Double standard is the best term.. Cant park in front of your house more than 15mins but unsavory despicable neighbors can get away with parking wherever and however long they please, they can bring animals that are not a part of the rules animals that have attempted to attack but nothing has been done. Sad I know quite a few wonderful people in this park, but some bring down the value.

A very nice, culturally diverse and well maintained park all ages park. Management is friendly, but adhere strictly to the park rules. Great swimming pool and lounge area, they even have mister jets that lightly sprays cool water from one of the awnings and allows people to relax in the sun, without overheating. The community is active and there are holiday parties and bingo nights at the clubhouse where all residents are welcomed. Quiet, peaceful streets with little to no rowdy behavior.

Neat, tidy and tolerant from my experience. I ride bicycle through there often and have participated in a flea market that was held there. Management seemed very nice.

Had pleasant experience renting table at the flea market the mobile home park hosted summer of 2018. Management friendly and helpful. Grounds are immaculate, well groomed and quite but not too quiet. I would recommend this as a good place to live.

ATTENDED FLEA MARKET HELD THERE AS A VENDOR. RESIDENTS ARE FRIENDLY AS WELL AS HELPFUL. HOA MEMBERS SHOWED REAL PROFESSIONALISM, AS WELL AS BEING NON-JUDGEMENTAL. GROUNDS ARE NEAT AND CLEAN AS WELL AS CLUBHOUSE. PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!!

If the owner or HOA listend to the residents and got rid of Mike, one of the managers, it would be a perfect place to live free of harrasment and abuse of power. Its full of great people, nice location, upkept very well, with a few too many rules in my opinion. The third star is for the beautiful sunsets I see every day driving too or from home and work everyday.

Safe community

I live here but the management and maintenance staff are horrible.

Office staff and maintenance crew are very rude and not too friendly of visitors. They had guest cars towed on multiple occasions.
