Live Nation falls short on customer service!!!! Wait, thats too nice.They lack total customer service. Were at their mercy, and they have nothing to lose. But do they care? Apparently not! Welcome to the world of corporate conglomerates hiding behind the green curtain $$$$$$The working class little guy loses again! So sad.
