Horribly overpriced and will not honour their own Web page pricing, Bad business will not be going back

Lady asked if I had ID very rudely 3 times before asking to see it, then she asked me for it again as i was checking out 5 min later (like I made a fake ID to buy lingerie??). Everything was overpriced, but cheaper for the exact same things if you order through their website..? Not a big selection and the store just looks dirty and grungey, lightbulbs burnt out, shelves a mess. Amost like they want you to feel disgusting cause youre coming to a boutique. Spencers at the plaza has cheaper and better stuff.

Terrible customer service!

I went in and spent over $100 on multiple products. Two of them have worked well and I am satisfied with them, but the third most expensive product was defective. The vibrator which cost more than $50 was missing the battery pack insert. I took the vibrator back to the store for the insert and the lady behind the counter was no help and told me to call the manufacturer. I was not looking for a return or store credit, just for the product I had already purchased to work. This business is very dishonest and I will not be returning.

They were very helpful and even tossed in a coupon worth 25 dollars, Ive been to the one in Rohnert park and needless to say I am never going back I had purchased a product and hadnt even left the parking to find the product broken, I went in to return it for another and they have a no return policy. Not a good policy, they lost my business.

I just called about how to apply for a job there, mentioned the website link found here brought me to a larger corporation running a list of stores and asked if applying for a job was an over the counter type or how should I go about doing that ? The answer; No. Their products may be good, i dont know about their service either but, their use of the english language is 1 star.

When the sign says they close at 11pm and its 10:47pm when you walk up to the door. Dont expect to be let in.Rude

There not bad. Few things they have are over prices. Other wise its was ok.
