We noted the apparent ageing of Brad and his helper Mike since our last visit. They were very helpful aiding my Lady parking our motor home. Enjoyed the Holiday weekend and look forward to returning.

My aunt seemed to like it. 35$ a night, no extra amenities, hookups and Wi-Fi. Brad was a huge help to my aunt in hooking up her car and making sure she was safe. She tried to tip him and he refused. True hospitality.

Theres not much to look at here, but the staff are super friendly and will help you park your camper. It seems like most of the folks here are long term visitors rather than short stay like we were. The campground itself is clean and nice. No public shower or toilets, must be a self contained unit. The also only accept cash or checks.

Luv this place, people are wonderful and owner and his right hand guy is out of this world...

Safe and secure. The owner is a great guy. I stayed for a month and ended up there for 5 years. 150 ft from the ocean. Like heaven on earth. Walking distance to restaurants and super markets. Ya never have to even leave the islamd.

First off the hospitality n friendliness of Mike n Brad are top notch! Great roomy full hook up sites.. shower n bathrooms were clean.. great convenient location to beach 3 minutes away, nearby recreational pool n restaurants n shopping etc

Needed help finding RV dump Mike was so nice and helpful.

Good location shwers and toilet not very clean and watch out for the owner he willput his nose in your personal bussiness where it doesnt belong!!!

Small park where people are friendly. Brad was helpful from the time of arrival. Helping me park our travel trailer, even providing wood to level the wheels and a step to make entering the trailer much easier. Within walking distance of most everything you would need and across the street from the ocean. Stayed one week.

Nice place to stop by if just visiting the beach or family near by. No amenities but no big deal we were here for the Sunshine and beaches!! Prices were great!

Very kind manager of the park, very quiet neighbors, lower cost than many RV parks, and we loved that we were just across the street from the ocean. Made our week here awesome!

Quiet little place. Close to everything you need. The WiFi was very good. You cant beat it. And they were very nice. My site was nice with a large concrete pad and a picnic bench.

Its very clean, family,& pet friendly and are very attentive to keeping it a nice park and stay.Bradley is ALWAYS on que and always happy to help you with your stay and is also very savvy with the location in just about in direction youre asking about.Extremly sweet my son,and real find him pleasant to see Everytime we go to visit my husband and his dad.Also Mike is the owner of the Park and is also very personable and helpful too.These fellas run a tight ship.Which is fantastic considering surrounding parks.By far 5 stars.

I have never stayed there however they all the rvs are backed in way to ttigbt . there is no pool yet the beach is right across the atrwet

Small RV sites, but cheap and close to beach and shops. Dont use the toilets and shower, it doesnt work properly and is very unclean.

Best kept secret of Melbourne camping. Laid back staff. Wi FI is not bad depending on how full the park is.
