My grandmother has lived here for about 7 years and and pretty much everything was ok, until they changed managment last year. now i would never recomend someone to live here. For an elderly home, this place is insane. YOU CANT PARK INFRONT OF PEOPLES HOUSES. you heard me right. they will literally put a fake parking ticket telling you to move or you will be towed. if you spend the night at someones trailer and leave you car in the designated parking spot, they will still be upset because youre supposed to tell them that you have someone over. theyve threaten to take peoples cats and send them to the pound. my cat that was staying with her actually went missing for 4 days and was found somewhere never go on his own. Someone started to harrass my father, claiming he did multiple things that never occured, and trespassed onto out property. manegment did nothing to stop him and said that he did nothing wrong. that man has also harrased multiple disabled people in the park but nothing is wrong with that. If you wanna live here for the area, go to Brookwood Mobile. its right across a park and trailers are actually nice looking. Dont live here

Its a very Beautiful place to call home after we lost our house in the Tubbs Fire AND things went down in our own house where we lived at the time AND cant wait to say Home again!! Thanks again for being alive AND Happy NEW YEARS anniversary celebration.

For a senior place 55 and older. Its like a party house its noisy the manager dont care and theres garbage everywhere. Id rather stay in the ghetto.

I know its a senior park but.. Some elders yelled at me to slow down! I was on s little bicycle trying to find a gals place. I may have been going 3 mph!!
