I usually love Michaels but this visit I found the shelves empty. I was looking for paint this visit and the model car paint shelves had very little to choose from and what was there appeared to be all dried up. The craft paint section was very sparse also. All other sections I walked through were empty also

Its good

Love it.. great for do it yourself projects

Love this store, they have everything and anything you can think of for your house.

Went in looking for some stopper beads couldnt find the particular ones I wanted, but that doesnt mean I didnt find other things.I just couldnt go in the store and not purchase anything. I spent more that $140 on beads of all kinds that were on sale.A gem of a find.

I went around this store and said wow, to myself. I got to go back. Very customer friendly from the cashier

Michael s is staffed with wonderful professionals who want you to leave satisfied.

Well stocked and organized. Employees were very helpful and knowledge

Good selection for the arts and crafts project my son had at school. Will we back for such an occasion again

I went here looking for tshirts, not a very big selection for most common shirts like white or black, they did have a great selection of other colors and they had them on sale 3 for $10, I left and found that Joanns had the same shirts on sale for 5 for $12

Video for service but well organized. Its hard to find things I have to go around the store and number of times and each person who gave me a difference solution from different answer

Love Michaels, the only place I get yarn

They have everything for all kinds of arts and crafts. Very good pricing.I have had many items framed or reframed.

Lots of different things to keep one occupied and end up with something nice.

This Michaels is OK, but unless youre in the clearance section (front left) I think prices are too high, and I also feel like I can never find someone to help me when I need help. Ive wandered aisles, impatient kid in tow, looking for an employee a couple times now, and I gave up both times. I dont know where they all go. Maybe theres a bar in the back? Or they might all sneak off to go shop at the dollar store a couple doors down, which you should also do if you just need basic stuff like posterboard or crayons. In this Michaels favor, they have really good selections of floral stuff, scrapbooking materials, and beading supplies. And if you come here in mid-January you can find awesome holiday clearance! (But please dont go until Ive had a chance to look through it myself. It sells wicked fast.)

Michaels great as any other state that I have been.

Style and fun for make home I like it

Well stocked, great sale prices, but I ahve to say the customer service is much to be desired. Not very friendly, nor helpful. Think i might stick to another micheals.

Very clean, easy to understand traffic instructions. Nice people.

One of my favorite Michaels location. There is always a huge line but dont worry it goes quickly.

Organized inventory, and the staff is really helpful :)

Good place to pickup art supplies in various forms. My favorite part is the custom frames. Great value and comes out perfect. A lot cheaper than other framing places. Plus, they have a pretty good selection.

Bought yarn today. On the app said all colors on clearance. And did not say online only. Not so at the store. Going back to Joannes.

I love this shop. The aisles are spacious enough for a wheelchair. The people there are amazing! Friendly helpful courteous. They have the coupons at the register and a everyday senior discounts.

Very clean and not many folks. Lots of craft and art products to choose from.

Great bargains to be had and better coupons!

I like going in the store and browsing. I find it to be to pricey

Went in there looking for a few things that the website said they had in store in certain aisles, which they definately did not have. Could not find a single employee to help me and half the store has only fake flowers.

Great selection good prices!!!

It was very crowded but the line was fast!

Lots of options for crafting and they keep the store organized and clean

Tuesday night bowling light snack a couple of beers

Empty shelves. Store was a mess. Shockingly bad. Whoever is managing this location is failing

As always it was great I got great deals on everything I needed and Maelenzee was working at the register and went out of her way to help me use my coupons and save quite a bit of cash

Place is great for art & craft product if you know what you are looking for. They have plenty of choices to select from. Staff is not very pleasant, I asked for help to two different employees and both seemed bothered. Same with the cashier seemed like a robot at checkout.

The staff is very nice and the store is very clean but there is always a line to checkout. Does not matter if its 10am on Wednesday, theres still a line. In most cases there is someone available to help check people out but they dont bother to assist.

Good place for home goods and plenty choice. Personnel is professional and always helpful. The only issue is prices. Regular stuff like toy cars, pencils, photo frames are more expensive than in any other places.

I love this store! They have most things that I need and you can use the app to locate whatever you are looking for!!!

Its an awesome place,

Always going to be my go to place for anything and everything to do with crafts, hobbies and entertaining the kids, art wise. They have the lowest prices with the best quality items compared to their competitor stores by far. They actually are even more than just a typical arts and crafts supply store. They have toys, home decor, seasonal, snacks, and the list goes on. The staff are very personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I cant even begin to tell you how many times I have been in here asking them how to create this or that and they always give me the best tips and advice. They even have hands on classes for all skill levels or no skill level at all and seasonally have art & craft days for kids, always free too. They also have coupons at least 20-40% of any time at any given time, which is great. Overall I just thoroughly enjoy this store and the one here in Everett is impeccably tidy.

I went to Michael’s with my nephew because he needed markers for a project. The markers were so expensive you could’ve bought them at the dollar store for one dollar. But they had so many other things for crafting and DYI projects.

Good Michaels. Never a line at this location

Pad Thai was delicious, shrimp and chicken with a squeeze of lime. Quick take-out service.

