Management is always trying to find a way to give you a notice. The park isn’t too bad but management makes you want to move out. Rent goes up every year too for dumb reasons, things they say benefit the park but only benefit them. Don’t live there you’ll learn the hard way. Glad that I don’t live here anymore and you should be glad you don’t either

If your looking for a hime to buy and or rent this is not a recommended place..management is racist .gives false information on space rent claims need cosigner for space and that the cosigner HAS TO RESIDE AT THE MOBILE HOME OF PURCHASE....this is clearly misleading information....they pick and choose who they want to reside there....all humans are not CAUSATION .....and to top it off the male manager has trust issues if another male ask to speak to the female manager (Which is his wife)..Very unprofessional and poor business practice....Dont waste time looking to purchase or rent.....find a different spalce that you can actually call HOME

A Mobile Home Park just out of town. Open pool . easy going community .i could not find a Recreation room. they need all new landscaping in the front of the trailer park and some units otherwise I would have gave them a five-star

Was there for over 20 years its cool to see that theyre doing new building in that area

Great place to live. Ive been here since I was a little girl and decided to have my family here and raise my children here.We have had a change in management recently and I believe they actually care about this place. I feel they are doing a great job.

This mobile home park is on its way up, the new management is working hard to pull this park back from what the former management did not do.The new management has been very helpful and has taken care of all my concerns. I hope is in six months or so I will be able to raise Lily of the Valley to a Five Star Park, But for now your looking good old Lily.

No parking for visitors because some residents have 6, 8 cars and they use the visitor parking, no trash containers, they have one or two trash bins which residents cant use because they are always locked, if you live here and you have bulky trash, there is no place for it.

Quiet area. Clean and friendly people. Secluded and oem parking for guests

Management is ridiculous. Parking is always an issue. Made worse by management taking spaces away. They are trying to upgrade park but upgrades benefit them. Water issues, electrical needs upgrades. I can go on and on

Other than the Nazis that manage the place, its okay.

Decent place for cheap living. It is a trailer park so take it with a grain of salt.
