Very dirty inside, super unwelcoming feeling as soon as I walked in. Thought Id at least give it try but definitely wont be coming back here. ABSOLUTELY NOT after reading the responses they give their customers on their reviews! SMH WOW

This place is awesome!!! The guys that work there are so professional and friendly they make you feel so comfortable.

Only reviewing because of how poorly you reply to customers. I can’t believe the amount of disrespect thrown around from a business. Maybe you’re the one that needs humbling and some customer service classes.

This place is trash and so is management! Claims to LGBTQ friendly but according to facebook reviews and personal experience its not. They definitely discriminate against people they also never follow the correct Covid-19 procedures this store is dingy and gross looking wouldnt recommend buying anything here!

Check your purchases like you would at a thrift store. Its the customers fault if they buy something new off the rack that has holes or defects. Otherwise they were pretty helpful

Be sure to check garments for defects before you purchase. After that they dont reallly care : (. I didnt want to return my pants that had 2 holes. I called store about it, the girl who answered the phone said Its your fault, you didnt check them before leaving the store. Actual customers should order online, from someone else.

This place advertises that they are open until 12am but that’s not the case. I went there at 11:15 but there was no one there working even though open signs are displayed prominently. Stores hours displayed says they are open until midnight daily. Very disappointed.
