Always a great place for a date.

We love this clean, inexpensive theater. Does not play the newest releases but if you do not mind waiting a few weeks, great value. Popcorn and drinks are a bit pricey and I wish Regal would do a senior discount on snacks but everything is fresh and staff is friendly!

Still the best theatre in town. The cheapest prices with great movie selections. Its a good place for teenagers to get together and enjoy a movie or for families they always have a good family or animated movie. They also have a good selection of snacks to enjoy with your movie. They have a photo booth, Claw machine, and a couple of arcade games

Cheap movies! Yay! Cant go wrong with enjoying a cheap film in a practically vacant theater. Go alone or go with a friend, it doesnt matter. Get the big popcorn bucket and a cup of water hah. Bathrooms are up stairs. They have a young staff, but they cool.

Yea its old compared to most theatres but you cannot beat the price. Still love to go here

I have been going here for years, taking the grandchildren at least once a month. I have never had a problem until 11/11/19. Moving ticket sales to the snack bar was a big mistake. We waited for a half-hour, the movie had started by this time, before we could buy our tickets......you had many unhappy movie goers.

Its about what you would expect from a cheap seat theater, but for the price its a great deal. Then again, its actually quite a bit better than some the other cheap theaters Ive been to in different cities. So, were fortunate to have Edwards as place for a cheap evening out!

My first time at a Regal Edwards, I didnt know the movies were that inexpensive, what a nice surprise!

Prices cant be beat for 2nd movies! Of course there is still $20 popcorn and sodas, but you can splurge after saving money on the tickets. Clean theater with comfy seats. I highly recommend!

Excellent place to watch a cheap movie thats almost set to be released on DVD, has already been, did poor at the box office, and/or simply milking all $$$ the studios can get. $3.95 all day long. I like to wait for most releases to move here.

This used to be the go to theater some years back. Now it’s run down and dated. If you want to avoid crowds this may be a good option. Other than that don’t expect much.

Very nice place, good family atmosphere

Good affordale movie theater that is clean and safe, pretty inside and out, friendly staff. They accepted the atom app as well. I could have used a headrest, however thats why one might opt to spend more money at a newer theater. There are cup holders. A staff member did a theater check twice during our two hour show, so that was good. He walked down to the screen and slowly made his way back out. I appreciated the safety check.

This theater is now the value choice for those who wish to see a big screen film without having to pay full price, which means waiting for several weeks; but it is nice to have the option. staff is friendly and concessions are good

Multiple ways to purchase tickets. Stadium seating, huge variety of concession choices. But like any movie theatre still pricey. It would get gl five stars if it had an adult only section and served alcohol like the theatre in Atascadero

We went to Edwards with friends, saw a very good movie in a theater that was very clean, with very friendly and helpful workers. The seats were very comfortable. The prices were very reasonable. We have not been movie theater people in the past but we will definitely make this a practice in the future. What a great way to spend the afternoon. Edwards theater will definitely be seeing us more often. We give this 5 stars!!

Amazing price and good movies. Check online before going for showtimes and what is playing. Arcade upstairs (need to get tokens), toy machines downstairs(tokens needed), snack bar is good but pricey.

They sell coffee and tea as beverage options. Finally!!! A movie theater that has something to drink other than soda. I dont understand why the other movie theater in the mall does not have these options. It is really annoying because Im not allowed to take my own bottled water inside, but they cant have something so simple as tea bags and hot water to sell????

Good cheap place to a movie. It cost us about $7.50 for two people. Of course the popcorn and food were pricey but that is mostly where they make their money.

This movie theater has a great location. Really close to restaurants and a lot of parking. Really the only thing horrible about the movies in general is the concession prices. I paid more for a popcorn and soda than I did for 3 tickets to get into the place. But everyone knows this going in so it wasnt a surprise. It was a last minute taking the kids to the movies and they loved it so money well spent.

