buy tickets, hardly any employees to help, and none of the theaters are labeled!!! Also escalator is broke. Anything for them to save a penny and make it more inconvenient for paying customers. I dont recommend.
Chairs are comfortable and the employees are nice. However a worker did tell us we couldnt use our phones to pay and we later found out we could. They have the best handicap accessibility.
Good theater if you like all the bells and whistles of the modern theater experience..
Upstairs bathroom was a bit dirty and most of the stalls didnt have paper also the soda machine some of the soda tasted bad. But I guess service was good.
Do not pay the price for IMAX seats are old style, theater it self was disgusting. Not worth the extra cost.
The chairs recline and you can put the arm up to snuggle on date night. I have no complaints. Loved everything from entering to leaving
Big, comfortable, great chairs, very spacious.
The 3D theater has reclining love seats. The recliners are the most comfortable I have experienced in a theater. The head rest does not push your head forward into an uncomfortable like most other theaters with reclining seats.
AMC, clean your damn theater! Carpet in lobby and individual theater has trash and popcorn. Our theater had clearly not been cleaned after the previous showing. It would be a nice place if the staff did a better job.
Could use better popcorn seasonings. In a world with so many options, why would just one plain old table salt in a non descript shaker be the one thing that you have to offer customers. Get with the times AMC.
I stopped for a movie while visiting from out of town. Seamless experience; easy to check in with my mobile ticket and the seats were very comfortable! Great theater!
Plenty of parking, clean and organized facility.Comfortable seats clear picture screen and very good sound .
The snack lines are always a mile long. The floors feel like you are walking on tar paper. Further, the workers tend to be rude. Overall there are better places to catch a show.
I just wanted to say I was highly disappointed in the way my boyfriend and I were treated at this AMC theatre. This upsets me because I know AMCs are typically very nice and do a fantastic job keeping the place clean and movie go-ers happy. However, I was not only upset with the cleanliness of the theatre but how expensive it was as well. If you are going to pay an upwards of almost $60 for two people to go see a movie, you should be able to arrive at your seat without needing to move a mass amount of garbage off first. After the movie was over, we decided to try and find an employee to explain to them the situation. However, we came to find out that the place was completely empty and there was not a single employee in sight. This displays a complete lack of respect for their own establishment, how tragic.
Comfortable seating. Great location for dinner and a movie
Like this location far better than the AMC 24 South Barrington.. but be aware that the drinks (alcoholic) are VERY expensive. Example:1 beer and 1 vodka tonic cost $27.00Our tickets were $23.00
No need to wait in line to buy your tickets, friendly service. Good tasting food.
Good theater with assigned seat selection.
Not for me. Made me miss my usual Regal theater. Front row way too close to the screen. Concession line took 10 minutes to get through then I had to apply my own butter and pour my own drink. But hey, you can wait in a smaller line for an annual membership. Nah.
I think Ive lived in the stone ages. This place sells beer and has reclining seats! Pretty awesome! We saw Aladdin here and it was a clean up to date theater that makes me not want to watch movies where I come from lol
The seats are amazing as always and I love the reserved seating so theres no surprises. Staff is normally friendly but there is this one ticket checker who has some inferiority complex and demands IDs from everyone entering any rated R movies and its crazy. Just that one old guy though, normally amazing and nice.
Sunday night didnt appear to be that busy, but our theater was pretty filthy when we walked in. Popcorn all over our seats and soda spilled all in the cup holders. Neighboring seats and rows also looked pretty dirty. Picture and sound were good. Row D in theatre 14 was very tight length wise. Anyone over 6 feet tall would not be able to fully recline and extend.
Very easy experience. Pretty clean, everything working and enjoyed the movie
I love this theatre. Been going here for years.
Went and watched end game. My son, a good friend and myself went to watch the movie. Front row. Very clean. Curious staff. Will return and recommend. Bathroom had no line. Which is great after a 3 hour movie. Biggest cinema Ive ever been in.
It was very clean, with items clearly marked, and supplies well stocked.
Well, the latest the theater had nice seats....
Went to see secret life of pets 2 with alot of kidsSeats were nice a comfortable. The blue and red popcorn was good. There was like 12 people in my party and the cashier at concession seemed a bit irritated that we ordered alot but other than that this might be my new go to theatre. Drinks were good and strong. Will definitely be back..
Rise of Skywalker, super comfy recliner and top quality sound! A Star Wars fan dream come true.
High quality movie theatre. 20 screens including IMAX, 3d, and regular screens. Good but pricey concession food and drinks. Only hiccup this visit was a couple of flooding toilets right as my movie got out. I would highly recommend this theatre for any show, If you have A-list this is also a great spot with lots of variety
Once upon a time....in Hollywood. Very good movie. Lots of action. Good story line
Came here to bring the family for IMAX for the Frozen 2 premiere. The seating is god awful! This is IMAX! Whats the deal? This screen should be your most highest quality. It was outdated and tucked furthest away from anything else (far from restrooms). Overall the movie was okay but to take a family of four to the IMAX and costing $100 to experience that, it was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable.
This theater will look out for its own intrests not the patrons that visit it cancelled a movie showing at the last minute. I had to go to another theater 30 minutes away to see the same show
One of the best, most comfortable seating for a movie theater. Place is very large and offers a good selection of movies. Great selection of snacks too. I like that you can pick your seats when you purchase tickets to ensure great viewing.
