Great place to rent beach gear and get a bite to eat! Right off of the quietest and cleanest beach. They have clean bathroom and outdoor showers.

Great view! Love the colorful layout. Food is basic bar food and they were out of cheese for nachos but otherwise an enjoyable visit. Drinks were good too.

The accommodations overall are phenomenal. However, surprisingly, there is a lot of highway traffic noise and the A/C unit is rather noisy when it kicks in. Still, for the money, those are minor inconveniences.

The Patrick AFB Beach House is a perfect fit for sunbathers and also for those who just want a water view and a drink or bite to eat from the little food cart or bar and sit out of the sun. You can shower off your feet or body and there is a bathroom where you can change into dry clothes upon leaving. Awesome beach spot!

Stopped to drop off plastic we pick up on the beach. Looks nice and we will remember to bring money while walking the beach. A beer would have been nice. Big decks and outside shower

You cant beat this. Your backyard is the beach. And in mid-December, I had the whole beach to myself. The house is condo style, and is clean and comfortable. Its a beach house, not a lux condo. Full kitchen, washer and dryer [full size], and easy parking. I stayed 2 days and will certainly go back.

Waited 1 hour just for them to take our order. While the whole time they kept taking other people’s drink orders.

Love this place!!! Best on the beach for the military community. Only gripe...you have huge no smoking signs on the deck- please enforce it!!! People bring their families here so they can be on a nicer beach with a more military- friendly feel. They don’t want smoke blowing in their kids faces!

Nice location adjacent to the beach. During this visit facility was closed and didnt see any posting of operating hours. It was a Thursday 1pm. I will return on my next visit.

Love Patrick AFB love our military and Im glad there here. I go there with my mom, shes retired now but still works on the base.Its a beautiful place with beautiful people.

This place is awesome. Small, full bar with a small bar type menu. They also rent surfboards, paddle boards and other beach toys at a very small cost. They have areas that can be restarted for parties or official functions.

Great beach that is not usually crowded

A hidden gem for military and retirees. Small beach but not crowded, even on a Sunday afternoon. Outdoor and indoor bars. Plenty of seats overlooking the surf. Nice.

Wow, What a tremendous benefit for military people. Patrick Air Force base really did a great job with this facility.

We went here for a wedding reception and had a great time. The service was friendly and took care of all of our needs. The location is what made it. Obviously on the beach of cocoa beach is an automatic plus but the facility its self was well maintained and clean.

Best Beachside Family Recreation in Brevard for the price.

The facility was clean and the food was good but the bartender is slow, lazy, and not efficient. I sat there about 5-10min, at a basically empty bar, waiting for a menu. She eventually got me a menu. I decided what i wanted within 2min. So I sat there for another 10-15min trying to fer her attention. Finally, when she came to take my order she kept trying to run away and leave before I finished my order. It took 45min to finally get back to my tent with my food. The saving grace was the awesome cook in the truck who made the food. He was super fast, friendly, and the food was good.
