Best place ever food court was taking awhile to get us our food overall I would totally go there again.

We had our sons 5th birthday party here. This place is well staffed, clean and organized. There are plenty of activities for most ages. We had no complaints.

Where to begin? Its the place to go! If you need a workout out of your routine this place will get you that while you have fun!! It’s not just for kids, adults can jump to! The price is reasonable. The neon lights come on at 8 it’s super fun I recommend it.the staff is very attentive and have great attitudes.

This place is so much fun for the kids and the “big” kids too lol . Its well managed and the employees have everything in order considering the amount of kids. Very clean and tons of fun. We visit every time we go to Santa Maria.

We love coming here! My kids have a blast but what happen to the staff being at every station? I feel like this is very unsafe and unorganized. We have come here multiple times and been pleased how they enforce the rules, but now there are kids running everywhere, less staff at the stations etc. Great place to have kids come and have fun, just lately hasnt been safe as it used to be.

Very fair pricing for an hour of jumping is only fifteen bucks plus three bucks for socks but thats a one time purchase. My kid always has a blast here and hes only old enough to use about a quarter of the place so far. Its a good place to get the kid tired and expell all that energy. They offer birthday packages as well

My familly and I went there a couple weeks ago and we all had a blast! They have good service, and its a fun and clean place for everyone to go and have fun!

Good food. Fun movies. Girls can get there nails done. Kid barber shop. Batting cages. Arcade. Spencers. Lots of fun memories.

Went here a little while ago. It wasnt too bad. The majority of the crowd was younger kids, ranging from around 8-11. The staff is helpful, but not very attentive to what you are doing. I broke around 3 of the rules (which I shouldnt have done, but still) and no one said a word. The place is in good condition, and they have a wider variety of things to do in a smaller place, compared to Skyzone. Trampolines were in good condition, and the place remained so there were little-no lines for any of the activities. Overall a great place to go to, especially for the price.

Was a great place for toddlers to burn energy until they added an arcade. Now countless parents are having to pull their kids away from the games so they can go jump. I was so disappointed to see all of the games added but I understand its a business and you have to do whatever is necessary to make more money. The staff is always amazing and very kind, the facility is always clean and the music is great.

I went to a party on Saturday with my family and let me just say it was amazing and so much fun! Our hosts Isis did an outstanding job and answered all our questions! It was very well put together and organized. We didnt have to worry about a thing. By far best customer service I have ever received. I will definitely come back again!

I Brought my son to rockin jump this Sunday. My son had blast. With dodgeball The Ref, Blake did a great job When it came to resolving arguments on who is Disqualified or not, (Chuckles) Kids Are Too much. The Dining area was clean. My son and I enjoyed the Food from The Diner Area a bit of a wait. Eric the Chef In the kitchen was very Kind. When I Approached him very annoyed of the wait. He Apologized And kindly Explained reasoning in a Professional Manner. Overall My son had I had a blast! He got Great Exercise! Great And Kind Workers. I Definitely Will be back. My son Had a great Experience. For parents out there bring your kids. I strongly Recommend Rocking Jump.

My kids had a blast jumping here for a few hours during the moonlight hours which they refer to as Neon Nights. Prices arent too bad at about $20 a head for jump time and their special nonslip socks. The employees were kind and even let us back inside after closing for my daughter to use the restroom. Friday nights are for older kids and Saturday nights are for all ages! If youre looking for a family fun time with no electronics thatll wipe your kids out, I suggest Rockin Jump in Santa Maria.

Excellent trampoline park ...the boys had so much fun! Easy to just relax and watch the boys have a blast. Even won stuffed animals for them with each try on the claw machine. Has an amazing hurricane simulation machine, picture booth, and jump pit with soft blocks. Excellent and very affordable fun!

Still fun, havent gone since last year so things looked a bit dingier. But people were still as friendly as usual and still had fun!!:)

There are several different jump areas plus rope and rock walls. There are size and weight restrictions walls. When you first enter there is also an area for 6 and under. My daughter had a great time jumping and playing here. We spent a full hour and shes already asked to go back.

I loved it!!! Its great for kids and adults! The costumer service is Fantastic!! My whole family has had a birthday here and we all loved it every single time! The employees The managers everyone is just a super great team and this is the perfect thing to have in our city despite all of the bad reviews on here it is the best thing in the world everyone could’ve just had a bad day on the day they went every time I go it’s the best decision I’ve made especially to get the energy out of the kids since some sports are coming to an end its a great energy burner and work out for parents! One of the best businesses in Santa Maria by far!

Overall, I am pretty happy with the party we hosted at Rockin Jump. There are a few things that could have been better such as the length allowed for jumping and at the party room. They only allow 1 hour of jump time, and if some guests are late the jump time is very minimal. Also, the time at the party room was only 45 minutes. Some of the food arrived about 10-15 minutes late which made things that much more rushed. We had to eat, cut cake, pass out favors, cut the cake, open gifts and thank our guests all in 45 minutes. I would have liked at least an extra 30 minutes to feel more relaxed. Overall. we had a good time.

