Phil is the real deal. Has developed our 7 yr old Cheerleader into a tumbler, working with her on her goals and developing her mentally and physically. Supports her at her Cheer practices AND competitions and has earned her respect, trust and friendship. Highly recommended for anyone, but specifically those who care the utmost about their childs well-being rather than inflated parental expectations.
