Ive been trying to contact anyone from their staff regarding my refund but they have been very unresponsive. Ive been calling during office hours but no body answers. I have left voicemails to Marcos Ortiz but he hasnt called back. In his voicemail he states that via email may be faster to get a hold of him, but he hasnt replied to my emails, either. I am putting 1 star only because the website wont let me post this if I dont have at least 1 star.

My kids love playing soccer with Northern. The coaches are great and help build a team atmosphere which is positive and encouraging.
