This spot clearly knows how to please their clients. Always with a nice demeanor. The food is reasonably priced, regularly tasty and clean.

I have no complaints for this place except for the pizzas on certain occasions. Staffs need to be a bit more upbeat. Kids love it though!

This place is still a great place for kids, adults not so much. The pizza is gross, it is generic and taste like frozen pizza warmed in a oven. The salad bar is not bad. They have a beer policy of 1 per hour and 2 for the entire visit. I really like the play all you want time card model that they have it isnt bad. There was a smell of we dog when I entered which was weird.

As far as chuck e cheese go, its a nice well kept place. Went there for a birthday party and was surprised at the several options they had. Only complaint is where Chuck E lead them for the dance was the front of the store which made it awkward for those coming in and going. Other wise great experience.

Great place to take your kid to run off energy or celebrate a birthday. The pizza was surprisingly good and I love the security stop at the door and the option for unlimited games for a set time frame.

Perfect for a non stressful birthday party. It is more expensive to have a birthday party at home then at chuckee cheeses. All the kids had fun our server was wonderful and all we had to bring was the people and cake. Definately will plan more birthday parties here. Wish they had a chuckee cheese closer to us and didnt have to travel and hour.

One time chuck E Cheese tried to give me a fist bump and I turned away and I felt touch my shoulder and watch me during his shift my friend dad apparently almost had a knife pulled out on him from chuck E Cheese.

Very clean, games were fun the pizza was perfect!!! Service was great to. And they have packages for military! I got the large 1 topping with 4 drinks and 45 min of unlimited play for 40$

Where a KID can be a KIDBest service, My son was the only child there and they still had chuck come out just for him.He loved having all the attention from chuck

A little over $60 bought one pepperoni pizza, two small sodas, two apple juice boxes, one plastic reusable Chucky cheese cup, one order of mozerella sticks, 2 bags of cotton candy, and 1 hour of game time. Prizes were for 264 tickets: two tiny laffy Taffy candies, 1 tiny plastic jumpy frog. This place has really gotten super cheap with the small prizes. Food has gotten better and they serve Beer and Wine but if you go in before noon a worker might tell you its to early in her opinion. $25 at the Slice in Grover on a Monday (pizza, drinks, and way better guaranteed prizes almost too many). Last trip to Chuck E Cheeses for us.

It a fun place to go with children i recomend to get minutes instead of points on your card because minutes lasted way longer so you can get more tickets

The pizza was actually really tasty. They now add a buttery garlic sauce on the crust. They have a military deal so that was nice. Lots of cool stuff for the kiddos to do. Entertainment for hours.

This is such a fun place to bring my grand daughter. There is a salad bar and of course pizza. More games then anywhere else here in town.The staff is always very friendly, but always running to keep up with all the demands. There are usually waiting lines, bit all on all the children and adults are having fun

Josh and the staff are amazing! It gets very busy and loud but they are always smiling and very attentive! We frequent quite often and just had my sons birthday party again for the second year in a row. Thank you Josh and the staff again for always taking such great care!Shelley McKinney

Such a good place to take your kids! You dont have to worry about them taking off on you because of the kid check. They have good deals so you can get food drinks and points to play. They also have a timed play card so you can play as many games as you want during that time and you can pause it too.

I was kind of skeptical having a party here. We decided to do it anyway and we really got alot of fun for the price we payed. It was a great value and our guests had alot of fun. The hostess kept us on time and really made the party stress free. Will have another party here again. Too bad birthdays are only once a year!

A nice way to burn some energy with our kids. They loved the whole experience (their first time at a CC). The place was clean enough and the staff were helpful.

Chuck E. Cheese has changed alot recently and it comes at a cost. No longer can a child or parent walk in with the few dollars they have to spend on magical game playing tokens. One must purchase a card, the least expensive being $11 for 30 minutes of play which is monitored. I felt like I had to rush my special needs son when there should never be pressure while one is supposed to be having Fun. Total downer

Though understaffed when we went (on Tuesday), both the cleanliness & staff were better than usual! Besides one girl who looked miserable the whole time, the rest of the Tuesday night staff (& manager) were great. Only problem was how long it took to fix games.. I waited about 10 minutes for one & finally left to another game (which broke down as well) so then there was another 10 minute wait where I got him to check both, the one I waited at prior, & the new one. The wait was understandable due to being understaffed since the game fixer also had to do clean up & ticket redemptions as well, but hard on us since I have a 4yr old, we cant afford to come all that often and our card was on a 30 minute timer.. Im not a fan of missing out on memories with my little guy.

