LOVE THIS COURSE!!! clean, pretty, makes ya wanna golf. Hole 17 has an island an is responsible for stealing many many MANY of my golf balls! Lol. They also have great deals, leagues and tournaments. This course is great. Staff is very nice as well! I highly recommend it !!!!!

I am an occasional golfer, like twice per year. Vista is the perfect low pressure course and the fees are low. Few golfers here play intensely. Its a par 64 course with a few par 4 holes, 3 of them about 400 yards long. The rest of the holes are fairly short. This course gets a lot of traffic. So the fairways are pretty worn and the greens have a lot of patches, but play well. The sand traps are hard packed, more like cement traps. That being said, the course is fun. There are lots of holes with dramatic elevation changes and a beautiful par 3 with the green on an island. Most important, the people working there are very nice and accommodating. Great course to get together with a buddy you havent seen in a while and hangout. Golf enthusiasts will expect more.

Course is too overpriced for quality of play. Fairways were either extremely patchy or extremely muddy very few spots in between. Water in hazards was extremely dirty, unpleasant to look at/smell. Play was extremely backed up and slow. Over 4 hours for a mostly par 3 course. Customer service felt forced/uncomfortable except for the lady at the snack bar she was very nice.

It is what it is...Public Executive 18-holes, and Pitch n Putt 9-hole. Its a little beat-up, but its fun. A lot of barren, hilly, hanging lies that make it challenging at times. Good value especially if the weathers not too hot.

This course is a a joke. Terrible lay out, poorly kept fairways, bumpy greens, and they just raised the green fee to $52. That is expensive for an executive course that is this bad. They also make you wear masks on the driving range and no tees for driver. I will never go back to this dump of a course even if it is the only course within 100 miles.

I love the Chica course. Great place to practice your short game. Its possible to complete the 9-holes in about an hour.

The course is a little worn but the greens are ok. Its not very long but its more challenging than it looks. The staff are excellent. I especially appreciated Jeff in the pro shop. Hes very knowledgeable and polite. It was pretty busy when I went and I didnt have a tee time, but they managed to squeeze me in.

Challenging, nice layout. Not well maintained

Great facility which is in very good condition with a little construction going on in the drainage creek. The staff running the place were very nice and explained everything patiently .

Very unsanitary location, and there were too many geese/geese poop. I will not be back.

Nice Executive course, usually in good shape and the greens are always good shape. The only negative the course can get crowded, they let out fivesomes regularly.

Been coming here for years ever since I was a kid and now as an adult. This golf course was and will ways be home to me especially when I come home to visit. The environment and people are sweet, kind and very friendly. The food is also fantastic and I highly recommend the fries along with the Philly cheese steak. This is a family place, adult place and kid friendly if your kids can golf. Go visit Vista l, youll love it.

Although its not a very long course it sure has its challenges. Looks like they are adding some distance to a few holes. Always love playing here.

I was curious to check out the scene as the golf course is my new back yard. I have yet to hit a whole in one but Ill be back️️️

Conditions were good

Apparently the management is stingy on water, for this golf course is extremely dry. The tee off boxes are full of divots, which we all know need to be rotated regularly. The grass on the putting greens is too long and are not kept clean due to goose poop and debris making it a pain to putt, and the over all ambience is unpleasant. You folks need to hire people who know how to care for the golf course. (This is not the fault of the people who work here, for they are nice people. The responsibility of maintaining a golf course rests squarely on the owner and managers). I would be amiss if I did not mention the food - lunch is pretty good.

Great smaller course, greens can get pretty beat up at times. Overall would recommend both executive and par 3 courses.

Now that they have a superintendent the golf course is starting to look much better I would say give it another year and it should be in really good shape

Either in a weekly group or just with family or friends, I have played many enjoyable rounds of golf at Valencia. The course itself is challenging but fair, and the personnel who work at it are exceptionally friendly and good at what they do.

