If I could give this place NO STARS, I would. Half the games are turned off. The working games are the ticket style and there is no counter or machine where you can redeem your tickets. Its probably best to avoid this place altogether.

No one works there half the games dont work and the ones the do work rip you off. I will never go back and good luck on calling the help number.

Unfortunately 90% of the games were broken and the games that werent broken were super old or not interesting enough for kids now a days.

Half the games are broken or dont work and the other half are ticket games and there is only one automated machine to claim the ticket prizes which is out of order. If you call the the helpline number on the machine, it send you right to voicemail.

The arcade is pretty fun. Dont go just to get prizes. Remember to have fun playing the games. I have successfully delivered many arcade machine babies. And as their midhusband, I can affirm that they each want to be loved.

Worst arcade Ive ever been too. My mom took us there today with my 6 year old brother and 7 year old sister, and they left in anger. Most of the games are broken, and eat your money, and the tickets are useless. And there is no attendant on site. You cant even get a prize with the tickets. Please dont go. Its a waste of money and time.

Worst. Arcade. Ever. Took the kids looking for a fun way to kill some time and ended up leaving with them in tears. We counted at least 9 broken machines, including several that would take tokens but do nothing else, and machines that were out of tickets. Furthermore, the ticket redemption machines were broken so the tickets we did have were useless. There is no attendant on site to fix machines or refund money, only a service number to call. It literally took 10 calls and 3 texts to get him to answer the phone, at which point the only thing he could do was tell me there was a mechanic coming later. This is no way to run a business, especially one that caters to kids. Take your money elsewhere!