Edwards theater 10 is the go-to place for a good movie, the only small downside is that they dont have the latest releases. But seriously unless youre a crazy movie fanatic theres probably a great movie you havent seen playing any time you check. Awesome place

Clean but sometimes the service takes a min. So get there early enough to have to deal with a line to get sbacks before the movie and a good seat.

I remember when this theatre had ots grand opening we got to see 2 free new movies Sleepless in Seattle and Cool Runnings....Visited again recently and I think its still beautiful and perfect for the 1 individual or 10 in a family. They are very smart to have the prices where they are amd I believe you can use your regal card here too...i think lol

This place is the best theater. All the great movies just a little later than than they were released. Sound and picture is a as good as the new one, no waits...$5.00 ticket. Need I say more?

This place shows movies that have already been out for awhile, but they charge only 3.95, so it is hard to beat if you missed a movie that you want to watch before it comes out on Redbox. Decently clean and it is never really crowded. Good place to relax and watch!

I am here on Saturday morning at 1100. I didnt know they are not open yet, no business hour sign, nor I cant find the hoits here. I can see their employees ( 2 white girls)working at the food station and they saw me too, I was trying to ask them the open hour, but they just pretend not seeing us! Thats too mean! So I have to check if they have another door on the side od the building or maybe in the back, unfortunately this is the only door. Were waiting in cold right outside of their front door for a while until finally the employee (who sell the ticket) talk to us. I mean is it really difficult to just put a business hour sign on the window？I dont want to complain anything else besides this, for a very reasonable price, this is definitely the best place to visit. Ill be happy to see they make a business hour sign. Overall, this is a strongly suggest to go place.

This is the local cheap theater now since Edwards 14 went it at the Santa Maria Town Center mall. Despite it being the older of the two, its still kept fairly clean and organized. Concessions is well staffed and the people are generally friendly. The seating is still adequate, bit a bit antiquated compared to some of the seating in the new Regal RPX theaters. If you missed movie in the new theater, itll show up a few weeks after at this theater for just under $4 a ticket. Definitely worth it!

Theater practically empty. Only 3 people total watching the movie! $3.95 a ticket!!!

Price of their snacks is outrageous. $5.00 for small hotdogs they still have you wait because theyre out. The worst part is they microwave their food.

All regular movies, any day, any time are $3.50 for admission. The restrooms are clean and the show is adequate. Refreshments are ridiculously high (but it is a budget theater and they still have to make $$ somehow). But it is next door to five or six restaurants including Hometown Buffet if you want to fill up first. We used to go to the drive in theater all the time but this is much more comfortable and at a similar price.

Ive been through 2 grandsons growing up going here to the Edwards Movie Theater, we loved spending time together, especially going to the movies.

Got to love the price of the movie tickets. Sure, theyre older movies, but theyre usually popular, good ones. Its also clean.

Best deal in town. And if your movie is in theater 1 or 10 it is a big theater. The place isnt crowded. You can pick almost any seat in the theater! 3.75 movie tickets! They use 4k digital projectors that look nice.

Really clean theater. Even on Mothers Day it wasnt to crowded. The staff was helpful with setting up Regal cinema app. Affordable prices everyday, too.

They have good movies usually not the current ones that are showing. And the price is $3.95. We saw Wonder Woman there and you just cant beat the price. We go there a lot.

This is a discount theater, showing movies a couple of months after the main release. It is obviously older, and some seating has been removed in lieu of repair, but everything is still serviceable. But it is more well-kept than others of that model that Ive experienced.I am rarely in such a rush to see a movie the first week that I need to pay $10 or $12 plus to see at the top theaters, so why not see 2 or 3 movies in a less crowded place, for under $4 each. Still has a well stocked snack bar, the usual pre-movie clips and ads, so you really miss nothing. Friendly staff.It allows me to see a wider variety of movies, some that I would not have spent the money to see at full price.

I love going to this theater. Yes there are sticky floors and the concession is kinda pricey but it has a really nice atmosphere. Every time I go there I think that Im in a castle in the middle ages. The tickets are cheap and that adds to the charm in so many ways that I want to bring all my friends and family there to have a good time and make a lot of memories and laughs.