Waste of a golf course. Dont spend a dime here if you can help it. This place is always out of balls, and closes whenever they feel like it. The staff couldnt care less about the customer, and the course is in mediocre shape, at best. Save your money and time and go somewhere that will appreciate it. The greens are in terrible condition, and they send out nothing but fivesomes. I played two Saturdays ago, and it took almost 6 hours to play a par 64 golf course. Its packed with hackers.

Great local golf course. They maintain the greens well enough, although some of the sand traps could use some work. It is a great course to hone your game and work on your short to medium game without breaking the bank. Most players keep a decent place of play or will save you ahead.

Its fun to practice on your short game. The course should be taken care of a little better and I would be happy to pay a couple bucks more.

Very disappointed today, took my disabled son with me to golf and got charged $10 for him to ride as a spectator. It was more expensive for him to ride than for me to golf. Pretty sad.

Havent played the golf course which Im sure is great but have played the Foot Golf Course a few times now and loved it each time. For a long time soccer player now well past his prime I enjoyed the thrill of shooting for birdie and those random shots that seemed to go in almost as if I knew magic. The sport is one I would push everyone to try and Vista Valencia a great course to start at.

Superb executive course. Reasonable to play and almost always in good shape. Avoid Fridays and weekends.

Its okay. Balls on driving range are pretty worn.

They charge you $1 for soda refills. Food is average at best. We had Philly cheese steak. Bun to meat ratio was 70.30. Thats 70 percent of the sandwich was bread. Only came with one piece of Swiss cheese. No peppers or onions. Worse than lame.

It sucked so much.... the manager told me to drink bleach, and then I told him to suck dirt and they kicked me out for disturbing the peace when there obviously was no peace at all. This is what I’m talking about when I say love. There is no love for mankind anymore. Everyone hates each other and I hate you too whoever is reading this.

Course is good but right now the driving range is being worked on and they have limited use of it. Not good because I cannot work on my game!

Public courses are what they are but visit is cool, 18holes and b fast or lunch included in the low price!

Food is not great but overall value of the place is great! Dont come here looking for PGA level course or service but for a short practice round it doesnt get much better.

20 of us played and the accommodations were very nice. A very pleasant experience. We will all be back for sure.

Look, I love playing here every week. It is close to my home, (less than 5 minutes), great price (especially with the Par 55 card!), and usually it is in good - great condition.Fun place to make friends and enjoy golf. NOW LETS GET THAT 8th HOLE PATH FIXED. Come on guys, 3 years of dancing around ropes and muddy ground??? I cant believe American Golf cant get this one problem area fixed. Years. Get that. After a number of decent outings at Vista Valencia, we got a Golf Now deal for an 11:46 tee time for $26 a person. Pretty well understood that play is going to be slow but its a great deal.On hole 4 the guys behind us hit up on us a bit and again on Hole 9. My buddy throws his arms up in response. As we tee up for hole 10, one of them asks why you throwing your arms up?We let him know theyd hit up on us a couple times and that were only going this pace because theres two groups ahead of us playing slow. Not much we can really do about that. Some words around respecting your elders were said afterwards and we told them wed play intentionally slow on the back 9 just for them.We call the office and let them know of the situation, expecting some support on our side. The marshall comes out to us as were getting finished with hole 10 and says first let me say that I play twice a week with those guys. Im gonna hear your side and then well figure out how to go from there. Great, looking forward to this impartial judgement youre about to give us.We give him our side and he said we needed to give groups about 6 minutes per hole and be ready to hit right away. Dont let us know about this unless you actually get hit with a ball. Jesus dude thanks.One of us mentions that were playing as fast as we can based on the groups in front of us and were not trying to play slowly. This is only gonna get worse too since the back 9 has 7 par 3s.Anyways, the marshall drives off and tells us to go f*** ourselves. Could not believe this was happening. We got over the guys behind us but the marshall confirmed we and anyone we can tell are never coming back here again. Extremely unprofessional behavior and I look forward to throwing the free passes we got in the trash and spending my money elsewhere every weekend.
