Perfect empty tanning beach.watching the sunrise was also gorgeous. Not suitable for weak swimmers. Waves are very strong. A lot of surfers. This beach is great for surfing, photography sessions, relaxing, fishing. It has a very relaxing vibe. Not crowded. Went three times and they were all nearly empty.

My go to place for having lunch on the beach. Can be super quiet at times, but if the surf is good, it will get busy.

Fantastic beach, not over crowded. Parking is limited, but free. Technically if the parking lot is full there is room across the street to park. There are restrooms and a rinsing station on site which is convenient. They also have a bunch of community sand toys by the stairs which is so thoughtful and nice. We had friends with a toddler visiting and didnt have any so this really came in handy for us!

I love the boardwalk and rest spots including one with a covered picnic table.

Love HighTower Beach. I go here all the time almost daily. Surfing is great there and they have bike parking and car parking. A boardwalk and public restrooms.

Good job for the maintenance crew. Restrooms should be open starting at 5 am at least. Surfers and early visitors get there way before 6 am.

I love this beach!! Make sure you go at low tide though if you want to walk on it. Also, if you want a great place to eat afterwards Nippon Thai is just down the street!!

Nice Beach but the beach falls off abruptly in the water. There are also very sharp rocks that your feet will get smashed on further out.

This was a great surprise. I was just out trying to get away from it all and I just found it and it was beautiful. Great place to go and spend some time to just sit and spend time reflecting and clearing my thoughts and I felt like I found a little Paradise. I am from winter park an Im used to the new symerna beach, Daytona n ormand beaches and I miss it but this was a real pleasure to go to.

Such a beautiful beach to enjoy an afternoon stroll or morning sunrise. The sun, the shells, birds and waves were out and ready to show off! I gladly took in the show!

AMAZING place to out a beach chair, your umbrella, and a short walk in the ocean you go. Its very quiet with excellent photo opportunities.

Nice bathroom building, with a family bathroom too. The beach is lovely here and theres a long boardwalk to walk or head down to the ocean.

We love living in Satellite Beach and Hightower Beach is one of our favorite spots! This was the first day we could use our new beach chairs and we love them!

Came out here to watch the sunrise. There were just a couple of other people, several runners and lots of nature. It was a perfect experience.

I love Satellite Beach! If youre looking for a quiet beach location with free parking and a bathroom, this is the perfect spot. Get here early so you get a parking spot because it does fill up on the weekends and busy season. This is the best way to beach it up if you want to avoid the crowds and packed scene. Relax and enjoy the beautiful view!

Beautiful beach to go to and have a great time. Free parking and has restrooms. My fiance and I go here sometimes to watch the sunrise. The only downside is that theres rocks in the water here and there, so a little risky to surf and wipeout.

Nice beach free parking

Hightower is a great beach for sunbathing and for swimming but not for surfing. The beach renourishment project changed the breaks so the waves arent as good for surfing as they used to be. It is still a great beach with clean restrooms and very light crowds. It is a little far but you can see space launches at the cape from there. The only negative is that parking is limited.

Went last Saturday when my friend was visiting from up north. There were bulldozers allllll day driving so fast up and down the beach! Why why why would they do that on a Saturday when hard working families whose only chance to relax and visit is mostly on the weekend?? Stopped and asked a young person who was driving a little cart who was supervising, why this was going on and he says that they are expanding the beach and his boss was Mormon so they wont be working Sundays. Everyone on the beach was stunned. Lots of families left. We finally had to leave. My child was in danger of falling in those deep pockets where the tire tracks were, and also getting ran over, and my elderly grandma twisted her ankle. I was in shock at how fast they were going and even more astounded that they were doing this on a Saturday?!! How unfair! you know those people were getting paid overtime and they didnt care one bit! Should have went up to Cocoa! Unreal!!

Free parking in its small lot. Its very clean and has a restroom, rinse station, boardwalk, and fishing line collector (eco conscious). The beach is short and steep to the water. The waters here are rough and loud. The wind is hard and sea spray fouls glasses in no time.

Be careful of rocks in the water. My son cut his back and also broke his toe on a hugh roak/concrete in the water.

An uncrowded, peaceful beach especially on weekdays. Ive been up and down the Brevard coastline and I like this place best.

Nice beach. Restrooms were clean and has one large stall to change in for privacy. There are some sharp rock in the surf and the beach is fairly steep so use caution with small children and wear water shoes.

Ouch! This beach has so many rocks and shells at the waterline that I couldnt walk out into the water. My son and daughter both fell and got abrasions. So, if you, bring a first aid kit.
