I finally had some time to visit this wonderful gallery . The employees were every helpful. I bought something I will cherish the rest of my life . I strongly recommend visiting . It’s easy to find parking and a quaint location.

The person you are referencing watches my gallery from time to time so I can step out and do errands etc...she is not an employee. Visited on 5/12/19. Enjoyed the artwork. While there my friend saw the bathroom door open and needed to use it, so she did. The woman working that day proceeded to tell her the restroom was not public and she wished she had asked first. Okay, we know for next time but the lady continued on making faces, very dramatic and condescending. Shaking her head, rolling her eyes then asked where were from. I told her, she continued shaking her head and behaving condescendingly. I asked if she didnt usually get people from there. She said yes, but none that just help themselves. It was an honest mistake, no harm was done. The drama that ensued was so uncalled for nor was it necessary to try and shame a potential customer. As artists ourselves, we visit whenever we can. This will not be a gallery we will visit again nor one that I would recommend it to anyone. The ill treatment is simply not worth it. Every gallery we have visited in S.F. has been warm and welcoming and we have NEVER been told we could not use the restroom when needed, in fact, the others have always been very accommodating.

The art in this gallery is wonderful. The gallery cats are delightful. The woman working there today, 2/12/19, was condescending, offputting, and arrogant. She was an art gallery cliche from the minute we walked in. The other galleries on DelGado are much more welcoming and have many striking works to admire.
