Gooder than my football stadium

My son was not able to play for them due to various circumstances. Asked for our money back and birth certificate. Had to meet someone to get original birth certificate back. They said they would mail us a check for reimbursement. That was a month ago. Called them last week. They said they are really busy as the season has started. Not acceptable!
