They after sanitizing constantly and truly a fun place for kids 2-13. They have drinks, snacks, and good from Hungry Howies for purchase. They also do a day camp and a Saturday night parents night out. Even some arcade games! I love taking my kids here!

This place is better than any other bounce place I’ve been too. The bounce houses are all very different. One is large and open with balls inside many kids could easily be in there and still be safe. There is a large obstacle course with two different sides to go through, there is the large climb and fast slide, etc. there is a separate toddler area as well just for the four and under age group. It has its own bounce house as well. There are picnic tables in the middle for the parents to sit at as well as (for rental) massaging chairs. The snacks are way over priced but there are snacks and drinks available for purchase. We brought our own snacks and water. Four kids in our group (from age 4-7) and they had a blast and were all exhausted when we left. It’s a nice air conditioned place to play and we went on a Saturday from 10-12 and even with a birthday party there I didn’t feel like it was too crazy in there.

More for young children under 10. Decent facilities. Arcade games are outdated and not maintained.

Pretty awesome place for the kids

My son had a blast. Manger was very nice. Only thing I felt uneasy about was the bounce house straight back on the left because the wall isnt covered in safety mats along the exit. Other kids were jumping from the top to the bottom along the wall. I was just worried for them. Besides that we had a wonderful time.

Great place for the younger kiddos. Very reasonably priced for entry fee and snacks at the snack bar. They do an awesome job with the birthday parties too.

My toddler grandson loves it! Great staff, clean and reasonably priced! Weve visited on several occasions and enjoyed it every time! Ive recommended it to friends and family! There are separate areas for different ages including babies! We will definitely be going back!

We love this place. It is always very clean and the staff is always friendly. There is some nice bounce houses in here. Theres a mini arcade and an air hockey table also.

This is great for 18mo through elementary age to wear the kids out! They will have fun in the 6 huge bounces. Imagine 15 minutes on each thats an hour and a half! Theres also a toddler/preschool spot for 4 & under with a smaller bounce & playhouse & toys. A small arcade area (still tokens). 3 party rooms and plenty of picnic tables to rest or use wifi. They have drinks & offer food from Hungry Howies. Great activity for rain days & too hot or cold days to get the extra energy out.

Florida is home to the forever summer, here is the Oasis or break that your kid could use. Overwhelmed by how often theyre cleaning, its actually a joy. Free WiFi if your not a bouncer, and a fair price snack bar. 6 giant inflated bouncers for the kids, 11-12 tables for adults. 2 massage chairs and they work. Bathroom is clean even with several kids! Yes I will be back. Ill be the one hogging the message chair.

Great idea and concept for children. Nice bounce houses. However, for the $13 per child I paid, there should be a working water fountain or bottled water should be offered at no charge. An additional $2.25 on top of the fee to jump is ridiculous. The water fountain is broken and hot water is coming out.

My kids love going here! The only reason I did not give 5 stars as I do feel like its a little bit pricey for parents!

Took my nephew on a Wednesday and was allowed to play on any tent (hes 3 so was only expecting to play on the little Joeys tent. He LOVED the ball tent and we had so much fun! The chic-fil-a gift card was great for our lunch!

Bought an annual pass for my nephew because he loves the staff! Fun and exciting place for kids! And there a massage chairs for the parents! Yes!!!!!!

We absolutely love Bounce Down Under. It is a great place to go either for just an hour or an entire afternoon. Our 6 year old daughter loves it. It’s clean and the staff is friendly and professional. We haven’t done a party here yet, but I’m sure they do a great job with those as well. Highly recommend!

We had my four year olds birthday here and was great! They wonderful party packages and an attendant in the room the whole time serving food and cleaning up. We got a visit from the kangaroo mascot and a gift from the venue. It was a really good experience!

My 2 year old LOVES this place. Unlimited fun for $9?!? Amazing. Great for a rainy day (it will be busy). Lots of inflatables to jump, slide, climb on.

