The item was suppose to be delivered at 9am for a company event. Tried calling several times and emailing to no avail. When the item was delivered, 2 hours later the worker was rude and snotty. I explained to him that it was suppose to be delivered at 9am he was like oh well. We went to use the dunk tank to learn that it was broken and rigged. Again, can not get a hold of anyone from the place of business. Very dis satisified with the whole situation.

HORRIBLE RUINED JULY 4th-CHILDREN VERY UPSET.NEVER showed up at my friends house who was having a small gathering for kids and families to escape the stress of COVID 19. When my friend called (because my kids were waiting for it) 2 hours after delivery window a female was rude and stated they had been delivering since 5am. HOW DISAPPOINTING YOU NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED leaving upset kids and friends. In this world truth and kindness can prevail and what you did is AWFUL. I try to support small business but not the ethics of yours.

I wish there was a way to leave zero stars? Not only did these people no show to our 4th of July party, but the woman was incredibly rude. After being notified they were over 2 hours late she was dismissive and condescending. The kids were all asking about the slide all day. Very disappointing. Will not be using this service again.

Booked and paid deposit for 4th of July- received confirmation email the day before with a delivery window of 7am-11am. At 1pm no slide, called and was told I was the last stop. The inflatable never showed. The kids were asking ALL day for the slip and slide they were promised. Called several times after 1pm with no answer. I have NEVER had such poor customer service. We book inflatables several times a year- never again with party rock. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

Awful customer service. Deposit for a slide for party and they never called and never showed with slide! When 2 hours after window of drop off we called and woman was rude and s aid itd be there but just last stop. They never showed!! Worse didnt call or answer additional calls. Kids were so disappointed !!

This company is unreliable! They were supposed to deliver a water slide for a 4th of July party and confirm that they were coming but never delivered it.

I’m reading all the reviews and he saying that his phone is not working 1 year ago. i save a date last night and i’m trying to get in touch with them via mail and phone calls and they are not calling me back or texting me back. i have to make a lot of questions how this company works? how i have to pay something for save the date? where do i pay? how do i know they will be there in the date that i need them. i dont know

I see is under new management. Explains a lot. this is our second time using your services. This time it wasn’t good experience. I emailed the person in charge, no response. exposed wiring on extension cords. Hazard! Wet slide, barefooted kids running around! NOT GOOD! my husband had to use electrical tape to make it temporary safe. check your equipment!!

Last year was 5 star. I rented the biggest slide they have for a 50 person birthday party. This year I have called about 5 times for the last three weeks. Ive left several messages begging someone to call back. Last year I spent about 400 on the slide and it was amazing. I will sadly have to look elsewhere this year. The party is in 7 days..

They must be under new management. The staff was unprofessional, dropped off a slide that stopped working 30 minutes later - and when we called them they didnt stop by until *eight hours later* then asked So was everything alright?. No, not everything was alright. The kids got scraped up, and nobody used the inflatable - because it was broken. Your company is terrible, and when we reached out to you over email and telephone you have been unresponsive. Buyer beware, just shop elsewhere.In response to your message below. You cant find me in your system because it was my girlfriend that booked the reservation. 100% this is the right company *do business elsewhere*

Party Rock Inflatables have done multiple events for me. Their pricing is great and their staff always drop off and pick up when they say that they will. They also have a great inventory to select from. I would highly recommend them
