The owner of the restaurant gave me kind of an attitude when I asked him if there was a buffet when I was in there recently! He was like “NO..there hasn’t been for 9 months...cause of the pandemic we can’t do it.” Then I walked out! As a potential paying customer I’m not going to be talked to like that! He wants respect he’s got to give respect! Plenty of other Italian restaurants I can go to that are better!

Prince pizza is great!!! Large selection of food, awesome salad bar all you can eat. They have a bar, comedy club its great for groups. A bit dark inside but great food!

Really great pizza took home the 3 pack of large pizza and the kids loved it.

The first time we went there was in August for my sons birthday... and know this is our family date out restaurant,. The owner is very friendly all the time he go to the tablets asking if its our first time and give us free sample of appetizers food lol last time we tell him that, and he just laughed,. Pizza is so good service is 5 stars I mean, our 40 minutes drive is worth it every time

Got chicken and angel hair pasta with alfredo... they might have given me a quarter cup of sauce max... seemed very stingy with the portions (of sauce). Did not cover the pasta and there was none on the bottom. Buffalo fingers were unique and different, I enjoyed them. Would love to rate the alfredo sauce but I could hardly taste it. Broccoli was fresh and medallions had a nice sear and was cooked well. My buddy said they are pretty stingy on the sauces so maybe order extra?

The manager is completely unprofessional during coronavirus. He expressed that it was a 25 person maximum for the rental space, then said he didnt care if we had more in the space. I would avoid at all costs during this because if hes willing to do that, what else is he overlooking or ignoring?

Got take out food was really hot but chicken marsala no not even close !!!. my wifes is Brazilian and never been a chef in her life. Learned how to make marsala by herself and so much better then theres.

Oh Well!!!! We are blessed to have such an italian restaurante and buffet around. It is always a treat to eat such a yummy italian food at a great price. I personally love this place and try to drive there at least once a week.....Italian food is always special and if you cant make it to Boston, to the Northern......you can make it here and parking lot is big.....no problem!.....If its italian.....its heaven on earth!...Manglia!

Needed a quick bite while heading out of the city and decided to give this place a try. So glad we stopped. The pizzeria has a cute charm to it. We were not sure what to order and the Manager suggested the buffet. It was good pizza for a buffet. I will be back and try something other then pizza.

My family moved to Florida and we miss Prince Pizza! I commented on a post saying I wish they shipped partially cooked pizzas and the owner called me immediately and had the pizzas in my hand by 10:00 the next morning! They were exactly like we remembered! You made my nephews 10th birthday so special and a lot of former Peabody customers very happy! Thank you!

Absolutely a fantastic restaurant For pizza. We did not try anything else and were a little confused by paying for the meal and finding seating, but it was well worth it. The restaurant has easy access to US 1 and free parking.

Some of the best pizza, ever. I recommend the Arturo Special and the breaded eggplant pizza.

I ordered a whole wheat crust with regular pepperoni and a basket of fries via Grubhub. The driver was nice and my food came in warm. However, the pizza I had was absolutely terrible. The crust was way too thick at the bottom and crazy dry. It was like eating a thick cracker with tomato sauce and cheese. So much for ordering a healthier alternative.Never ordering from them again, absolute waste of money!

This landmark on Route 1 South has been making pizza for a long time and people seem to keep coming back. There is a reason for this. This style of pizza may be more oily then youre used to but it tastes great and the prices are reasonable. The service is generally very good and they are used to handling large crowds. You pay for the pizza upfront as you order and then it is delivered to your table in the dining area to the side and back. So while I wouldnt call it my favorite pizza joint it is a reliable and tasty option.

The place offers a fantastic variety of delicious food. I enjoy dining here. The employees are always kind, prices are affordable and the place is always neat.

Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, Prince Pizza was kind enough to cater my families pizza needs. We went once a month for their famous pizza. Thankfully they even had DIY pizza kit that we took and created our pizza with their famous dough and sauce combo. Thank you Prince pizza!

The best place for pizza in the North Shore

Now who doesnt love PIZZA right. I mean Id love a pizza night with friends or family any day. Thats how crazy I am for pizza. Visited Prince Pizzeria in Saugus, MA a while back with family and we had an amazing time here. I ordered Onion pepper pizza and Hot & spicy pizza and to my surprise, both were delicious. I prefer the hot & spicy and those who love a little bit of spice can try this for sure. Visit with family or friends and you wont be disappointed.

We have been going to prince pizza over a decade. Its a great place to go with friends and family. Kids love the place. Pizza is good, but my favorite is buffalo chicken and draft beer, this place has really good chicken wings. Staff is always pleasant, plenty of parking. My parents always wants to go to this place on their birthday.

