Buildings are nice inverted speedbumps to control speeding are hard to see at night

During the pandemic, when a lot of places are suspending rent, the landlords lare are sniffing around and giving out fix this or else eviction notices.Dont expect the landlord to ever call you back after you move in.The place is safe, lots of kids. But infested with roaches and ant infestation.

Great place to start buying a home own it in 6-8 years and not expensive at all and didnt cost arm and leg to move in quiet park

Nice enough area. Its not some amazing magical place but its certainly not bad. I know that when here Ive never heard of anything negative going on. The people that live around seem nice and its close to the gas station so going to get a soda is a quick drive or walk.

I was impressed with the owner. We had just stopped by to see what was available and even tho he was a buay man he still took the time out to show us a few trailers which I thought was pretty awesome and he is also a super nice guy.

Had no problems besides truck broken into once. landlord was great had a problem with the roof he came out and looked at it fixed it. You make it how you see it been there 7 years

This place is no good.. Nobody can ever get a hold of the owner and the place looks rough, dirty, and broke. I would never suggest this trailer park to anyone I dont live here but I have a friend who does and this trailer park just needs to be shut down or find a new owner!!

To many cats running about.there are a lot if trees to close to Mobil homes and there not aloud to trim them

The place is decent there’s some bad apples like any other neighborhood but the owner is getting old and a meaner so we’ll see where it goes.

The name says it all. The owner is shady and sells garbage mobile homes. People are constantly moving in and out of these trailers.

I have live there it is a nice place

Mostly nice while we lived their for about 2 years, neighbors were loud at times with lots of traffic in and out, parking was bad for about 2 months with people staying at trailers that were not on the lease. We had electrical issues with our place from day 1 and kept getting worse each month. Trailer was moved from Bixby and needed a more through inspection before being rented.

Beautiful park and close to Kelly Lane Park. My uncle lives there you buy the home and lot rent is 200 a month

Affordable housing and good place to live

Its a quite little community off in the Back of the neighborhood. Some of the trailers look like they need help w some renovations n the more decent looking ones are older trailers.

Were dog people, but its in a quite neighborhood which is nice.

Nasty and drug infested. Stay away from here. Dangerous place for familys.

As long as you stay to yourself and mind your own business its great!!!

Some of the homes are nice and some are really shabby-looking. The speed bumps are murder on a cars suspension.

They were rude and hateful they would not work with us they hate dogs and they are screwing over my brother I do not recommend them at all Id rather to go live in a hotel first thats how much I do not like them

Horrible place filled with druggies, police are alway being called, thieves, and not to mention the guy who owns this place never fixes anything at all hes a liar and just wants your money dont think he wont cheat you out of money trust me horrible place Ive ever lived in my life.