The pizza isnt worth the price. The games are expensive and the payout in tickets is minimal. Example for 60 tickets a child can get a small tootsie roll candy. If this is supposed to be a place for younger children to enjoy then they should have play area for them.

I recently went to Chuck E Cheese for my daughters birthday party.Table set up was delayed a lot. I booked the birthday party at 12:30 pm. However, the actual table set up was done at 1:30 pm. I can’t understand why they were so delayed. There was only two birthday part teams. The store should not be too busyWhen I arrived at the store, I ordered pizza, sampler, coffee, and drinks for parents of the children. All foods were served pretty late with the weird order. For example, 1 pizza was served 30 min later. Then, the other pizza was served after 1 hr. Finally, the party sampler was served 1 and half hour later. Why couldn’t they serve all at the same time?The person who ware Chuck custom seem very inactive and looks tired. I am wondering if they hired a designated person (for chuck) or just untrained one of their staff. My daughter was disappointed.In overall, the store needs more staff and better manager to provide the better-systemized service.

I really liked this place, when my kid was very young. I really hope they dont close it down since its practically dead and the prices for the food are really expensive, they should have more reseanable prices, maybe that will raise the amount of parents staying longer and or come more often with there kids. Heck if they had lower prices id take my nephews and have a nice salad while they wear themselves out for nap time

Very different from the the old days, but also very secure. Saw a child set off back alarm and the staff response was amazing to see, there is not gonna be any problems at this location with worries as your child runs free. Keep up the good work guys.

This is a Great place to visit with the kids to just pass some time while out on errands or to just make it a trip. Good quality food in there pizzas n salad bar. Alcoholic beverages sold aswell 21+. They have a toddlers section in there arcade area an a great selection of Gameing for the older ones. Reservation areas for birthday parties are available with great service provided. The restrooms are kept very clean.The one thing i love most is the security and protection of children in individual familys i love that they place the invisible ink pad stamp on your wrist its genius,nobody can see your number till u leave and use the black light to reveal matches so no one but the Guardian they came with can leave with them.

Great place to take kids but eat dinner beforehand! Salad bar is above average and super fresh. The handstamp routine to deter kidnapping is a total joke. I could think of a better method in about 5 seconds. On several occasions while entering, Ive encountered a toddler wandering out the front door alone. It would help if the tables were situated around the front door--which they are not. Fun place. We go often, but stranger-danger is better at any McDonalds playground.

Its decent. I have been to better ones but this is the only option for the area. We have had several parties here. The first one was pretty awful but the GM and I had a good discussion. I have been back since then for a few more parties and things have gotten a lot better. I would say over all it is worth coming and my kids had a blast.

My son has lately been into Chuck E Cheese to the point where we go twice a week (hate to admit it). My son overall has fun which is why I gave 2 stars vs 1 star but the service is not very good. One day, we waited about 40 minutes for buffalo wings after we were told that they would be out in 20 minutes. Then one of the employees was very rude when I approached him to inform him that a machine was out of tickets. On a different occasion, they messed up our order then made it seemed like we were lucky that they were going to fix our order “on the house” as if they were doing us a favor. On a different occasion, the line to order was pretty big, about 4 customers ahead of me and 2 behind. And only one register was open when there was clearly more employees just standing around. I think I’ll leave it at that, but I have been very disappointed more than a couple of times. I have to get my son to enjoy a different place so that we can skip Chuck E Cheese once and for all.

Staff was short and not helpful at all. Had issues with tickets being stolen by the ticket muncher, staff being unwilling to request keys to restock prizes (they were out of everything behind the counter), and unsupervised children. On top of all this the pizza was awful.