My 5 year old and our group of 4-6 yo cousins LOVED this place. My 2 yo was able to bounce in a few of the castles too and then was happy to play in the separate toddler area.I was really pleased that adults could join in the fun on the castles and slides or watch from the picnic tables in the centre. Our kids were able to navigate all the climbing and bouncing houses on their own and we could see them from where we sat when we wanted to relax. It was the perfect thing for my high energy daughter. She didnt stop jumping and climbing the whole time.Ive never dropped my kids off for a date night babysitting, but its such a good idea! I will definitely do that when my youngest is fully out of diapers.

Been waiting to write a review, for a few times here. Bad: No real food options, if youre here a long time. Rules state that you cant come and go, I havent tried to ask about it. Its pretty boring for adults, seating sucks, and if you alone youre going to want you phone fully charged.Theres a reason why I give this place 5 stars. The great: amazing playground for the children, its chaotic but has been reasonably safe to just let the kids to play. The experience for them is spectacular, my little man burns enough energy to make the annual pass a worthwhile thing to buy. Helping with every muscle group AND balance, at the same time as playing, and this place is a slam dunk.So yes Im bored, Im not here for me though. I gladly bring him, most, every week.

The staff is always every helpful and cheery.Bounce down under is also a wonderful place to have your birthday party.The staff and the owner took care of everything for us! My little ones have been planning their party for about 10 months now. All they had to do was invite their friends and have a great time!!!

Very fun place for toddlers and children! Adults can also play with the kids, if they want to. Everyone must wear socks. There are plenty of inflatables for everyone to enjoy over and over. Food is available which is ordered from Hungry Howies.

Perfect for families. Plenty for the kids to run around on and enough space for the adults to relax. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is for the gate. It would be better if it was kid proof. It feels like it is lacking a bit of security.

Great spot with a variety of bounce houses and a couple of arcade machines. They have a cute area especially for under fours, then a couple of medium slides and two big ones. My two and a half year old is able to play in all of them if there arent big kids about. Ive always found the staff really kind and friendly.

The atmosphere was great. The staff were nice. But the organization sucked. We had my grandsons bd party there on Sunday. It was suppose to start at 4, we were allowed in 15 minutes before to set up. Of which took about 30. Thankfully we brought food and paid the $25 fee. The pizza came close to 5:30, we had to ask about the kangaroo that was part of the package. But the best part was they were ready to kick us out 10 minutes before 6. So yes I wouldnt recommend this for the price. Disappointed.

We visited Bounce Down Under for our first time today and had a blast!!! My 20 month old absolutely loved every minute of it, even going on the biggest big kid slide they have. And for kids under age 2 like him they only charged us $2.50! Wow! The best $2.50 I ever spent. Their rates for children aged 2-13 are also great, too, though, in my opinion. (Only $6-10 for walk-in play, and passes are available too!) I hadnt expected to be able to go into the bounce houses and onto the slides with him, but we were told we were allowed to enjoy both with him even though adults are free-no charge! It was so much fun to be able to do it with him, and we were able to play as much and as long as we liked! He wasnt restricted to the toddler area since we were there during school hours and there werent any bigger kids there. I loved it especially because its a super clean and super safe place for the kids to go crazy versus an outdoor playground, and is super comfortable no matter the weather outside! So if its awfully hot & humid out, as it always is in FL, or raining, what a perfect place to take your children to have a great time and burn up energy and be active & healthy. The staff there was very nice and accommodating to us. And of course they do birthday parties as well. This might be my new favorite place to go with my little one!!! I have a feeling well be buying a pass in the future. Dont forget to bring socks with you!!!

We went there for my daughters best friends birthday party, this place was fun, plenty of staff to handle the children, they were actually doing their jobs, not playing on their phones, for an overprotective father, I was impressed.

The staff and management are incredibly rude. They do not provide proper supervision and allow the older children to run right over and push the little ones. Epic failure as a fun and safe family place. There are much better options nearby!