This store is not as good as nh stores...nh has alot more and better deals plus no sales tax

Friendly staff and great discounts on holiday items

Fun place to shop! Make sure you check their website for coupons!

Terrible customer service. Rude, slow, impatient, unhelpful. I wish I knew her name to be able to point out the worst customer service received. 10/10 do not recommend.

Very nice staff

Too hot in the store

Has plenty of crafts stuff to decorate and make. This store is perfect if your looking to make some crafts.

Sonya the mistress of framing, is great her work is exceptional shes framed 3 pieces of my oil paintings wonderfully I cried and my husband is happy. Thank you Michaels for hiring a talented woman and thank you Sonya for a great job.

Great place and good prizes

Great selection of clay modeling tools, which is what I really was there for this time. Also very helpful staff at this location anyway.

Super happy i found the perfect photo album to create my babys scrapbook.. Along with tons of cute stickers to decorate it.

Awesome store!!!

I went with my sister to check out the sale they are having. Better prices than the clearance/going out of business sale at AC Moore. Ill be returning

I love the deals and selections

Good sales! Always need to use a coupon on the Michaels website for at least 40% off. Michaels is my favorite store. I shop there at least 3 times a week.

Michaels offers all crafty wants and needs with high quality.....Let your artistic self run the show. I like Michaels!

The costumer service was great and staff helped sooo much finding my products! I was %100 satisfied!!!

It is always a pleasant experience shopping at Michael’s the staff are so helpful and friendly they make sure you find what you are searching for I just wish they sold fabrics their as well

Great place forthe artist that loves making stuff from scratch

Associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not easy to know where everything is is a store of that size, yet she was spot on!

This store always has what I need! Its very large, and they are constantly having great sales!!

Always a good place to get crafty items, and they also have some free and paid crafty classes for little ones. Good and fun

Went to look for photo albums instead found lots of sales of awesome stuff, wanted to buy everything!!!

Michaels craft store is just what you would expect from a Michaels the staff here is fine

Michael is one of the best place for shopping. Staffing is wonderful, and helpful.

Great place to find great projects to create and make, specially winter. The store caters to most creatives like painters that use oils, acrylics, watercolor and even spray paint. Some things they carry can be on the expensive side, but youll have that from time to time at any art supply store. Theres a wide range of art and craft materials that can be found a their stores. Over all, the store is clean and organized. Plenty of parking spots.

Love this place always give me creative ideas

I mean, heres the deal. I bought things online to pick up at the store. I literally went around the store put everything in a cart to give them less work and I could be on my way. For some odd reason half of my order went to another location 1 hour away. A. The store I was in couldnt help me. B. She had no idea how to use the online feature. C. I called customer service they said the same thing. (I cant believe you cant just send a order from one place to anor) D. I called the store 1 hour away, the kid didnt know what I was talking about, how to get the online order. Hung up on me. I called again 2 times. Finally they picked up and was super rude as if he didnt care. People there Suck with a capital S. I mean, you dont have to fix everything but at leat be nice and try

Love it especially with coup8ns!

Always find what I need at Michaels. Plus they are generous with coupons.

Nice place to find arts and crafts items.

I love the convenience of shopping online and go there to pick up my order.

Had a lot of options for fairy lights

This Michaels looks like who done it and ran... I will go to another Michaels from now on...

Picked up some fun bargains for the fall. Large store plenty of parking. If you have any question about what they have in store k call the store they will be happy to help.

Pretty good place only I felt things were scattered around a little bit. Besides that, its big and has everything you would need!

Every craft items you need under 1 roof.

I always find different items that I need to do by craft with my seniors.

I could spend so much money in this place.. I love it!!

It’s not the best Michael’s I’ve been to, but it’s fine. The staff isn’t super attentive, and the checkout line is long and moves slowly. The selection isn’t great considering how big the store is. But there is plenty of parking.

This michaels has a pretty extensive selection for arts and crafts, plus a very talented framing department. Ive gotten plenty of supplies here for a variety of projects from wedding decor to miniature gaming scenery. Prices are good with the unending flow of coupons.

Cashiers always fast, discounts for being member always good and retailmenot always has coupons. cheaper than your other art supply stores and friendly staff.

So helpful.

Big store, easy to get to and easy to find parking.

Almost every thing you need for art is there

Love using my coupons! Great deals.

Very nice store, enormous. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Good craft store.

My daughter is an arts and crafts girl.she knows what she wants. She could not find everything for her art project. She then asked me to check out an Amazon page. She found the additional items online. At Michaels, sometimes you get help and other times, oh well!

I love shopping here, they always have something to do with the kids or alone! They also have different classes for kids and adults, and a craft room for the kids to be watched while you shop if needed!

Nice store. I found what I needed.

My favorite place

Everything you need for crafting and more. I love this place. Yarn seems to be a little pricy but when you find it on sale, the price reduction is great.

Great customer service and inventory a variety for all occasion affordable and compatible / join the rewards and and.get.the well worth coupons

Nice counter girl just wish they would let you use more then one coupon at the time of purchase

We got few things that were on sale with great prices

Easy to find what I need . Great sales.
