10/10 experience here. The employee, Katy, was so friendly, so relaxed and welcoming. It was my first time ever being in a place like this, and my girlfriend and I were pretty nervous, but Katy made it a warm, non-intimidating, and easy environment, and we left, comfortable, happy, and laughing.

I visited both Savannah and Hinesville locations in one day. The customer service was exceptional. They test the products before purchase and it was a pleasant experience.

I was not allowed in with my service dog who is trained perfect.A woman with glasses and frizzy shoulder length hair (blondish or grayish) asked for proof and said it is there policy to not allow dogs with no papers, when it is Not a law to carry my dogs papers.In stead of arguing and feeling any more uncomfortable without the support of my dog, I chose to boycott this antidog, law breaking establishment. I ask all dog owners to stay away from this anti dog friendly establishment.There always Jokers adult store.
