I just wanted to take a second to rave about Summer! I had called and needed some info about throwing a birthday party there for 10 kids (one of the girls I Nanny needed it for a school project) and I left a voicemail and she called back and I was unavailable and she left the best voicemail. She was polite and gave me ALL the information I needed without sounding bored or off put. I never write reviews but honestly she made me feel so thankful that I just had to rave about her. So Summer is amazing and truly the best about customer service! Thankyou girl!!

This was a great experience, for only $25 a month you can play for 2 hours a day everyday. They have a decent selection at the snack bar as well as a variety of different courts and attractions for children and adults to buy on. Unlike the bounce House locations theres solid floors between levels set of parents can walk around and actually watch their children without exhausting themselves. My toddler had a blast staff was very friendly and helpful.

Tons of jumping fun. They have plenty of food and drink. Beer and wine too! The employees are all very nice and its very clean. Nice place for the youngish

This place is always improving and adding new obstacles for the kids. They even have beer and wine for the adults and have a good selection of concession items like pizza, pretzels, and smoothies. The adult lounging area is great also. If your looking to give your kids hours of jumping and running around while you relax, then this is the place to be.

Summer camp is amazing the counselors have tons of fun with ALL day!! 100% recommend if you need a place to get your energy out. They put on a party for my son that turned ten! I was so happy with everything and everyone! All the staff members were so sweet, attentive and fun! Some ended up playing with the kids. I ha e to go out of my way to thank a Mia that was in the party room with us! She made my son feel so special. She was very sweet and kind! I highly recommend sky zone!

Great place for kids, and adults as well! Friday and Saturday night is Glow Time! Very fun, but lots of teens those nights so a little rough for the little ones to be able to play.

Ive been going here for 6-7 years and havent had a single injury. I got hurt twice in the past two weeks of coming here and i want to thank one of the employees named River and Manager Rolando for helping me out through the rough time i had last night.

Sky Zone used to be a really good place to have fun ... Unfortunately on the worst time we are going through this has been the unsafe place ever ! Today June 12 2020 I took my kids there for a Glow Zone ! This place was so crowded that not even on regular days before coronavirus was like that, they are not respecting social distances or amount of people... There is no one at the door controlling number of people... all that not being enough it looks like some people decide to make Sky Zone they fight place ... so sad, 2 big fights happened while we were there that end up with a lot of cops at the end of glow zone ...

A great place to spend time with family and friends! The staff is amazing and always has the park so clean! There are so many different options for all ages! I 100% recommend going!

They had a really cool Noon-Years-Eve event where they dropped all these balloons at noon on New Years Eve. So kids could celebrate without having to stay up till Midnight. Which made this Mom very happy and helped us to start the new year off right... Well rested.

We love Skyzone so much, we decided to become members. Its an awesome activity that the whole family can enjoy together. Also one heck of a work out!

I was frustrated after we waited in line for ten minutes to pay, to find out that we had to get out of line, go to a different area to fill out waivers, then, back in our original line to pay. It would’ve been nice if there was an employee working the line, checking in with those of us who were waiting, to make sure we had filled out the waivers first. Maybe even have a greeter at the front doors directing us first timers. Other than this frustration the jumpers had a fun time. All was clean and organized with lots of workers keeping an eye on everyone.

All of the team members were incredibly friendly and helpful! Had a super fun time and will DEFINITELY be coming back for more! Plus, SkyZone is clean and the parties rock!! Toddler Time is a blast too, theres something for everyone!

Skyzone is awesome! So glad they are back open! Staff is super helpful and are taking lots of precautions because of COVID-19. They are around the clock cleaning and disinfecting while keeping a fun and safe environment!

Pretty cool spot to let the kids run around and go crazy, let em get all their energy out. I heard it can get pretty busy, but we went on an early Sunday afternoon so it wasnt too bad.

