We had a great time walking from playground to playground. There were plenty of park benches thought the paved trail for the little ones to take a break and rest. Our favorite part was the large hallow tree that you could stand inside!

There are at least 3 playgrounds here all pretty nice. There are plenty of small pavilions to rest/ eat at and a nice walking trail with a river view.

The park is always going to be nice and cool on a hot day because theres so many trees. They do need to get in there though and trim some stuff back.

This park always has space, for my family and I to enjoy one another, and still have some privacy.

Easily the friendliest park in St. Louis county. Lots of friendly dogs and dog owners as well as walkers. What I could never understand is why cyclists training for the Tour de France go there.

Quiet little park with walking/biking trails that are next to the river. They have benches and dog cleanup stations throughout. A few playgrounds and several pavilions. They also have a soccer field. One of my favorite local parks.

One of my favorite historical sites! This beautiful bridge is a favorite for wedding and family pictures. In the summer the clear clean water is a favorite to locals. I always bring my out of town guests to see and learn about our rich heritage here in Missouri.

Great park! Everything you need at a park is here. Three play grounds, walkng trails through the whole park and along the river, great views, picnic tables and areas, and three soccer fields. We liked the river walk the best.

Went to see how high the river was... Almost up to the back parking lot. those of you whove been here before when recognize the path on the right of the picture that usually takes you down a distance to the beach for people fish and hangout

Wonderful if you want 80% shaded paths. Never too many people. Mostly flat little to no incline.

It is a wonderful walking park. If you walk all of the trails its around 3.5 miles but you can do as many suits you. Mostly flat terrain.

Nice park with 2 separate playgrounds for kids. There are walking trails all over and access to the river. Great tree cover as well so its not unbearable in the heat.

Ive been taking my stepdaughter there for 7 years love to walk around and enjoy it all. I take a picture with my daughter in the big tree everytime. Its so cool

This is a great park, well maintained with beautiful views of the river. Lots of nature trails and great Pokestops too!

Its open year round. Clean and taken care of. Even after it floods. Alot of paths to walk or ride bicycles. Has rest rooms that are clean with minimal smell. Good place.

I went to the park this morning and found out it was closed. My guess is that it was closed due to floods.

Open for sunrise to sunset. Just a great place to go with your kids, for a bbq with friends, a trail walk or biking. Great view of the river. Can bring your own boat but only has 1 ramp going into the water. Almost every year once a year the place floods and literally the entire park... will be a good 20 ft underwater. Just an amazing conception when sitting there thinking that the bench youre sitting on is sometimes deep underwater.

We love this park. Its usually not too busy. Short walking trails and river view area is nice and peaceful. Well maintained park. Playground is dated and limited, but offers enough to keep my clan of 4 busy for a solid hour.

Nice little trail and park. Its pretty easy to walk the whole thing. Its almost too short. I like that they have lots of benches to sit on. Not a lot of areas to get down and play in creeks or anything like that though.

Nice park files for the water access are a little much but nice.

I love this park. My daughter loves it as well. Lots of playgrounds and great trails to run. Even a big hollowed out tree that can be climbed into close to the second parking place on the left. We went running one evening and there were deer running through the woods. Great place.

One of our favorite parks in the area! My kids love throwing rocks in the river from the boat ramp. It was (finally) cleaned up nicely after the flooding.

Park is clean. River access is nice. Small playground near bathrooms. The walking trail is secluded in woods which I dont care for. Many times there are single men just sitting in vehicles at this park.

This is a hidden gem. Love the paved trails. Plenty of room and playground for the kids.

Lots of activities if you want. Lots of choices to walk. All paved. 2 big playgrounds. Park benches everywhere. Pavilions and picnic tables. Or bring your own chair and reading book. Very relaxing.