At the new 2020 opening I had a fabulous meal. Extremely well cooked chicken parm, perfect Ansel hair pasta and tasty sauce. Added a very nice Caesar salad.The chicken piccatta was perfect.The food is better than it was before the covid-19 fiasco!

Great family restaurant. I have been coming here since I was a kid. The pizza is a great, have awesome pasta options. Definitely have something for everyone. The staff is always so welcoming.

We called at 4 to see if they could accommodate an 8 person party and store an ice cream cake in their fridge. They said absolutely.Within that hour, our party of 8 turned into 10. They have us seated within 20 minutes. Very accommodating. They served us pronptly.They retrieved the cake for us, brought us clean utensils and plates. Lent us a spatula, offered us candles and cleaned up after us. Jay was our waiter, the entire staff is excellent as usual. Great place, we usually end up there about every 3 months. Well be back!

Great pies, crisp crust with soft dough and tasty ingredients

Fun family spot. The menu is pretty traditional Italian place. Not a ton of healthy options. My kids love the part where they can go get an ice cream or slushie with a little coin they can redeem themselves. I love that they are using eco friendly straws and take home packaging!

Pizzas ( Veggie, cheese) were not good at all. Bland and the crust tasted like bread more than a pizza.Garlic bread was fresh and flavorful.Tables didnt seem clean and so was the case with the small plates (wet), forks and knives.All in all did not enjoy the experience. Felt like being inside a Chuck e cheese after a day full of parties for the unruly kids.

I got a pizza....it was two halves from separate pies. I know this because they had different color, and half was risen higher than the other half... and it was bland. Very disappointing. Dont recommend. Go to Reginas.

A great place to have a fundraiser!

This iconic landmark is one of the few remaining old school favorites on Route 1 in Saugus. We have been going there for pizza for 50 years. So many memories and so many delicious pizzas! Mr. Castraberti and family have done an excellent job keeping customers coming back. Excellent pizza and service, he happily stops by customers tables to say Hi and catch up. Although the crust they have is not my personal favorite (Greek style), it is still delicious. We got a sausage and onion (real sliced Bianco sausages!!), and an extra cheese, salami and onion. Both were very very good. Prince is sparkling clean and a great place to bring the family.

Went there for a celebration of life. Although the space was okay the food was not great. Pizza was way too salty they had salad but very small bowls. Not sure it was worth the drive. Not planning on going back. Staff was very nice however.

This was our first time at Prince Pizzeria so didnt really know what to expect. It was a family outing with 2 adults and a teen. It was a bit confusing at the start when we learned that we needed to put our order in and pay at the check in counter. The food (we got pasta dishes) and the portions were good and we really liked the bread (which we also got ourselves). Overall everything was good, but in the end maybe a little pricey.

Fun and family friendly atmosphere. Great kids meal(pizza). All of the food was your standard Italian American fair but well made and done right. Would definitely return if Im in the area.

Some of the BEST Italian food Ive EVER had! Jay our waiter is one of the very BEST weve had and is amazing all around!! Family friendly and I cant believe how many times over all these years and never went there, until recently of course and weve been 3 times in a week so far!! Soooooo good!! Highly recommend the eggplant tower and everything else lol but really Id give 10 stars if I could!!! Yum yum yum!!!

Always pass this place never ate there. for the first time yesterday decided to stop for lunch and wow! amazing! very friendly service, and the food was A+++. we got a baked ziti, and it was cooked to perfection, the perfect amount of cheese, perfect amount of sauce the best Ive had in a long time. also got a large pizza and again perfect, taste was spot on. you cant go wrong with prince pizza you will not be disappointed at all with this place. if youve never been DEFINITELY GO!

I think their Pizza is awesome! Great casual place and is kid friendly. Pleasant and plentiful staff delivers great service. Ive been a repeat customer for many years and will be for many more to come. Interior of restaurant is a little dated, but spacious. Reasonably priced.

The manager there was very rude. They were running a promotion of buy one get one free pizza on 9/5/19. I decided to go with 3 other different families (each ordering separately). The manager got in to an argument and started yelling as us in front of everyone. Calling us out saying how we are finding loopholes and taking advantage of their promotion. And that they can only offer one free pizza just because we knew the other families... although the promotion says it’s “one per customer”, the manager said he decided what who get the promotion and who doesn’t...... now my family has been going to prince for over 30 years now. So we asked to talk with the owner. The manager said he’s not here. And later the manager came over to us and said he called the owner and explained the situation. And apparently the owner said “even though you have been a loyal customer for 30 plus years, if you’re going to take advantage of our promotion, then you can find another pizza place and not come here anymore...”Make up your mind.... either the promotion is one per customer.. one per family...or one per the entire race. Because if god forbid, you run into someone you know, only one of you will get the promotion.