Worst customer service ever. Even when I talked to the manager discussing a walk in party (for me a concept thats just wrong, because what theyre saying is basically-only if you spend 180-240$ here youre worth of having a guaranteed room for a party here. But when you only want to have a little party with a couple kids, they dont get enough money out of you, so youre not first priority).Im honestly so sad, because I love this place and my daughter loves it too. But that was just so wrong. I know I was trying to discuss things with the manager, but telling me that there is no more to say, and that she has a field trip standing in front of her that needs her attention just now, tells me this:She did not want to take the time for me because I wasnt worth it. And thats horrible! How about: Im sorry, but if you give me your number I call you right back when Im done with the field trip coming in? Thats how its done! Or how it should be!!!Im just a mom trying to organize her daughters 4th birthday...no evil monster .What a bad customer service...

Love this place. We live in west Bradenton and Just Bounce is 5 min away, but we rather take the 35min drive to Bounce down under. Better customer service and always clean. If you go during school breaks, make sure to call ahead and find out if they have field trips coming in that day. Can get really busy.

Great concept a bunch of bounce houses all indoor and in one air conditioned location. Could use some upgraded safety features to keep kids safe, needs light bulbs changed, some repairs on houses, and a good cleaning. Thats why they have you sign the waiver before you go in...

We had my sons 4th birthday here... everything went well as far as reserving online, calling ahead to order extra pizza, etc.However, I was rather disappointed in our party host, Ayleen. She was very disengaged the whole time, seemed to not know what she was doing as far as setting up the room went and as far as it’s advertised on the website we aren’t supposed to worry about anything as it’s the hosts “job”. My husband helped set up everything -which wasn’t really the problem - it was the hosts attitude, lack of enthusiasm, and lack of friendliness. I understand she probably doesn’t care that it’s my sons birthday, but we do and he deserves the best that we can get (and paid for). Our sons inflatable chair wasn’t set up and she didn’t even think to do (as pizza was being served) until she saw me trying to figure it out. Then she went and plugged it in with her gloves on and continued to serve pizza. Maybe she needs more training/lessons on customer service or needs to not be a host. It’s very disappointing when you pay over $300 for a party and feel like service is subpar.As we were leaving another party was arriving that host looked fantastic - she brought them to their room, the enflatible sofa was set up, she seemed engaged with the family. I wish we had her.

We love Bounce Down Under. My three boys have a blast! Lots of safe, clean jumping structures. Good oversight by employees to keep it friendly for littles. Separate bounce house and play area for babies and toddlers. Cant say enough good things. We usually stay for 2-3 hours and everyone sleeps exceptionally well afterwards. Its a fantastic time! Great for birthdays too, so easy on the parents.

The kids were being policed by older kids (employees) i watched my kids and other kids get robbed over and over again by the arcade games the claw machines can not grab an item it was horrible i told the young girl she said i know ive told the owner theyre old machines ..(so what)

Place is great for the kids. But if your not the only one there good luck finding some seating.

Love this place for the kids for sure ! I wish they had more things for the adults, I think they would end up making a lot more money and get more families coming in if they had something for the adults, it is great the kids can come and play all day and it’s pretty safe and clean!

Staff needs to be more attentive, they are young and need to be trained. Pretty much are getting paid to walk around wearing a company shirt. Everything is awesome except the fact my two kids 3 and 5 were both run over by older kids, pushed down and pushed out of the way while they played tag. The staff NEVER intervened.

I Reserved a private room for my daughters 5th birthday.. I was Rushed and reassured i needed to leave at 5, It was 4pm. Nasty attitudes. When we first came in there was a lady that was so rude to my husband he said do you have a problem she rolled her eyes. A guy was sitting on the floor behind the counter. The private room was so hot the lady taking care of the cordinating part of our party stated they turned the air off! She was even hot. Imagine my elderly mom! I had a horrible experience!!!!!

My daughter will be 2 in October and had an absolute blast today at Bounce Down Under. It was especially nice because the bigger kids are back in school now so I felt like she was safe and sound playing in all the bounce houses.

It was so much fun. Family friendly, affordable and over all awesome.