I researched reviews prior to visiting and there were mixed ratings. Some that made Rockin Jump appeared as though it was a poorly run establishment. I decided to give it a chance with my 2 year old. Upon arrival, I was happy to see how big the different areas were. My child and I were happily greeted by, who I now assume was the owner. He explained how everything worked and sent us on to explore. The tot area was fun for kids and adults.By the end of our visit I only had wonderful things to say. It was clean, upbeat, affordable and a unique way to play with my child. None of the negative reviews offered an accurate depiction of Rockin Jump. Whether it was at the start when they were working out glitches or not, Id say give them a try.

We had a fantastic time! The man working the check in desk was really nice and helpful. It was $7 for me and my preschooler to jump together, plus $6 to buy us grip socks ($3 each). We keep the grip socks and can use them next time. They have a lot of different areas for jumping and playing. They even have a special area for kids under 6. There are lockers to put your stuff in and clean bathrooms. There is a snack bar and tables. They have some couches and TVs.

Kids had a blast. Accidental collision handled poorly by staff. Woman walked up with a tablet and was more concerned about logging the incident than the well-being of my child. Once the logging of information was complete then they decided to give us an ice pack.

This mall needed something like this to brighten it up. Great spot for kids and teens to mess around in for a couple hours. Different jumping activities from trampoline walls, foam pits, basketball, and dodgeball. They have an area for toddlers as well so they cant get thrown around by the older kids. Highly recommend if youre looking for something to do with the kids.

Excellent place for kids and a birthday party! Staff is very polite, professional and friendly! A huge shout out to the manager, Perry, who took time to help my son stuck on the rock wall and was too afraid to let go. Perry talked him through it and helped him get down on his own. Awesome job, and very thankful!!!!!

Personell was not paying attention and explaining the Rules to the kids, so another child hurt mine.

Kids love it here...they bounce the whole hour, my 4 year old tackled the rock and rope walls and finished the night in the kiddie area. Mom win

Im sorry to say but sometimes their assistance Im sorry to say but stupid and unfair. They are distracted talking with each other letting kids fight cussing.. say they dont like doing this stuff . They supposedly have rules they dont even follow.. but besides that, its was fun with the ones who are cool and chill and helpful

(Im 13 btw)(....If you guys are reading this......Im the boy there (mostly everyday) that has dyed hair and doing all the flips) I LOVE THIS PARK! The staff is great and they are very professional. They are very nice.

Dont bring your weitzel pretzel inside this place bc unfortunately they will make you throw it away. Nowhere did I see a sign saying no outside food can be brought in. I had one small bag with me while paying for my kids at the counter which I placed clearly infront of and the cashier never said anything until I walked over to the platform area a kid or wetzel pretzel police approached me and said I cant have outside food Lol um ok. Nobody will know you cannot bring outside food if theres no SIGN!!

First of all Im a 12 year old whos writing this because Im disappointed. I would rate it 5 stars because it was a blast, but I didnt because of what happened. When I was jumping on to the bean bag I did a front flip but then I face planted on half my face on to the bean bag but since you people decided to make the material feel like it was a backpack, it burned me on my nose and on my forehead. Like do you people not think of how that could give a rug burn on a kids faces?? Well OBVIOUSLY not.

ABSOLUTELY the most atrocious customer non-service we have ever experienced. The complete disregard for their patrons was beyond disappointing. We watched as a cashier, at a snails pace, counted a register till as she chatted away with a co-worker. Oh, but wait! She started over and counted it again all the while never acknowledging the growing line in front of her. Just a thank you for your patience, we will be with you shortly would have alleviated some of the frustration of the growing line. If the staff all had a lesson on working with the public and some common courtesy, this place would be great.

We loved this place, it is the best money I ever spent, perfect for my 10 year old. It would be nice if the water worked and the food area could use more of a selection for adults hanging around waiting for kids but my child had so much fun and that is great.

Not very convenient when you order tickets online and then you have to actually go in early to activate tickets to get a spot! Also waited in line for a 1/2 hour and lost jump time that was already paid for!

Honestly dude I dont know why the hate in these reviews. The employees were wonderful and professional. The place gets packed because its FUN! So personally Im glad they sell tickets and arent afriad to cap at max capacity. It wouldnt be fun if there was no room to jump. My husband and I did this as a date night as grown adults and had a BLAST honestly lol youre never too old to enjoy some trampolines :) props to the mangement and the staff here. One of the best trampoline parks Ive been to!

This place gets very packed, but one fatal flaw is the customer service, the lockers get stuck all the time, and most of the employees blame it on the customer or they the an extremely long time to accommodate our needs.
