This is a very well kept up senior community and interestingly enough, it looks very appealing even though most of the homes are still the older 1960s versions. People keep up their homes and their yards nicely. There are no trashy old single wides there like there are in so many of the other mobile home parks. The monthly space rent is comparably reasonable

Santee Kiwanis held a ceremony in the Meadowbrook community center, a nice open facility for a moderately sized gathering.

Very nice senior mobile home park. Clean, well maintained and within rent control City of Santee. Staff are second to none and are very welcoming.

Management is totally fake and unprofessional. This park only wants to steal your mobile home when you die. MAKE SURE you know your mobile home residency law and park rules before you move in. THIS PLACE DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU. All they care about is money. Thats it. You are just dollar signs to them. Thats it. The car wash is always breaking down and out of service. The laundry mats are not maintained and are filthy. I highly recommend finding a park with a staff that is professional and genuinely v cares about you.

We just finalized buying in this park and couldnt be happier. Nancy and Marissa went above and beyond to help with the process from the first time looking at the home till the day we closed. The ladies in this office are a class act and fun! Great community and we are looking forward to many happy years here.

Visited family and really enjoyed all of the amenities, views, activities and staff.

Meadowbrook is one of the cleanest parks in San Diego County you will find. The management is superb, and treat their residents with dignity and respect. I am very glad to be a resident of Meadowbrook, and plan to spend many many more years there.

Its a great place to go visit the ones who live there! Swimming pool, bbq area, library, poker room, party room, shuffle board and Bocce Ball... Oh I love to visit

The elderly can be grumpy when your visiting. Some just dont like kids. Guess thats why they moved into a 55 plus park! Pool area is pretty nice!

Meadowbrook Mobile Home Park is a very nice Senior Park to live in, quiet, peaceful and only 10 minutes from Downtown Santee.

Because everybody has a little individuality going on in their Landscaping the free to do what they wish within reason
