This was the first time Ive gone to one of these places so I have no other judgement to go on but overall had a great time with some friends and the flavors and options were wonderful. I recommend the higher concentration simply due to the lesser ones not really having any affect.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Sima I think was her name helped me out the last time i went here. Ive been going here for 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. They are open late, knowledgeable and very attentive. They are also the only hookah lounge in SM.

Ive never been inside the hookah lounge, just their shop next door. Theyre NEVER open on time....trust me. Dont show up at 9am. Theyre not usually even pulling into their parking lot to open the shop til closer to 10. A lil back in the day, it was THE Smoke Shop...perhaps it helped they WERE the first major spot in town. BUT now, its THE MOST overpriced smoke shop in Santa Maria & Orcutt. Management and owners used to be way cooler. Throw in this or that. You could return stuff & get a REFUND not be turned away being told, Sorry, ur S.O.L., theyve gotten uptight and its not much fun to go there and even peruse the non smoke & vape related stuff . The owners sister MUST dislike me personally because I LOVED IT...Cuz once she started working there IT QUICKLY became an uncomfortable place, it is no longer a place I will shop. The only way I would go back there and be a paying customer is out of EXTREME desperation or necessity. Not again, by CHOICE. I hope that day NEVER COMES. Props to those who WERE RESPECTED here. Either way its uncool to be forced to go elsewhere unless I wanted a BITCHY confrontation & I never met the girls til I was a customer. Just wanted to say MY experience incase SOMEONE ELSE out there gets it!

If youre not a local and youre passing by I highly recommend this beautiful well kept and clean lovely hookah lounge, the service is magnificent and the flavors are ever lasting. When I return to this area Ill definitely pay them another visit! Satisfied.

Very clean place, good music, great lounge, and very helpful staff. Was a rookie with the vape stuff but they were really informative and cool.

I went in the shop on Saturday with my friend to look for a coil for his vape, while i was there i asked him if he has a coil for my vape and he said yes. he showed me the whole pack which is 5 pieces, i asked him how much and he said $25 for the pack so its like $5 a piece. i came back Monday i bought just 2 pieces, then when i was about to pay i was surprise that my total is $15+ asked him again why is my total is too much he said becaused the coil is $6.99 each. i said i thought you said on Saturday its $5 a piece and he said everyday prices may changed. i’ve been in a few smoke shop they’re prices doesn’t changed everyday. i buy the same coil the same price, even it was past few months. I’m sorry but i feel like i got robbed. and the prices there are not consistent. i would not recommend this place to my friends or to anyone.
