Cool place... Nice way to spend the day

This is huge arcade place close by boardwalk . They have plenty of games and the games are cheaper. Fun place for adults and kids.

There is so much to do in this place. From mini golf, to laser tag, to arcade games, you will never run out of fun things to do! Mini golf is so fun here as you go from hole to hole all with a pirate/ocean theme to them. All 18 holes are fun and can be challenging at times, both well worth the $7 per person. Neptunes Kingdom makes for a great date spot as well. Whether your looking for a little one on one time with each other in mini golf or some group fun in laser tag it is never boring. It can get a little crowded at times, but otherwise a great destination for fun and laughs.

We love hanging out here and play miniature golf. There are tons of video games and a drinking bar upstairs for adults.

A little different that masks are required and they are monitoring the number of people but still great!

I wish it was bigger. Ive been coming since I was little. Kept up very well for being there so long. Gets a little crowded and people forget their manners sometimes. Quality family time here.

A surprisingly wonderful miniature golf course for being completely enclosed inside the arcade! Me and my friends enjoyed ourselves immensely. The animatronic pirates and animals were quite convincing, almost to the point of being unsettling (especially the rope climber!). The cannon fire making lights, sounds, and smoke rings really put the icing on the cake for the course.

If you have kids and you made the mistake to going to Santa Cruz with them - Theyre gonna want to go to Neptunes! This is a total madhouse. Looks like a blend of Africa and the Caribbean - With coconut trees, animals and pirates. The kids are going to go crazy on the mini-golf course and all the arcade games. Better keep them under control or theyre going to bankrupt you!Great fun! Cheers!

Awesome atmosphere, best place for kids to hang out even during summer as this place is out of suns reach and just adjacent to the boardwalk. Must visit if you plan to hit Santa Cruz this summer!

Had a great time. Be sure to take a jacket for winter playing. You can park at pay meters, not spending too much for parking. Be sure to bring quarters, though.

Great fun for the family, we all love the mini golf! Also lots of other games and good food.

Loved this mini golf! 6 of us played the course (ages 5- 48), and we all had a great time. No waiting in long lines, and the game moved quickly even though every hole was occupied the entire duration. Lots to see, and its all well-kept. Best part- its all indoors. No weather to contend with.

Neptunes kingdom is great fun for adults and kids alike. It is open late even when the boardwalk is not. I especially like Buccaneer Bays miniature golf. On hot days the second floor of the Gulf course can get pretty hot.

Laser tag, mini golf, arcade, pool tables all next to the beach. Its always an awesome time and its all at a very reasonable price.

Wow. What a great place. Billiards and indoor mini golf?! Hells to the yeah! The boardwalk is full of stuff for kids to do but this place caters to the whole family. I sit do while you are in town.

What a great place to take the family for an afternoon of fun! This closed in facility has climate control to keep you warm on those cool days, or cool looking the hot summer. With a variation of games from pool, mini golf and skeetball to pinball or some retro video gaming.Located in the central section of the Santa Cruz boardwalk, the kingdom is truly the center attraction of the beach.

Did an 18 hole round on their 2-story indoor mini-golf course. Even got a hole-in-1. Nice place for Family Fun.

Mini golf was awesome! And on hole 16 is a fun little spinner game to up the shot! ( If you do get the hole in one spinner and make the shot, expect your friend to be mad!)

One of my vaguest childhood memories was going to a pirate themed mini golf park, I remember a pirate popping out of the rafters and firing a cannon. I always thought it was maybe at Santa Cruz. Well, it is, it was amazing, to see that pirate again, the one that shocked me as a child, but today I was filled with glee, I felt like I had that majestic sense of wonder that only a child could feel, once again.

This is am amazing place to take your family of all ages. Mini golf is very gun and only $7 for 18 holes.

You can only have 4 people in your group per game. There are 2 levels and 18 holes. It was pretty crowded but overall a fun course.

Great place to kill time, the miniature golf is fun, its easy enough to play even while crowded, but who wants to be crowed right, so come back a little later, around 6/7pm clears up around that time

Video games of all sorts, air hockey for days, and an entire bank of pinball machines. If I lived closer Id never leave!

They have pinball for you to enjoy. Simply exchange some human money for enjoyment tokens then fire up those dopamine receptors.

Decent putt-putt course...nothing innovative but young kids liked it. Lots of other physical games there too, like pool and air hockey.