My mom and I just happened on this place while shopping. I didnt want to eat there, but I was surprised. It was a really good pizza! I had pineapple and pepperoni and it tasted great. There was a problem with the chicken wing, they made the wrong kind.... It happens but when I got the right ones oh man, they were awesome. Staff was really courteous and kind. Definitely a great place to take younger kids. Plenty of video games and other games so the kids can earn tickets and buy stuff. Overall for not wanting to go i had a great time

The atmosphere is fun and the games are abundant especially if you get it where you can purchase an armband and have an hours worth of unlimited games. The food was surprisingly good, better than I remembered from years ago. The staff was a bit stiff at the ticket prizes counter. They had items in the display case that were in abundance but the person stated that they couldnt take one from there they had to come from behind the counter. Why have them in display just to torture the kids? This happened at least a dozen times between our twins. To me especially because this is a childrens and Family entertainment center, this was completely unacceptable.

Came here for my sons 2nd birthday today. Not alot of people which was a good thing. But we had very nice and good customer service. All the people were really nice to is and attentive. But one that stuck out was a guy name Francisco. He was very patient with us ordering our food and waiting for my coupons to load on my phone. Even telling me of other deals so that it wouldnt come out so pricey. He also went out of his way to find us candles and lighter so we can sing Happy birthday to our son. Very sweet guy and patience with us. Which is something I notice alot since my two little ones (2yrs And 3rs) are not very calm. Thank you! My kids had a blast tobight!

Terrible service. Only one worker on the floor on an extremely busy day and he was walking around playing the games himself. As we waited 10 minutes for the cashier to figure out how to ring out a medium pizza and a beer, the manager came out of the back to help her with a mouth full of food. So embarrassing. I recommend starting over with a completely new staff

Extremely busy, no problem, but it seemed like there were staff running around doing nothing. No acknowledgement that you were waiting, at first we stood in line to get a pass, no one at the registers, then one girl stood there kinda playing with the salad, (are you gonna refill it or play with it? ) several machines not working, no ice in the drink machine. I let him play for awhile, but went and got pizza somewhere else cuz the line was really long again.

Definitely a fun place for a kid. My son and I went near Valentines Day they were having a deal on pizza and drinks. I also had a coupon for $20 for 100 tokens, and let me tell you, for spending a little over 50$ just for the two of us, I think he had a blast for his first time. My little guy got near to 1000 tickets and he got a few little prizes. So overall games were fun, prizes could be better for the value, and the pizza was not bad. But my boy had a great time, cant put a price on that (all the time).

We came to checkout it out for a birthday party but if they only perform when extra is paid we wont take part.. I had to ask if Chuck was going to come out or not after his qued song played and ended and then they also let my son out with another group of people just testing the security so that was a fail. The pizza tastes weird 5 of the machines did not give tickets it had tickets but it would give them every once in a while and people were hogging the same game for hours a person on the staff looked miserable and there are not many games

Id say this place need new management. To order food takes 30 to 45 mins to actually get your food which is a simple pizza take an 1hr 30 mins plus salad bar is for the most part empty. Soda is warm had to add lots of ice. Associates lack work ethic. This is not the only day its like this.

We went on a weekday around 10 am. We were the only ones there. After I bought a play pass they turned up the music so loud my kids couldnt hear me talking to them. I asked an employee to turn it down and he unapologetically said there was nothing he could do about it. Several toddler rides didnt work. Not much for 3-6 year olds to do.

Kids love the games but pricey

I was extremely disappointed! The building looks well kept from the exterior, however once you go inside its a different story. Im not sure if I went on a bad day (short staff, machines not working, 1.5 hours to get my order, dirty floors, soda machine out) This place was a mess, I wouldnt be surprised if a pizza topping was mice and cockroaches! The food was not good at all, I dont think the Salvation Army would even feed this kind of food to dogs. The food was not this bad five years ago. 3 out of 7 staff members did not have proper grooming skills and they did not appear presentable to work at the family restaurant. It looked as if mucus drippings had a high probability of falling down from one of the employees bulls nose ring. In a positive note I was happy that there was a person at the front entrance checking stamps on the parents and children. I know this place can be awesome again, it just needs a new manager.

Kids like it of coarse games are cheap pizza is not and its not even close to good pizza. Fun to go let the kids play though.

Hard to beat a place that always has coupons, beer, decent enough food, and every game is 1 token keeping the kids entertained for hours. Weve been having our kids b day parties there for years and they keep wanting to go back.

Some of the games were broken but we still had a great time and will be going back soon

Its a miracle people even come. A family member decided to have her birthday here and we had a bad experience. Instead of using the money to reserve, buy small over priced pizza, use the money for something better.