To cut to the chase, the ownership of Sue and Paul Orsino is very poor. Sky Zone is supposed to be an environment filled of happiness and excitement for everyone - from the ownership, to the customers that walk in the door. The people who do the “hard dirty work“ don’t receive the proper recognition they deserve. From the perspective of a former employee, as well as from many other former employees, and current Employees, they can all agree that there needs to be a two way street of respect from the ownership to the people that they employ. The workers that are putting their lives and their families lives at risk for minimum wage pay grade. These employees are exposing themselves to COVID-19 for the better Interest of the owners.The workers that are putting their health at risk at least need to be respected better by the owners. If you’re looking into working there, I wouldn’t suggest it. In order to have good hardworking people That care and want to Improve the business, they need to treat the employees better in order for them to want to work hard, as well as enjoy it while they do their jobs.Thank you sue for the response and I will now be contacting corporate. They think about safety in a way that it gets ridiculous. I cant even jump with my own kids because they have to be in different areas and or jump in the same square because they just allow one person per square. If I go and sign a waiver I want to have a good time with my kids together. The place is a bit small for all the things they have too. Two stars because is a clean place and the workers are good.

The team member assigned to our birthday party was not helpful we had to get up and serve our own guests .we purchased the most expensive package and only to be shut down after covid then they didn’t even notify us that passes were extended. So now we were left with like 3 days of pass didn’t even use it once . SmhBad customer service.

Though my child had lots of fun jumping, we left early because inconsiderate parents standing in groups blocking entire walkways through the building making it impossible to follow a younger child from activity to activity, the teenage staff that are supposed to be supervising areas were too busy chatting with one another to pay attention to things going on around them and a couple of them were incredibly rude to my child. No outside food or drink allowed, forcing you to pay for way overpriced items at their snack bar. We wont be back and I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Fun spot for the kids. Grown ups can jump too. They even have a place for kids 0-4 years old. Make sure you sign a waiver before you buy your tickets.

It was a great experience, but there are some improvements that can be made, first one is, to instruct anyone going into the trampoline area some safety tips / rules, like one person per trampoline, that would avoid unnecessary injuries and dangerous situations. The second improvement is a rope or secondary exit from the foam pits, for an adult its really hard to negotiate the foam pits, having a rope that could be thrown out or a secondary exit at the end of the pit would greatly help, and allow more people to use the pit, since the wait time is not just waiting for someone to jump, but also crawling back out of the pit.All things considered its a great experience, much better than a gym because it is extremely fun, if you live close by you should definitely get a membership.

Last night we celebrated our sons birthday with a Glow party, let’s just say we will definitely be doing this again!! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the kids had a blast!! We were very impressed from beginning to end.

It is a fun thing for kids to do in Sarasota but I was disappointed with my last visit. It was my daughter’s birthday and all she asked for was to go to sky zone and have birthday cake with her sister and cousin. I didn’t have enough kids to have a party because we live so far away so we went as a family. I brought her a small cake and plates/candles. After paying for everyone to jump they said we couldn’t celebrate there because her cake was “outside” food and against policy so they took it and put it in back. I offered to buy food and drinks there as well but they said no. She was so disappointed and no one even cared or said Happy Birthday. Kids are your business, just show them some kindness.

Nice place to let kids get some energy out. Also has nice area for parents to relax while kids play and can almost see your kids through out facility from parents chill area. My only complaint is the younger ones dont have much of an area to themselves, otherwise awesome place.

I highly recommend this place to take your kids just to have fun on a rainy day or any other day lots of different things to do! Definitely a fun place to throw a birthday party!

Kids love coming here. Staff is ALWAYS very kind and helpful. However, on a recent trip, there werent enough staff at food service counter to help in a timely manner. I observed a manager walking around not offering help. Finally a staff asked the manager to PLEASE help. It seemed a burden to the manager. A manager should always help their staff AND customers. After all, without customers you have no business.

Nothing else like it around but overpriced unless you get the monthly pass and use it that often. Weve been for multiple birthdays and a few times solo. Good for all ages; family fun.

We had our sons 8th birthday party at Skyzone. We did the platinum glow party. All the kids had a blast! Having our own party specialist Mia was awesome! She was so helpful! Everything went smoothly. The only downside was the big teenagers running around the place since we had littler kids, but that was expected Just wish it was controlled a little better. Overall totally worth the money!

We celebrated my daughters birthday here in 2018. The kids had a great time. The food we ordered for the party was good. I would have given a five-star but the pre-event follow up could have been better. We still go back occasionally because it is a fun place, though it can get expensive with multiple kids and the gear (socks, glow shirt) you may need to purchase.

