Sartell Mobile Home Park

I dont get what any of you people are crying about Ive had lots friends in that park and it is the nicest mobile home park in all the quad cities in this area and st Joe and Foley and Rice and Little Falls. Everyone Ive known there has said its a great place to live and havent had any problems and I can see with my own eyes its pretty well maintained.

Its a smaller park,but nice location with helpful management.

A very dear friend lives here, and she cant say enough good things about the place or management!!

First they have people wait three to four months for their trailers that apparantly no one knows how to put in and when management offers people another one thats already ready to go, the management quits so now people are waiting even longer for trailers that arent even worth the time.Very unprofessional, too many games being played, too many excuses, and too problems.And they arent even doing any compensation for the wait/problems they caused.Id suggest looking else where for a trailer home. Your pretty much handling over money (down deposit) for a trailer you dont ever get.

If I could give it 0 stars it still wouldn’t be a low enough rating for this place. The new roads and new home are just lipstick on a pig. The staff are extremely unprofessional. The term “trailer trash” fits this mobile home community perfectly!

Gross. This place should be shut down. It is such a low life gathering hub.

Had someone getting arrested in the front of the park.

No one seems to be doing their jobs there. People have been waiting a month for their trailer home to be ready to be moved into. And yet they dont give a damn.

Dont know much about this place. Just delivered a furnace there.

Needs work but getting better

Trashy streets trashy management. If you live here and they have any reason to put a no tresspass on you they will over to clean your trailer out for you and steal your things. You wont be able to do anything about it because you cant go on the property. Management are the biggest criminals in this park. Look elsewhere to live.

The roads are a bit rough, but the neighbors are friendly and the office staff seem nice.

Was 5 stars. A lady laughed in my face about a pretty terrible thing that i have to figured out about my trailer.. Wouldnt address me as a person at all. Very rude and sad actually. Kayla and her husband though deserve 5 stars . No idea how yall do it ..but thank you. People in the park are ok. Some make up storys for their own boredom.. Others are nice. Its a trailer park after all. .I like that the cops come around often. But then I wondering why? So theres that. Again its a trailer park. Just cause new people with new homes fill the park doesnt change the rest of the people that been here for years.. Itll be an interesting mix of people together.

Rent always goes up, but the road always goes down, a lot of mobile homes moved out, this place is horrible to live.

Need to fix their roads. Shady tenants dont mind their business if youre visiting a friend.

Lots of condemned trailers from raids and the like. Not my favorite place at all.

Driving through there I see trailer houses with Windows broken out and plastic covering them the pavement is busted up not fixed most trailers look a little rough shape and old and I heard that theres nothing good about this park

Its a trailer park, and management is usually clueless, and the neighbors act like they are better than you, and the water and sewer pipes are screwed up, theres always pot holes, and someones pipes burst every winter.

Hello Ive been in High View trailer park recently about a week ago did you review the trailer park I was going to buy one in there I know its a parking lot was really bad I was driving through there with my new vehicle

Its a trailer park. Many of the units are condemned.
