Excellent experience!! Seats were super comfy, there was plenty of room between seats, everything was very clean. Obviously the food was super expensive but thats common place. But otherwise staff was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.Definitely will go back!

Great movie and great popcorn!

We mistakenly bought tickets to the other Bow Tie Cinema in this theater honored them because we wouldnt have made our movie In Time if we left this location. This to us with amazing customer service

Nice clean theater

Theater is clean and staff is friendly. Decent selection of movies. Seats are not very comfortable with limited leg room.

Went to see Joker. The theater is very clean and the seats are very comfortable and roomy. The bathrooms were also very clean love that the have $7.00 Tuesdays.

BTX theater is the way to go. Comfortable rocker seating. The sound is pretty incredible in the BTX theater. Cost a little extra for that theater.

This cinema is due for an overhaul. We had to tell the staff that the lights were still on when the trailers started. The Exit sign was so bright it was distracting. The seats are a bit cramped for stadium seating as well. The guy behind me kept knocking my seat around and there was very little elbow room compared to some of the newer theaters. However, they were THE ONLY local theater still playing the movie we wanted to see only a week after it premiered. And the bathroom was relatively clean. So theres that.

Technical issues delayed the start of the movie over fifteen minutes. The pre-feature commercials were strobing off and on the screen. Another movie goer brought it to the theaters attention. Eventually the movie came on.

I love the fact you dont have to pick your seat at this theater before you even go into the movie. Clean and courteous staff. Great quality movie. Overall 5 stars.

It was ok..clean but the theater we were in only had stairs up one way. Which made it difficult when people were trying to get to the very end to fill the seats or had to go to the restroom during the movie.

Comfortable easy access close to home reasonably priced very comfortable seats.

Very nice and clean but we were a bit chilly. There werent many people in there so maybe the AC was too high for the amount of people.

I love this movie Theater! The Staff are friendly and helpful. The whole place was neat and clean. The bathroom is spotless and doesnt smell. The seats are comfortable and moveable. I would definitely recommend this movie Theater to everyone.

This theater tries really hard to deliver a great experience. They are cleaner than most. They have a perceived class but once you look below the surface youll see their prices are too high, their speaker system, including the BTX, is not impressive, and their food selection is greatly lacking. Overall I like this place better than the one downtown, but Regal is bettter.

Its just ok. We are from out of town, and this is nothing like the theater at home. The drinks tasted off and not fresh, the popcorn was mediocre as well. Due to the layout of seating, there were people crawling all over us going in and out of their seats. Personally, I would not go back.

Always fast prompt and friendly service bathrooms are clean

This is a great theater. Stadium style seating with reclining chairs. The chairs are leather in the BTX theater. The crew at the concession stand is quick and accurate. They keep the line moving. Ive never missed the start of a movie because I wanted a soda. The bathroom is very clean and well maintained, and every employee is courteous and greets or bids you good day with a smile.

Its alright why 4 stars they were out of alot items as compared to the other bowtie they are much better.

Clean, usually not packed unless a big movie is coming out. Bathrooms always have a line at the end so I go to the malls main bathroom in food court. Decent prices for a theater these days.

Clean but could use better condiments and larger screens most importantly. The rest of the experience was quite great, convenient location. Just get bigger screens before TVs are cheap in that size.

Formerly a Regal cinema theater, this place has been greatly improved, no more uncomfortable seats and generally uncomfortable movie watching. You can cuddle with your significant other because they have seats that allow you to move the armrest. You can get nice and comfy. This theater has more parking available than their other location nearby, so if you dont want to plan far ahead of time this location is great.

Stadium seating instead of the newer reclining seats, but still expensive to see a movie if its not matinee. Three in my family including a kid for a regular movie and the tickets were almost $40. Concessions average quality but also expensive. However, movie experience was very good, and it wasnt busy on a weeknight which is ideal for us. Very clean, and the staff was very friendly and pleasant.

Seats are not as good as the ones in aviation mall and tickets are expensive as well as the food.

Ive been to four different theaters in Wilton in my lifetime. The Pyramid Mall theater, the old Regal, and now both Bow Ties. I will say that I prefer the one in the Wilton Mall than downtown, as the prices seem more fair for what youre getting, and the staff us *usually* more pleasant. I will say however that some really need to spend a bit more time in training, and also need to be a bit more transparent about what is happening in the transaction. I attempted to use my Criterion points the other day, on a free Medium popcorn that was upgraded to a large, as well as a drink and two candies. It ended up costing me $15 because the cashier failed to realize that it removed my free Medium and instead changed it to a bundle deal for full-price. I still paid, but I wish the cashier would have paid more attention to what was going on.

Great theaters. Comfortable seats great staff. Extremely expensive popcorn and snacks. Quality not worth what you pay. Saw a movie with my kids and it was so loud my 6 year old plugged her ears for most of the movie. But unfortunately that seems to be the case in every theater.

I stopped in here when I was in town and clearly this mall is a victim of e-commerce. It is on its last legs. the Chinese food was pretty good for the price though.

We went to see Captian Marvel at this location and it was great! The seats were really comfortable, the popcorn was fresh, prices werent terrible and the sound in the theater was loud. Every employee we encountered was happy and friendly.

Friendly staff and fantastic movie BUT it felt like 30 degrees in the theater ! Totally uncomfortable !!

The BTX theater was amazing and had really comfortable seats. Also, I lost my wallet in the seats and the staff was very accommodating and helped me to find it. Definitely would come here again.

Great cinema.. I actually prefer the mall location rather than their downtown location due to the better parking and mall shopping attractions. I still feel Reagal has a slightly better viewing experience BTX vs RPX but where Bow Tie shines is their non-premium theater. All seats are modern and are more comfortable than all but the newest RPX theaters in the area.Not that many screens and not particularly large.. Fills up fast, get there early on peak times. (Note, their downtown location is preferred on weekend nights due to the reserved seating policy there)

A nice clean theatre. Too pricey concessions. More attention is needed in the bathrooms. All teen staff might need a little nudge.

I went to see the new movie IT in theatre today. We were 5 min late but we were like oh its just previews. So the guy that took our tickets said its the only one showing the movie. Youre gonna like this one. So we went in the theatre and realized we did miss part of the movie. But nothing was really happening. So we sat and watched everything happen and i was getting excited cause it was really scary for the beginning of a movie. Then the credits started showing. And we were so confused. So we went outside and asked this lady and turns out the guy gave us the wrong theatre and we watched the end of the movie. So now it ruined the rest of the movie and we cant watch it now. Personally that guy should be fired and im really disappointed.

It is an alright movie theater to go to in Saratogo. The mall that it is located in is also one of the highlights of my trip to this movie theater. This movie theater is a theater that I would go back to if I wanted to see a movie.

Very disappointed with this location. The last couple of movies we have seen, they have played sound with no picture and picture with no sound. Then today they started the movie and never turned down the lights until someone complained. Prices go up and service goes down.