Neat indoor mini golf course. The three holes in the cave were especially fun. Quick course designed for rapid play. Enjoyed both the course and the atmosphere a lot! Plus it was the only thing we could find for entertainment after eight o clock on a Monday night in October.

Fun mini-golf course! Pirate-themed, interesting holes. Because its indoors, there are often lots of people there when the weathers bad. It can mean substantial waits at each hole, but that just means your game wont be over too fast!

Crazy busy on Memorial Day but still managed to have a great time with 4 adults and 3 kids aged; 2, 5 and 9 years old! Kids said, BEST DAY EVER! :) Mini golf is Very Cool for All!!

Went in a group with teens who loved this place! It is pirate themed, multi-leveled, and has an area that glows in the dark. We had a blast!

This rating is based on pure nostalgia.I’ve been loving this kitschy place since I was a gloomy preteen in the 90s. Beyond stoked that its barely changed at all. Pirate themed putt-putt? Yes! Forever yes!

Its pretty fun and easy to get competitive. The only issue is that it gets so packed you spend most of your time there waiting for the people in front of you to finish with the holes.

Neptunes Kingdom is a fun arcade/entertainment place to visit if youre down in Santa Cruz. It has a $5 mini golf course indoors and has multiple floors of games and activities. If youd rather play something interactive with friends, they do have billiards available on the second floor for a reasonable price.

Marie and I love miniature golf here. She beat me soundly.Parking was $15. Steep.Could have been 5stars but parking is an issue.On the plus side, we use our own putters.

Nice enough indoor course, but there are a lot of people doing it, and they get rate limited. We stood in line for at least an hour.

This has become a popular regular evening activity with local friends and family: the atmosphere is jubilant, exuberant, but still safe and friendly. There is a wide variety of arcade games, as well as classics like skeeball, air hockey, pool---and even miniature golf! The snack food is delicious, bad for you, and painfully overpriced. The overpriced goes double for the beer, but that may help explain why rowdiness and rudeness are rare there. If you enjoy an overstimulating atmosphere with plenty of noise and lights and colors and a buzz of social excitement, this is an excellent destination.

Usually nice, but cashiers at the golf play area wasnt very nice or helpful,its usually a nice clean place,why did I feel cashiers pick their favorites who to be helpful too.

It was an all right mini golf course. It was very busy and it took a while to get through the course. At some points you were waiting for 2 groups to get through a hole and there were sometimes people waiting behind you which made you feel rushed. It was fun but felt very rushed.

By far my favorite place to go mini golfing, you get a free game if you can pull off the skill shot at the end! The only time I ever pulled it off was on my birthday a couple years back, totally worth going.

Love this place except they started closing everything down at 7:30pm, and that means rides and food vendors, in June when there was still plenty of light to enjoy the evening.

Mini golf is great after youve gotten enough sun for the day. Its all indoors, which depending on your perspective is good or bad (considering right outside its the California beach in one of the most quintessential California beach towns)

Where to go on a rainy day at the beach??? The indoor mini golf and table games in the balcony area should keep the kids busy!

Santa Cruz is always a fun place to go....so pack up the car and the kids(or grandkids) go and have a greast day on the boardwalk and beach ... then go home with a smile on your face...

Great place for minigolfing, ping pong, or pool. There is also a magic shop inside which is very cool. The 18 hole minigolfing course has some awesome holes some of. Which go through a blacklight room. Neptunes Kingdom is also right next to the santa Cruz beach boardwalk and the casino arcade. The boardwalk is great for families because it has everything from rides to great food. In the casino arcade, you can play arcade games and redeem them for prizes and play Lazer tag. Overall, I would definitely recommend all of the places I mentioned to anyone looking for a good time.

Games are a bit dated but there are a decent amount of them. It is a fun way to spent a weekend evening with the family. They went all out with the pirate décor. The cannons that shoot out smoke rings, animatronics, and mural are really well done. We didnt play mini golf due to the crowd but will definitely try it out next time.

Excellent time to be had as long as you know what youre getting in for. Its an arcade, laser tag, crazy golf place on the boardwalk. Nothing here is cheap, and nor did I expect it to be. But its all bloomin good fun!The golf course is actually quite inventive with a few holes underwater and most of them with some sort of interactive obstacle or task to do before shooting. Fun course thats easy enough for all ages, staff were very friendly too.