My daughter had a sprain inside the park! There are no doctors, they just gave him a bag with ice and thats it! Other people on the site say that it always happens but that the park staff does nothing! I think they should offer better attention! we will never return and we will not recommend itThis happened 5 minutes after arriving! She had decided to spend the birthday there with her friends! we had to leave immediately! We lost the money paid, they had no consideration whatsoever! We did not enjoy anything and did not even have the gesture of recognizing any refund of what we paid

Super fun except some Russian worker there kept purposely following a group a me and my friends at one point he grabbed my friend by the shirt and yanked him across the trampoline square and kept threatening to call his manager to kick us out because my friend was spotting me on my backflip. At one point he was full on screaming at us I dont think me and my friends will be coming back until he is gone even my friends who did not come tonight will not be attending skyzone anymore and I will be spreading the word trust me

Very busy and crowded, pretty expensive compared to other trampoline parks. Not very large. They do have a cool warrior balance pit type thing. Full concessions but they are also expensive. They also have message chairs, a hurricane simulation, a warp wall, and a few arcade games as well.

Sky Zone is such a fun place for both kids and adults alike. I held my daughters 8th Birthday Party here and had a great time here. Will definitely come again soon.

1st time in was an amazing experience. Went in for a toddler Bday party and probably had more fun then the kids. Will be investing in the monthly Membership.

Sky zone does an amazing job of providing a time for little kids to come and have fun. They have amazing activities for them and really makes the kids enjoy themselves.

Had fun with my 2 girls at a birthday party today and admire the polite, young and helpful staff members they have there. Dad jumped to and I enjoyed myself. Good place to have a birthday party, glad we were invited.

Took my 8 yr old neice to Sky Zone for a fun afternoon of trampoline jumping. She seemed to have a great time which was definitely my goal so that makes me happy. The foam in the foam pit needs to be replaced as it looks tattered dirty and broken. Also as a note to adults, I dont recommend jumping in the foam, just trust me, very very hard to get out! I did see a roach on the floor by the snack tables. I dont know if Ill return but it was something fun and different to do. Check Groupon before going, I did get a good deal for the 2 hours.

Team building activity was so much fun...the adults from age 20 to 70+ all enjoyed...no to mention some great exercise!

Because of Summerbreak it was a little to busy with summer camp children, it would be nice if they had special discounts for kids just visiting for 1.5 hour and not charging the full price during Summer.They had to wait to do certain games.Overall good experience

My daughter had a great time, but there was two birthdays and only one birthday child received one t shirt. You guys asked what was the size of each birthday child. The hosts asked the size of each child, and she will go and get the shirts. Then was told that the birthday boy can not get a shirt. It was paid for.We was not treated fairly, that should have been told that before you took the money.

The kids had a great time though the food was expensive.

Awful experience. They charge way too much & don’t let you jump with your little ones. There is only 2 little rows that little ones can go on. We left and went to jump n fun and had an amazing time. Totally recommend jump n fun before sky zone ANYDAY. I would give skyzone 0 star if I could.

Please change the Dodge balls to foam instead of rubber. I understand they are heavier but my 12 year old brother got hit in the face twice leaving a bruise on his cheek and jammed his thumb. Completely ruined the experience. Thank you dimitry for comforting him and talking him through the pain. I dont think he wouldve managed it as well as he did if it wasnt for you. The experience is a 2 star but Dimitry deserves a 5 star for his quick response to helping my brother and making sure all other kids were safe as well

Summed up: great customer service up front; good place to jump for CHILDREN. Awful safety for kids if adults decide to jump and 0 control on kids running rampant breaking most rules.The place itself is nice, has a good vibe. My issue is that I am an older gentleman and decided to bring my girlfriend here on a little date for some childish fun, and there were kids running around rampant in adult areas with 0 supervision. The adults are specified areas where they jump, and the same for children.. or so the signs say. Children just run wherever they please in adult areas putting them at high risk of getting injured and nobody even cares. I spent 10-15 minutes jumping and almost knocked over 2 children who wanted to run under me mid flip.I went for a refund because it was just out of hand and unsafe and I recieved a partial refund (which is fine I suppose; I dont know why 15 minutes would cost me 10 dollars though).I will say the man up front was very understanding and kind, was not upset or nasty with me at all and gave me great customer service. He offered the refund no hassle and told me to have a wonderful day, all while apologizing on his behalf for the situation at hand.
